Chance was recommended by someone I know in Vegas. I was dealing with something for my mother’s property. I called and left a message. Chance returned my call promptly. After a brief discussion I wanted to hire him only to find out that he did not service my mother’s area in Henderson. I asked if he had a recommendation, and he did. I called the other company and they had someone out within an hour. Chance was polite, professional and asked very good questions to clearly understand the situation. I would have happily hired him if he serviced the area. Thanks to him I had the issue resolved quickly at a very reasonable rate.

Came out ASAP and shut off my water, dug up the broken pipe, replaced it and did an excellent job!!!!! Would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and efficient!!!! Thank you again A Nevada Plumbing!!!!!

Our plumbing problem was a nightmare. I called Orchard Plumbing, described my situation and even sent pictures. They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I am very happy with the professionalism, expertise and efficiency of BEST. I like how they listen as we explain issues, schedule us for repair and then follow up prior to our appointment confirming they understand the issue, and then identify who will be arriving, and even sending a link (like Uber) when the person is within 30 minutes of arrival, Our toilet had been running and needed a part replaced. Levi came out this afternoon, quickly identified the issue as well as the fix. He was professional, definitely knew his stuff and was patient in answering questions. From the moment that I met with TL, my encounter with Active Plumbing was really very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of purchase options, to the installation of the A/C coil was top notch. While TL was waiting for the coil to be delivered, I asked if he could check the other three A/C units. TL was amazing, he found issues with a filter and capacitor. He replaced them at no additional charge! He even went into the attic during a Vegas summer day, about 115 degrees out and checked those units. I have had at least four other A/C companies out and felt like I was bothering them with my A/C problem. I will definitely call this company again!
