Contacted M&K for simple repair that should take an hour to perform. Was quoted the $69.00 trip fee which was okay. No other phone quotes were available on phone.
Upon arrival of technician, the up-charging began. It was disappointing that the fees became exorbitant.
Would I ever call them again. NEVER. Buyer beware.
