We were one of many who experienced a burst pipe during the cold storm this last week that ended up flooding our basement. We had calls out to several local plumbers who were jammed with other emergency repairs. returned our call on the timeline they quoted us, then had a plumber at our door within 30 minutes of the call back. This is saying A , considering the high volume of calls during a holiday week. Jonathon, our plumber, was professional, quick, and a delight to deal with. I thought pricing was fair and wouldn’t hesitate to give them more business. We are thankful to have our water back!

Needed to locate a sewer pipe for a basement remodel. Chris arrived early and had the job done quick. Since he was here and the main task was so quick, he threw in a thorough drain/sewer inspection. Top notch guy, good service, good price.

Initial contacts were good/ great. Then came the installation hiccups.Saturday install delayed due to miscommunication between representative and install crew.Then Monday install delayed due to theft of equipment and employee illness.Finally Wednesday crew came out and successfully installed, airedup and cleaned up. Very knowledgeable professionals. It has been very hot the last several days. They saved the day!

My AC stopped working. Called my home warranty company and they told me to call Dick Ray. Was told it would be 1.5 weeks before someone could get out and look at it. After seeing all these reviews saying we received same day/next day service I decided to call Dick Ray from a different number to see how long it would take for service. Was told next day. Seriously? Pay by cash/credit, we will be there! Deal with warranty company, eh, give us one and a half weeks.
