Dishonest about pricing at all levels, internet statements are not true, then they'll charge more after they've been there. Rather than their stated <$100 for a drain clean out expect real ask closer to $275. Buyer beware.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

I POSTED 5 STARS SO THIS WOULD GO TO THE TOP OF THE LIST AND PEOPLE WOULD BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!They quoted us $1498 for 2 items to repair our boiler, which is only 10 years old and cost $9500. They were going to install these two parts on Monday. We haven't heard from them and it's Thursday. Three things concern me: they did not itemize the cost of these parts on the work order, they have not contacted us in almost a week, and the lows were in the 20's the last two nights. Should I be concerned about this company? Do they ever complete short, fairly inexpensive repairs? The positive reviews I've read lack specificity, not the negative ones, which regularly cite price gouging.UPDATE: PRICE GOUGING. In the end they added a new part to install (they said it was a $1700 part, but in my research I never saw it over $200). They gave us a final total of $3200, and reduced it by 10%. They asked my husband to make 2 separate Visa charges because 2 different men did 2 different things. Seriously??? I still have not received the itemized bill they promised to email. Also, the communication with this company was very, very bad. When the price was SHOWN to me, it was never verbalized, it looked like an additional $250, not an additional$1500. The men who did the work were nice enough and they seemed to understand how a boiler works, but they must work on commission. WE HAVE REQUESTED AN ITEMIZED BILL, BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!!

Paul's a savvy, experienced plumber. He's candid about his experience (extensive) and his service (specific.) I've never been surprised by a scope change or difference in cost: he always discusses the plan in advance, documents it, does it and validates it. Exactly what I'm looking for in a trusted service provider. I've had Paul do a number of bits of work for me -- some larger, some smaller -- and have always been happy with the result.

Called Geno to clear out a drain pipe. He was out within two hours and did a great job!

We had a new dishwasher, sink faucet, and garbage disposal all installed by Alan in our new-to-us 1917 house. He was very knowledgeable and taught us everything about the systems in the house. He went through basically every pipe and handle with us. He gave us professional advice when it came to choosing what to install. He also fixed our toilets that kept running. Alan will be out go to guy for any plumbing need in the future!
