We had our dishwasher installed and Josh was amazing! He was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. He had the job done quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 would hire him again.

I called Big Dave's for some plumbing help and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told me that he is only able to accept cash or check as payment and in true millennial fashion- I had neither of those. I told him I unfortunately didn't have a way to pay via cash or check and he ended up giving me a tip over the phone that allowed me to fix the issue myself. Thank you so much Dave! I will make sure to have cash/check on hand so I can call him for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend for fast friendly service!

Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

Our experience with Jake was great! He worked on both our kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems and went over and beyond by fixing the bath drain (in addition to the leaky faucet) and sprayer in the kitchen sink (in addition to fixing the kitchen piping). He also secured the wobbly sink in our bathroom--great attention to detail. Also, because he missed an appointment with us earlier in the week, he waived the trip charge for the subsequent appointment. That shows a lot of integrity. We are happy customers in East side Saint Paul.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Craig did a great job: thorough, knowledgable and amiable to boot -- in a situation that required a bit of finesse due to the age of the installation. He even befriended our anxious rescue dog. Highly recommended.

Capra's replaced our pipe from the house to the street per West St Paul ownership transfer INI rules.
Communication was great, they provided an estimate and kept to it even though they did the work in the Spring. They walked through the whole process with us. The team that did the work was efficient and friendly and we were only without water for a few hours vs most of the day.
They did great work and I would work with them again!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

Paul from Athena Care has done a few projects for us this past few months. He's been absolutely terrific to work with. He pays attention and is absolutely concerned with what's best, and provides the most value, for his customer long-term. You immediately know you can trust Paul with your home, as he is personable and obviously completely honest and hard-working. Working with Paul is like having a good friend as a master plumber helping you fix your house! My wife and I will only call Paul when we have plumbing projects.

My deal is support small local business. So glad I did when I found Mark and FOCUS plumbing. Everything you would want when dealing with a plumbing business. Very personable and knowledgeable. He's now my guy. Letting family and friends know. I'm sure you would be pleased also.

I manage a hotel in Stillwater that frequently uses Geno and Rick from Power Plumbing and I couldn't possibly say enough about what great service they provide. Power Plumbing is one of our very favorite vendors...they never let us down taking care of our small issues, renovation needs, and even emergencies. They have fair pricing and phenomenal attitudes. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Jim Murr and his associate who came to my home were both polite and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and I even requested more work to be done on site that wasn't discussed prior, and Jim took the time to address and solve the problem. The prices were more than fair especially considering it's a small business.

CALL THEM! Are you looking for a plumber, like I was, and don't know which one to call. After 4 different ones I can tell you that by far this was the best experience. Great price, great service, and a drain that is fixed. Clyde was my plumber this afternoon and did a knockout job. I hope this helps someone who is clicking through different plumbers and doesn't know which one to call...Thank you Weld and Sons and Clyde for a job well done.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

My company required televising to discover the issue and then auger service. Both services provided were thorough and effective. The company employees were very professional and knowledgeably answered my questions . I highly recommend.
