Perhaps they do a fine job when they are hired, but the sheer number of calls is verging on poor business practices.

Friday my A/C went out on my house and I was not aware I needed a whole complete system. I started with a handyman and then called Vince Jaramillo with Air Comfort Solutions. I told him my problem and he joined me on my backporch 30 minutes later and showed me that he could complete remove my whole system and put all brand new Trane system in the following day. I'm writing this review in my air conditioned home on Saturday 12:42 pm. Jeremiah and Rusty Ashmore just left my house after literally showing up at 8am sharp and completed my tear out and new install. These guys literally installed a whole ac unit and had it going so fast that I didn't even take the window ac unit out of the box it came in. They were the best install crew I have ever seen. If I could give this team 10 stars 🌟 I would. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my family. I will always refer you!

Great service. Very thorough. The whole crew worked straight thru. Completed installation of replacement coil, serviced system & house started to cool straight away. At 85 degrees every degree decrease is GREATLY appreciated.

I called because my house wasn’t cooling. I have an old unit, but this is the first time we have had problems. The tech spent maybe 15-20 minutes looking at my equipment and then started his sales pitch for a new unit. It was all doom and gloom to get a $18k system sold. So thankful I called for a second opinion. After 45 minutes of testing, he discovered the issue and addressed it for the same price I paid for a sales pitch.RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! They charge a $89 dollar “diagnostic” fee only to try to sell you on something you don’t need.

I had called and made an appointment to have our furnace winterized and make sure everything was running properly. A couple days before my scheduled appointment they called to reschedule due to “overbooking”. They rescheduled for a week later with a 10-2 time frame. The tech was very kind and on time. He advised we had “growth” on our ducts and coils and the motor was seizing up. He advised he could replace the motor but his professional opinion we should get a whole new system! We decided to get a second opinion with a different company. The new tech came out today with little notice and advised there was absolutely NOTHING WRONG with our system!! So we paid for the tech to come out and give us false information, which if we were naïve could’ve cost us thousands of dollars. NEVER AGAIN!

He seemed to have fixed it. He did leave for about an hour and we didn’t know where he went. When he came back he got to work. Assuming he had to get a part or something. He used our toilet without asking which we thought was a bit odd. He left the seat up as well; not sure if he washed his hands. He was nice enough but probably needs some ediquette coaching. 😊

Good informed report on procedures taken after Chris finished...good explanation fair & good enough. AC tune-up works for now as it is old. Here on out let die, and good hopes to finance 4 a new one (furnace) heat & air when possible. Not now, okay...Chris seemed very informative & good pro. Good tech, only hiccup was not much difference, and happens even to the best, in everything ( business, sports,etc). I still passing the baton, and recommend this company ACS.

They came out and didn’t diagnose my problem. Just tried to sell me a new unit. Wanted me to sign right then. I told them I wanted to get other opinions and they kept pushing to sell me a new unit. Got another company to come look at it and they fixed the issue and saved me thousands. Disgusted with this company. They charged me a $99.95 just to try and sell me something I didn’t need. Will never use them or recommend them.

My technicians were extremely efficient. Both gentlemen stayed until 8:30pm to ensure the work was completed and done well. They were very kind and did a fantastic job replacing my HVAC system. Very much appreciated!

They send text messages before the appointment with a picture, short bio about who will be showing up to your home, and a link to track when they will be there. I was very impressed. Also, Mark Kennedy was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before the winter weather set in and on the weekend so I didn't have to miss work. My installer Jeff Mooney also went above and beyond by doing my install on a Sunday and coming back to make sure it was completed correctly the next day. He was friendly and communicated all that needed to be done since I could not be home when he did the work. It was such a seamless process from start to finish. The best and easiest home maintenance/repair experience I've ever had.

Kale was very polite and professional through this process. He was very informative of what he was looking for and why. Fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

I had a great experience with the crew from Air Comfort Solutions yesterday. My wife and I are trying to sell our house and our old system conked out on us. They were able to get over to us quickly and install a new system same day. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. Thank you for making what could have been a very difficult situation as easy as possible.

If you are looking for fast, dependable service, Air Comfort Solutions probably should NOT be your first call.Initial contact was prompt and courteous. Great communication to get a service tech out immediately. Tech inspected the unit, diagnosed the problem and had to call the shop for an inducer motor.He promptly collected payment and that's where things went south.The part that was supposed to be ordered that day wasn't ordered until 3 days later when I called and requested a service update and they discovered they failed to order the part. I have not been contacted by ACS one time since the initial visit and have had to make multiple calls to determine the status of my repair.The lack of a sense of urgency on their part to take care of their customers is beyond my understanding. Maybe they should spend more on getting enough help to service their customers and less on those television ads (which worked on me unfortunately)We now are 5 days into this debacle and still no parts, no status update calls from the company, and no idea when it might be resolved.Meanwhile my children and are bundled up working to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting while one after the next freezes solid and soon we will have no running water. Just praying the pipes aren't damaged and leaking when we finally get thawed back out.UPDATE: ACS did refund the cost of the service call after posting these reviews. They did stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

My A/C needed help fast - and at 6:15pm. The technician was here by 7pm! He fixed the problem, found another issue and repaired that as well. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and wanted to get us help right away. I called and was told it would cost $89.00to come out. But was never mentioned anything about diagnostic cost. I ended up paying almost three hundred dollars and the estimated repair cost the technician gave me as was out of the roof. Will never use them again.

The condensed version, they are crooks.We signed up for an annual service contract so that HVAC system would be serviced twice a year. The technician came the first time in the late spring of 2020. He said that our system was not cooling as well as it should. He determined it was low on Freon. He called a sales person to come and talk to us. They both told us the system had a leak. The leak was most likely non-repairable. Since it non-repairable we needed to replace the whole system for around $10,000. WRONG that should be a crime. I ask where the leak was; they didn’t know, but for $500 they would try to find it.FYI we had some one else come out and he repaired it and added Freon for $250

Clogged floor drain to main tgat I needs addressed quickly and in a Sun.
Called and these guys were on it and good to go within hours.
Very pleased and will be calling again when needed for repairs or upgrades.

Gary did a great job replacing our leaking, old out dated shower faucet system. Within the last year have used Air comfort solutions for heat and air replacement, hot water heater replacement and now bathtub shower faucet replacement. All updated as well. Have not been disappointed. Excellent work, very professional. Job done right.

New heat and air installed summer of 2017. On July 10, got a call that ac wasn't cooling. I called Air Comfort Solutions around 3 p.m. A technician was at my house within an hour. He couldn't fix it, but recharged the ac to get us through the next few hours. They were back in less than 24 hrs and installed a new coil and fixed a vent in the attic. Excellent customer service.

My old HVAC system was put in back in 1992. I had been using AirCo for the past few years to keep it alive. However, last Friday it gave up for it's final time. Imagine my worry when I checked the outside air temperature and we were climbing up to 90+. I called AirCo at 10am on Friday. Within a few hours Mark Kennedy was out and able to quote me a price on a new system. In true AirCo fashion, a professional. I knew this day was coming so I pulled the trigger and purchased the full replacement HVAC system. To my surprise he said they would be out the next morning and have it in and running in about 5 hours. I was skeptical but come 8am Saturday morning Jeff Mooney and his install team were pulling into my driveway and taking out the new equipment. They had the whole system out, replaced and the new system up and running in less than the quoted time. Not an ounce of debris or mess left behind. The install team was professional and friendly, didn't even know they were there for the most part. Less than 24 hours from our system failing we had a completely new system in and the peace of mind of a 10 year warranty. We have used and will continue to use AirCo because they take care of their customers, you'd almost think you're family. From texting and calling prior to arrival with pictures of the technician, to ongoing maintenance and service after the sale and even a sweet follow up thank you call a few days later to check on us. Thank you for a job well done!

So we had a gas leak in our furnace. After the FDT responded to 911 📞 we got ahold of Air Solutions. Within 2 hrs we had Billy Gregory's of Air Comfort solutions repaired the leak accepted our $50 coupon and enrolled us their yearly maintenance programs Highly recommend this company for all your heating AC products & services.

worst customer service ever. I bought 2 units from them and after a few months one of them broke with warranty and it took me over 8 hours to get any call back to schedule a fix. literally the worst I would not recommend this to anyone.Update: they gave me an appointment saying a technician will be at my house at around 8am-12pm and the technician showed up at 2pm after calling about it 11 times just for the technician to say it was a fuse problem and he installed a new fuses in under 20 mins left and now i am still left with a broken acUpdate 2: They came by again and this time they said my compressor is broken. I have a warranty so everything was free and they said they have to order the part. it has been a week now and they still don't have the part. So I haven't had running ac for a week now.

Tyler was very informative regarding the issues with the system. We have been with ACS for many years and have had great service with routine maintenance and quick repairs/replacements.

Service Tech Brian Doll completed maintenance on May 18, 2023. His arrival was timely with a call before arriving. He wore shoe covers while in my home. He was on time; worked efficiently; discussed and explained, thoroughly, concerns identified. His demeanor was professional, neatly dressed. He was patient and respectful. Rick came out to do yearly checkup on our A/C unit. He was super friendly and explained everything perfectly! Would definitely recommend these guys!

We scheduled an appointment and the window they gave us was 3-5pm. At 5:30pm on the day of the appointment, Air Comfort Solutions called to see if they could still come as they still had not shown up. We took off work to be here by 3pm. We told them when they called 30 MINUTES AFTER the appointment window that we would not be using their company and there was no need to show up. ACS then called us again to “reschedule” our appointment. Extremely POOR customer service and complete disregard for us as potential customers.I would highly recommend NOT using this company.

The problem I was having was immediately identified and quickly repaired. The agent was very helpful, friendly and had my HVAC running like new in just a few minutes.

ACS has always been great to work with! We have used other companies that have resulted in us using ACS to fix the mistakes that were made by the others. I highly recommend using them.

I called Air Comfort Solutions to come clean my main drain out because it was clogged with the baby wipes that my tenant keeps flushing. They sent Parker Taylor out to take care of the drain for us. He not only did a good job and got the drain cleaned out but he took the time to explain to my tenant why they can not be flushing wipes and how they are clogging the drain. He even took the time to answer all the questions my tenant had regarding her drain being backed up and did so in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend him and Air Comfort Solutions.

I called to have my furnace checked because my pilot light would not stay lighted. The technician—Mark Kennedy—has been doing HVAC work for 15 years. He diagnosed that my HVAC system was 38 years old and needed to be replaced. He showed me my options and arranged for the installation to be done the next day. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Parker, upon checking this out, determined that because the furnace was vented through the same vent pipe, that an HVAC tech would need to do the work.Parker contacted his dispatch guy Keith, and Keith called me back to get that scheduled.We were very pleased with how our appt today was handied by Parker and Keith.

Our hot water heater broke on a a Saturday. They had it fixed by Saturday afternoon.

Work was completed efficiently and the Holly was friendly and respectful. The company as a whole has been good to work with.

The first thing he said is I will attempt to unclog the drain. I called immediately and said no to cancel. but he went ahead and ran a snake. So he made my person there pay him. Even though I called and said no. Well the drain is still backed up. She said he knew it was not draining well and did not run the snake far enough to clear the drain. I am on a budget and can't afford another call. I am up a creek! Not happy. I have never hired a company to attempt to do a job.

Worst experience I've ever had. Technician seemed lost, not very personable, and made the problem worse. Called the office the next day to just deal with a rude manager that offered to send a different technician out but there might be more cost. Very unprofessional and very rude. Called a different company out and was told that nothing looked like it had been rewired as the air comfort solutions technician had stated he'd done. I would not recommend this company.

Nick found our initial issue immediately and some techs might have left after that but Nick did a complete and thorough job of following through with further maintenance and checks.

These guys are the best! I have been using them now for a couple of years. I have had to have the installation team come out on 4 or 5 occasions to fix something they've either not done, or messed up on. For instance, they didn't replace the plenum box or rework the ductwork the first time out. Then when they came back to rerun ducts, and replace the plenum, I was able to put my hand into the plenum box because the ducts weren't sealed right. I also had to have someone come overnight to fix the thermostat that had just been put in because the new HVAC system was not wired properly, and resulted in the thermostat needing to be replaced, again. I was told that there needed to be a transformer attached to the system for the thermostat, so we called them out again for that issue. After all of this, we got inspection scheduled, and they failed inspection, and still have not reached out to schedule a time to fix the issues that were emailed to them from the inspector. This was a terrible experience, and I didn't list everything that they had to come back to redo.

Jeff at Air Comfort did an absolutely amazing job for us. We had a leak somewhere in the drain pipe in our foundation, and he exhausted every avenue to make sure we didn't have to tear up our brand new flooring. Very impressed with the service, they showed up when they said they would show up, and the final cost matched the estimate exactly. I could not be happier and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

He explained thoroughly done in my home and on the outside of my home to successfully install new heat and air system. I was very satisfied.

I just used Air Comfort Soulutions to do a service checkup on our Heating system. The technician was Stephen. He was on time, thorough and explained to me everything he was doing on the checkup. I give him a 10 out of 10. He even made some recommendations to me that will save us some money down the road. Their pricing for their checkups are great.

Called multiple times (to get my water heater repaired) only to get disconnected over and over again. Then when I finally got thru there was no clear communication as to there even being a waiting list, I was just told to hold and I'd be transferred, only to get disconnected again. When I tried the very last time to get some understanding of how the callback process even works I was told. I don't know when they'll call you because they busy but they'll call eventually. It's been days...no call. I'll be moving on. Sad because I got their info from a recommendation.

We had been without AC for over two days and the heat was104 to 106 when my wife called Air Comfort Solutions. Jarred Morton met with us late morning and walked us through everything and after a phone call said they could be there that afternoon for install. By 1:30 Jeff Mooney and his crew, sorry I don't know their names, were here and installing all new equipment, inside and out. By 4:30 we had AC cooling our house as promised! They were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. These guys were fast, did a great job, left the house looking like they were never here, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. The one time over all these years that I had an after hours emergency, on a Saturday with 20 degree temps and no heat, I got a flat no. We can’t come til Monday. All my services were prepaid and I had to pay for another company to come out.

Air Comfort Solutions to the rescue again 😂 😱! We called Sunday NIGHT because the unit went out. The technician, Michael Champlain, was honest with us and presented options we could understand to make the best decision. We chose a full replacement of the a/c system. We have used Air Comfort Solutions in the past and found them to be reliable, honest and professional. Their service on our units has always been a great value. We have re- signed for their service agreement so we know our heating and cooling systems will be properly maintained. The installation team, led by Bryce was the most professional and courteous team I have ever had. The respected by home (even wore booties over their shoes) and they patiently explained how to use my new thermostat. They even moved items back that I had moved for them to access the attic. A little hiccup with the thermostat was handled by Michael at 10:30 PM!! Every aspect of this sale and installation of the system (furnace, compressor, evaporator) was handled expediently, professionally, and timely. I very much appreciate ACS, and will definitely call them to repair/replace the other unit in my home.

They always were on time coming to my house and making repairs, and even replacing the air handler out side and wifi connected thermostat at no cost to me. They totally honored my warranty and more.The techs were all polite and hard working.Very conscious of not tracking dirty into my home and of wearing a mask.They and upper management took the time to hear my issues and explained in detail what was going on and what needed to be done to correct the issues. He also provided before and after pictures and made repairs to the pipes that were not done properly by another outfit. We needed some adjustments to our new HVAC system due to uneven temperatures throughout the house.Bryce came out and added new ductwork a new vent and some dampeners to redirect the airflow. Knowing that there might be some adjustments needed we ran the system for the weekend and Bryce and his crew came right back out first thing Monday and made some changes and it already seems to be working more efficiently. It is a significant investment in our home but we are glad we have gone with Air Comfort Solutions.

I work down the street from them. The amount of times their vans fly by doing double the posted speed limit, and inches away from hitting parked cars is ridiculous.If they are as reckless with their installs as they are as drivers i wouldnt let them in my home.

Scheduled a service call for 10-2. 2 came and went, no show no call. When I called the company I was told they would “still TRY to get out there today,” but weren’t sure if or when they could even make it. When I explained I took off work to be here for the service, their response was “you are lucky we are even accepting your service call, some areas are booked up until April 1st.”Who does business this way? This was just to get them out for a service call, can you imagine if you needed them to fix something in a timely manner? Glad we found out before we spent $$ with them.

The worst customer service ever. Would choose anyone other than these hateful people. If I were the owner I would immediately fire your office girl. Rude, hateful and using swear words is really professional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are many options! And all they wanted to do was keep quoting new unit prices!

I had tried for 2 weeks to get a person to call me back, they never did. I finally had to threaten them to lose an account with my business to get a call back from someone. That person, who is on management, assured me that a technician would be out in a couple of days. It's been over a week now and no one has called or shown up. I had higher hopes for them.

Stephen Huggins was a great technician. I appreciated what a terrific job he did on servicing and cleaning the AC unit, filters, etc. Such a fine guy as well!

Called set an appointment to have a tech come out and look to see if I was having any air vent leaks. Tech came out on a Saturday, looked around said he didn't really see anything but suggested that I have the vents tubing sealed with additional tape and a paste, both which he had on his vehicle. Said he would have St**** get with me the next day. A week past no calls. I called in to follow up. St**** called me, said he did not get any notice to call me. Anyway I set up an time for St****to come out and give me a quote. St**** cancelled fifteen minutes before our appointment, said it was an emergency. I have yet to hear back for St***.

We had a big new unit installed in February (4.months old) and were just told by the tech it is only guaranteed to keep 20 degrees colder than outside temp. So when it is a hundred out be happy it holds at 80 degrees. I feel very ripped off. It was a very expensive unit. All please read the fine print and make sure you know what you are buying. What a RIP off!!!

Your winning call... is to call someone else. Anyone else. I had an AC issue and they came out to fix it. I wasn't there so I don't know the whole story. I can't read the work order because it's illegible (I can't even read his name) so I have no idea what was done. He was only there for 20 minutes and charged me 300. I was told it would be 139 and I found a 25 coupon so it should have been 114. No idea why I had to pay 300 but they didn't fix anything. I called them again to complain but have no idea when anyone is coming. I'll post another complain depending on how my issue is handled.I'm calling the better business bureau if this goes wrong again.

Devin was wonderful! Very professional and explained everything regarding the status of the heat and air units. He went above and beyond and did excellent work. Very pleased with the maintenance check up.

We had a repair man come out because our furnace would not turn on, the repair man was there for 2 hours and said that a motor needed to be replaced on our furnace and that it would cost $1100, but that he recommended that we replace our entire system and quoted us $8200 for that. We were ready to do it and trusted his opinion. When we talked to a family member they told us that quote was way to high and that they had the same thing done on their house with a bigger unit for $7500. We got another opinion. The new technician was able to get our furnace up and running and said that the motor that Air Comfort Solutions said needed to be replaced for $1100 was actually just clogged, so he cleaned it out and said we do not even need to replace the unit now. So we paid $100 for the repair man to come out and give us false information, which caused us to have to sleep in the cold with our 1 year old daughter. They also ALMOST got us for another $8200 which is $2300 more than the other quote we got. Definitely do not recommend. What a waste of $100. The whole reason we called them last night was to have heat when we went to bed because it was supposed to be cold. He couldn’t even deliver that.

Woke up with no heat and the temperature was single digits outside, being a premier customer, I called and had a tech on the phone within 15 minutes and on site within 1 hour. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Got me up and running before my family arrived for Christmas.

They are 2-3 times more expensive than the other 2 quotes that I got from other, just as reputable, companies. Sure they are polite & professional. They better be for that price. Use them if you want, but do yourself a favor & get some comparable quotes.

My family's furnace went out and I called Air Comfort Solutions for the first time.The only issue that was found was a cracked furnace ignitor.They charged me $287 for a furnace ignitor that is available on Amazon for $22.Ignitor Model: Robertshaw Hot Surface Ignitor 271A.This business charged my family 13x the cost of the part. This is the single highest upcharge I have ever received in my life.This type of price gouging is reprehensible, unethical, and in bad taste.

$550 to replace an air compressor seems high to me but noone else was available. $250 for the part. $89 just to come out and $169 for 1 hour of work. I know lawyers who charge less than that. I think he milked the clock a little by saying A) my water pressure was poor in the backyard and had to hook up in the front ( also suggested my pipes were burst. Uhm. Ok ) then 20 more minutes to wait and see if coolant levels were ok. Tried to say I had a leak by speculation and no evidence. Declined that extra $200. I'm glad it's fixed but I guess there's a reason they were the only ones available.

I found ACS online and booked an appointment to have my drain cleared for their advertised $99 Drain Cleaning. When their guys showed up they told me that the job was going to cost $450.00. I said, no way. I agreed to $99. The guy immediately said, Oh, I didn't know you had a coupon. That wasn't on my work order. Okay, $99.I'm 57 years old and been in sales all of my life. This is a complete scumbag move. Had I agreed to pay them $450 they would have happily taken it.They completed the simple task and when I paid the $99 the guy said, I have coupons in the truck. I'll give you one for next time.THEY KNEW THE WHOLE TIME this was a $99 service.This is exactly how companies take advantage of elderly and vulnerable people. It is shameful and disgusting that ACS would practice business this way.

Travis P. was great at troubleshooting my system’s problem and getting things working again; he was very personable and educated me as he worked through the problems.My unit was installed by Master Service prior to acquisition by ACS, and ACS has been honoring my warranty. ACS has always quickly made necessary repairs (although sometimes charging a service fee with warranty repairs and sometimes not?). This time a failed component also back-fed 24 volts into my thermostat and melted it. Although they didn’t replace the expensive smart thermostat that I had, they did at least provide their basic thermostat replacement under warranty since the part failure caused the damage.

I have a service agreement with the company. I had prepaid for semiannual service on my heating and air conditioning unit they installed a few years ago. As part of the service they are supposed to replace the filter. The filter they installed this time looked like it came out of the trash. Several of the cardboard supports were missing, and others were barely hanging on. I removed it from the unit because I was afraid a piece would break away and fly up into my fan assembly. It occurred to me that if I ran the heater, a piece might possibly break loose and result in a fire.I guess I should have known better. A few years ago they replaced my sewer line. The original bid to remove the old line and install the new line was $2,850. After they had opened a trench across my backyard 50 feet long and 7 feet deep, they came back needing another $1,300 for SAND as a base for the line. In other words, they demanded another $1,300 to fill in the trench. These people are never allowed on my property again.

Attempted to repair heater but didn’t have the part, part on back order will be 7 to 14 days before repaired. Temps 26 degrees at night! 11/22/22 fixed heater!12/10/23. Kale worked nonstop to track down a minor electrical issue. Walked me through everything he did to the unit. Professional, friendly, and throughly pleasant . Nice job!

I bought a new heat/air system from this company 2 to 3 years ago. Noticed toward the end of the season last year it would not keep up when the temp outside was over 90. I have paid every year for their service plan and I told the winter inspector they sent out about this issue. He said don't wait if it happens again so we can look at it when the outside temp is actually hot. Well it happen again yesterday 6/6/2020 and I called. Cant see me until sometime during the night. Not acceptable, the temp would have cooled off by then. Each time I was offered to schedule was not in the hot part of the day when the problem could be verified. I have paid around $179.00 a year for their service plan that is supposed to put you at the top of the list if you have a problem. DO NOT use this company. They do not do what the promise.

We had an issue with the air conditioner for a little under two weeks. We called Air Comfort Solutions at 0800 and got an appointment. Jeff looked at our equipment and offered a variety of options. We chose one and they had the unit installed before I left for work at 1730.I work nights and both Jeff and the installation crew had the unit evaluated and replaced while I slept. This is impressive because the ingress for the furnace is through the master bedroom. Bravo!

Totally satisfied with Travis, and his professionalism. I will always request him to for all of my appointments.

ACS came out in a hurry and got us taken care of the next morning when our 20 year old system went down. The pricing was comparable and the service was timely and professional. The sales and install teams were both great. We are happy with the service and very happy with the new Trane system.

DO NOT CALL AIR COMFORT SOLUTIONS!!! Their pricing is high and they charge a service fee of $95 just to come out (even if they don't perform any work). We just had a new countertop put in and needed the drop in sink installed. I called Air Comfort Solutions and said that I needed someone to come out and give me a price. The person that I talked with did not say anything about a service fee of $95 just to come out. The plumber came out and gave me an estimate of over $600. I asked him why his price was so high because I had everything that he needed to do the job and I asked if I was only being charged for LABOR. He admitted that he didn't have a rate sheet to install a sink. Anyway, I told him NO THANKS and said that I would NOT pay his service fee of $95. I found a licensed plumber to perform the same work for $200. Again, all I paid for was the labor as I had all the parts on hand. What a joke. Don't use this place.

Water softener filter change was completed and Cole has come out twice and is amazing!!! All the technicians that have come out are amazing, helpful and very nice!Thank you Air Comfort Solutions!!!!! See you in another 3 months.

Jeff really took the time to understand what we were hoping would happen. They replaced some smaller ducts with larger ones and managed to route everything so we didn't have to create a new return. Arranged all the ducts to keep from blocking attic access and even vacuumed up when they were done. I'm so happy we picked ACS years ago! They consistently take care of us.

My service tech, Nathan, was very thorough. He even went through what he checked, showing me photos. He was working on my furnace as a check up. He did find a couple of issues. He was careful to go over them with me so that I could understand. By using the photos, which he took, he helped me to understand. I highly recommend him.

Caleb showed me some work that needed to be done on my a/c unit that I was unaware of. He also showed me what it will take to get the job done. Very grateful for that.

I was absolutely amazed at how fast they got out it was only a few hours so super fast!! I have an older unit, and the tech immediately went with you need a new unit. He grabbed the high side line and said it was way over 100°. Then he quoted me $1200 to replace the condenser fan motor or $18,000 to replace the HVAC.I couldn't do either. I tore the unit apart and cleaned the condenser coils myself. Unit has run non-stop now for 10 days straight. No issues whatsoever.They called to follow up, and I explained the situation. Totally understand, we all need to earn! If the tech had cleaned the same coils I did, would you have done better? No one ever attempted to contact me from the company. Bummer about this, they could have done better.

Currently have a maintenance plan with this company & have for several yrs. However twice tech has come without filter. 1st time never brought filter back as promised. 2nd time same experience. I had to call to get one delivered so we could install. Item was left on porch even though our door was open & TV on.

Zachary did a great job he explained all the options and pointed out things as he went through the inspection. He did a good job of explaining technical things in language I could understand . He convinced me when my unit read 1 on the Co2 test that was not good. He was really patient with all my questions. I ended up buying a new unit and in the long run will save me money. Johnny his trainee was also efficient and Zachary is doing a good job training him. Overall I am very pleased and received good customer service.

Donnie Looney was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He came out and did our winter furnace check and changed our filters. I was telling him about the difference in temperature in our master bed and bath, he said he would check it out. He spent extra time running back and forth from the vents to the attic adjusting the dampers to help balance the air flow. Donnie said to see how we like it and if it needed to be adjusted some more to just call and they would come back out.

The lady on the phone told me half price special in my area, $49.00, check up. Tech told me unit is old but checks out ok, just low on freon, says one lb. Is $150 r22 will take 5lbs. To work, which r22 is not covered in the plan. After the fact I looked on line and can buy 10lbs for 189.00, he got me for a bill of 389.95... I notice the owner replies to all the good reviews and not the bad,,hmm. Makes ya wonder!!

Absolute crooks. Our combo heat/air unit died, which sadly wasn't a surprise since we had a different company come out twice in about 8 months to repair it. We're new home owners and have lived in our house for less than a year, so we were kind of inexperienced in this whole situation. We called our usual company to come check out the unit once again but unfortunately he was unable and suggested a different company who also was unable to come out. I decided to call ACS since they advertise being able to come out when the other guys can't. A tech was out within a couple hours, he said we would need to replace the motor we just replaced a few months prior, and possibly another part in the summer when the AC would be in use. I was already ready to replace the whole unit instead of continuing to throw money at a lost cause. A salesman came out and suggested a model and we agreed, being ignorant to these sort of things as first time home owners. The unit was installed that night and everything was fine. Everyone we dealt with in person was great! The next night a family member calls and suggests we do some research because a news story in Norman instructed consumers contact them because of bad business practices. My husband did some research and discovered we paid over double the price of the unit. We contacted the company and they said nothing could be done until Monday, we said that wasn't going to work for us. We contacted the salesman we did worked with and explained our findings and asked that the price be lowered to a more reasonable rate and he said we would have to wait and talk to someone Monday, again we said that wouldn't work and requested they come get the unit. He contacted his manager and instead of his manager taking action and contacting us directly he sent messages through his salesman saying we were in contact and that if we did anything they would place a mechanical lien on our house and take legal action. Today, Monday, they finally got in contact with them. They said we signed a contract and were basically stuck. We informed them we know our rights have legally have 3 business days to return it for any reason. Finally, they came to get their unit. Out normal HVAC company will be out tomorrow to install the same unit for HALF the price! I wouldn't be so incredibly bitter if they handled the situation like professionals. We never asked for anything for free, and understand businesses need to make a profit. But be fair and competive, not absolute crooks!

Our AC went out and needed replaced. I cslled them to come snd give me a quote to replace it and the inside unit. They were friendly and said they would be at my house between 5 and 6. I missed my daughter's game to meet them and they never showed or even called to say they were not coming or to reschedule. They have lost my business forever. Very unprofessional. Obviously they do not need my money.

Great service from Mr. Mark Behn. Took the time to explain exactly what was going on and appeared to know exactly what he was talking about. Rare that I leave reviews but felt his service warranted one.

Edit. I called today to ask about the charges and the csr lady said she didn't know why the charge was what it is. They don't set the charges. The technician is who determines what to charge. She couldn't explain the charges and why it was 321.33. They aren't very professional in the office either. She thought I was on hold and griped about hurrying to get finished with this call before I changed my review. I'll never use them again and won't recommend them either.Our washing machine drain was very clogged with Lint. I found a$99 drain cleaning special online. I called them and they said they'd honor that price. Once the plumber was on site he quoted $320. All he did was snake the drain and the vent on the roof. Took about 45 minutes in and out. I feel we were duped since it should never have cost that much especially since I was quoted a lower price.

They installed the blower and heater in backwards the first time and possibly caused damages to my ac unit by causing my coil to freeze up they did come back to fix dame day but possibly causing harm to new ac system Is extremely upsetting and no discount or anything offered for damages or my time to have to wait around all day till they came back at almost 6 pm to fix it got 2 stars only cause they did fix same day and the guys left a mess in the garage and the street the first time that I had to clean up.

Mike was very professional, on time, and let me know he was on his way. Thoroughly checked out the furnace. Let me know nothing was needed but may be in future and told me estimates but was honest and ethical enough to not charge me for something I didn’t need. Refreshing!

We had our A/C and heating replaced four years ago, was having trouble with the A/C cooling. So thankful for the assistance and professionalism of your tech Stephen (Huggy). He is definitely an asset to your team.

The work was good after the third trip for the same issue. Kevin did a great job. However I was disappointed with the cost. My part was under warranty so no charge for it. I was charged $459 for 30 minutes of labor. I understand inflation but my goodness. I definitely think we'll be using someone else from here out. I'm giving 2 stars because it took three times to fix the problem and the cost to repair.

Even though he had to come back out after hours due to the phone number error which surely was a very long day for him, it was just like a normal call for him. He took his time to ensure everything was perfect and when it wasn't he went back to got it perfect! I would not call these people for anything. Tech came out and gave us NO solutions whatsoever. Told us our unit was obsolete but didn't give us a price for a new one. Then said it wouldn't be as efficient if he just refilled the coolant. Very vague on his explanation, promised to send me a email with all the info about what was wrong, what they suggested, etc. Never got it. Seems like all they want to do is upsell you a new unit. So, I basically paid them $85 to do nothing.

A HUGE thank you to Cole and Jeff! They were quick, pleasant, courteous, very honest and fixed my plumbing issue in no time flat. I highly recommend these gentlemen and also Air Comfort Solutions for all heat, air and plumbing needs.

I called Air comfort for a diagnostic on my plumbing seeing as my water would not get hot and I seen they had a commercial advertising free diagnosing. We had already come to the conclusion it must be the heating element but wanted confirmation. Air comfort came out same day and confirmed it was the heating elements gone bad. They wanted to charge over $700 for parts and labor for a $15 part 🤯 my entire water tank cost $550 brand new! Insane! Needless to say, we did NOT use their services. I can't comment on their services seeing as we didn't use them but this post is to warn people to get a second opinion! Do NOT assume their prices are competitive or that they're fair priced or even normal because they are sooooo far from it! Inflation is an under statement when they're wanting a 6,000% profit...

Very expensive!!! $200 for a $10 part and small piece of copper and that was just parts not including labor. Of course if you sign up for $18 month service agreement it would save you 10%. Glad we didn't agree to that because we won't be using them again. Although very professional and were able to come the next day $310 for a water inlet replacement valve that goes to frig seems high but I'm not a plumber. Wish I were at these rates. They've gotta pay for Jason White! Lol.

I had an AC tuneup and this company is awesome! I initiated the service and from the dealings with the CSR to technician Stephen Huggins--was absolutely amazing. I was kept informed from appointment to arrival & completion of service; was given information re: needed service (but was NOT pressured), great price, professional & the unit was cleaned, which had never been done by other companies!! Stephen covered his shoes since it had been raining & left me with 2 new filters for later use!! And locally owned...it doesn't get any better than that!

Our technician Nick, tried to overcharge us by $90 for a simple capacitor replacement. It was a $30 part that took 10 minutes to install, he said the labor charge was $169, but the part was covered under warranty. Coupled with the $89 service charge, he tried to charge us a total of $258 even though the part was covered under warranty. I was at work when our technician arrived, and my wife was dealing with him. When my wife asked why it cost $169 worth of labor for 10 minutes of work, he offered us a $50 off coupon. My wife called me and explained the situation, so I called the office, and they told me that the price was $169 for everything and that there was no $50 off coupon. This guy was preying on what he thought was a naive woman, and was hoping to pocket a cool $90. He was very unprofessional, and I will not be doing business with this company again. Our A/C system is only 6 years old. Comfort air solutions installed a brand new system in 2017, so the capacitor failure was very premature, and the price to replace it was still insane at $169 for a part that we cross referenced for $30. Do not spend your hard earned money with this company.

Bought a new heat and a/c unit from these people and put it on my credit card. Have tried to get in touch with my sales guy Mike White repeatedly and cannot get a return call, text or anything else.I definitely would not recommend doing business with this company that will Not follow up with their customers. They didn’t even follow up to do the maintenance that you get with a new system. We had to call them! Pretty sad!

Bryan was kind and professional. He tuned up our furnace as well as fixed a few small issues that we were thought were just quirks of the heating system in our rental home. We're much more comfortable now! Happy customers. Thanks Bryan.

Stephen was a very professional, helpful & likeable technician. Although I just had my heater maintenance checked for upcoming winter & time for the air filter changed, it was nice to hear that my unit is still working as intended.

My disabled husband and I had been dealing with an air conditioner that was running all the time, but not cooling the house. We had fans on in all the rooms. Our thermostat and thermometers showed a temperature of 93. I decided I had to call someone to see if it could be fixed. I remembered the Air Comfort Solution commercials I had seen on TV and decided to call them. It was early afternoon on a Friday before a holiday.I didn’t imagine that we would be able to get someone out before the next week. The lady who answered the phone was very prompt, kind and helpful. She said they would have someone out that afternoon. I got a text with a picture, name and information about our serviceman. Within a couple of hours he called and said he was on his way.He checked everything out and decided he should go under our house and check our ductwork.He found two big ducts disconnected. As soon as he got them fixed, I could feel the cool air.It was comfortably cool last night!Thank you to our polite, kind, knowledgeable and hardworking serviceman, BRYAN!!YOU ARE OUR HERO! We only needed our bi-yearly maintenance on our HVAC system today. Kevin was awesome and very informative. He made sure we know how to keep our unit working at its best in between maintenance visits. Today's visit was definitely at 5 out of 5 stars!

Excellent service with Bryan and Michael on site. Bryan trouble shot a AC potential problem while Michael performed my fall heating checkup. All accomplished in less than an hour!

As usual great customer service. Chris was performing yearly maintenance when he discovered our capacitor was going out. He explained everything to me and replaced it. Very polite and professional.

We needed air conditioner and water heater help. Both people were supposed to be there in the morning the air guy showed up and we told him to stay in the limits of the service call charge no more. He said we needed cleaning and told us how to do it by ourselves so we wouldn’t have to pay $280. Then he did it himself and said he wouldn’t charge us but when he was done he charged us anyways total $300! And on top of that he charged our card twice so now we couldn’t afford the plumbers. They said they would bill us for the plumbers who I had to wait for all day. They didn’t come until late afternoon! Then the plumbers wanted to charge $850 just to plug in a hot water tank! And wouldn’t bill us like they said. So we still don’t have hot water and the supervisor said they would call today and they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They don’t keep their word.

Donnie was wonderful. We have had several services before with Air Comfort Solutions but always different technicians. They were in and out in 20-30 minutes. Donnie took about 2 ½ hours because he was thorough and did everything he was supposed to do, in addition to what previous technicians had not done. I am grateful that he actually did the job we are paying for, and I hope we will be able to have Donnie as our technician from now on.

They are extremely high in price. They internationally charge higher prices. I would not suggest them to my worst enemy. I don't feel the tech understood the task or job. He was to busy showing me or at least attempting to show how much smart t he was. I would not suggest them.

Put in a service call to this outfit - my HVAC unit in attic began to clank when furnace blower shutoff. Technician, who is a very nice gentleman, returns from attic and says blower motor going out and needs replacement at a cost of $1440.00.Fortunately, while he was in attic I had googled cause of clanking sound which it said can happen when air filters need replacing. I had also looked up cost of OEM blower motor for my furnace on line and it was readily available on amazon and elsewhere for around $200 average price. I paid for service call only and he left. I then changed air filters and the sound went away. To confirm his finding that blower motor needs replacement, I called another HVAC service outfit and asked them to check the blower motor which they did. I was then advised that they found nothing wrong with my blower motor so I thanked them, paid their service call fee and that was that. Now, weeks later with my furnace system working just fine and having saved 1140 dollars by googling the problem, I feel I should warn homeowners that they should avoid Air Comfort Solutions at all costs. I hope this is helpful to those folks needing HVAC service provider. I have had other poor experiences with Air Comfort but have finally learned my lesson.

Called about clearing sewer line of roots. He showed up, quoted a price of $800 to do the job. Guess it was too much trouble to climb up on a roof. Do no ever contact me again. This phone number used to be McBee Heating and Air. I wasn't aware that Air Comfort Solutions had taken over this company. They are definitely not the same quality that McBee was. I was not satisfied with Air Comfort Solutions at all. We called to have someone come put freon in our air conditioning unit. However, after putting in the freon, their repairman came into our house over 10 times - in an out, in and out, walking into every room of our house checking the vents and turning our system on and off and our heater on and off, etc. Keep in mind that the air conditioning unit and all of the parts used are either outside or up in the attic over the garage - not in the house. The air came right on after he filled it with freon. I really don't think this should have been an hour and a half appointment. My husband was right there with him but he would leave my husband outside to come into our house unannounced and wander around with myself and my son inside. It was very strange. The repairman also told us it would be best to replace our 8-year-old unit. I called the office to complain about what we charged and also about the repairman. I called 3 times and was told someone would call me back - no one ever called me back. I will NEVER call them again.

My upstairs toilet would not stop running. Cole was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and very, very pleasant. He knew exactly what the problem was, explained it very clearly and repaired it in record time. A 100% positive experience.

I called ACS to get an appt on our AC unit. The receptionist picked up on the first ring. She was polite and professional. She was able to get us an appt that afternoon. She said Bryan will call you 30 minutes for he heads your way. Sure enough Bryan called, showed up on time, was polite and professional. After his work he explained what he had done and what the next steps would be for completing the work.I look forward to signing up for their annual service plan.

He was very professional and informative while he was working, he recommended that I get water level shutoffs in case my drains on my AC's plug and he found an overheated wire which could have turned into a huge problem if not repaired. FAST! AC was out all weekend while we waited for our home warranty provider to get someone to repair it. Monday morning they called and said they would have someone out on Wednesday so I canceled the request and called Air Comfort Solutions. They were at my house in 4 hours and by the time I came home from work the house was nice and cool. Although I didn’t get Todd as requested, the man they sent out was very professional and did a great job. Thanks ACS!!

Contractors at my home moved my condenser unit without informing me and without using professional HVAC assistance. This caused my 10 month old system to shut down after the move as it had kinked the copper line. I called ACS and they sent Travis (my HERO) to diagnose the problem within an hour of my call. He got it up and running as soon as possible with the least amount of downtime as possible. He was honest, respectful, and a TRUE BLUE professional. I cannot recommend ACS and especially my technician Travis enough.

After our 23 year old AC left us high and dry as summer rolled in, I got quotes from five of the biggest/best rated companies in town and was most impressed and assured by Air Comfort Solutions. The salesman knew his stuff and the install crew was amazing. They were all very professional and diligent. Our new system is in (next day install) and we plan to use Air Comfort Solutions for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Plumber was very good and got the line cleared. I would not use this company again because they are at least 3x more expensive than competitors. I was desperate, however.

Our sewer line was not draining properly and kept overflowing in shower and furnace room,your clean out employee did an excellent kid to get it totally cleaned and all other info we.needed.

I contacted this company over the weekend because my air conditioner began tripping the breaker. They came out and did a “diagnostic”. After their checking of the unit it was determined that my compressor was going out. I was then informed that my 9 year old unit would have to be fully replaced as the part that was needed was no longer available. Thankfully I am smart enough to obtain a second opinion. And imagine what came out of the second opinion. My compressor is completely fine and the part that was actually causing the issue was a very inexpensive part that was quickly replaced. My capacitor was what needed replaced and it’s working as if it were brand new. And the person I hired also took the time to completely clean my unit and show me everything they were doing. I would not recommend this company for any services. I literally spent $100.00 for them to come out and try to convince me I needed a new unit. I have now spent $120.00 on the part and labor for it to be fixed. And it was fixed on a Sunday! I feel as a woman that they completely tried to take advantage of me.

He wasted no time checking and replacing the home filter. He was professional and explained the job he had done on the furnace checkup and asked if we had questions. Thanks to Briley we're good for another year!

Why can't you guys just fixed everything at once? We've already make appointments on you guys for many time and the problem is still not solved. Every time when you guys come with a different person and they only told us that something is broken and you need a new one, we paid every time when you guys come, but the problem still not solved. Poor unit poor management have had problems with our new unit since install had techs out many times still unit doesn't cool our house had ducts lined doesn't cool right was told at one time they were going to replace unit instead they just replaced inside unit still doesn't cool the house now condenser unit freezes up and shuts off and have been trying to talk to somebody in management for 4 days and can't get a call back

These guys are awesome !! Got a new heater and air conditioner installed in 4 hours. Very good job and very professional. Put rugs down to keep mud and dirt out of the house and cleaned up very well. Will definitely be using them again for all future work needed. Great company. Great folks working there. Very professional!!

I would NOT recommend air comfort solutions. I had an issue with my heater where it was running even when the thermostat was off. It sounded like the fan was on but it wasn’t.The technician said i needed to replace the “board” and it was going to be $800, but they highly recommend i replace the unit since it was so old. It was very high pressure sales to get a new unit. Something seemed off and so i called another local company who came out and fixed a switch and it was only $75. So glad i got a second opinion.

I can’t possibly give any more stars. One star is too generous. 5 days in a heat wave and between miscommunication (internally) and understating the time frame with us as the customer. This could have been avoided. And we still got charged $459.

A comprehensive look at the units, followed by replacement of potentially failing parts. And all that with a tone of courtesy and financial empathy. Definitely a service provider I would recommend.

Michael took pictures for me to share with my son to help me decide if i should repair or replace my AC and heating systems(he lives In Colorado) and it made my decision easy as these are things my son is very familiar with. My son asked if it would be beneficial to get a larger system and also to add another return as the bedrooms in my house dont heat or cool well and Michael helped with all that. My son was happy with Michael’s efforts and his recommendations and also is familiar with this company as it is also in Co. . I ended up with a really nice system. They back their work! They offer the best warranty pkg. I've ever been subject to, in my life and I am in my 60's! They are VERY diligent and punctual. It felt sometimes, like the service men were out here so much, that I wasn't sure if it Was a mistake? No! That's how they roll! Every 10-12 weeks, they call to set up the service call and they never, ever, neglect to do that! The service men themselves, will give themselves a 5hr window when confirming the appt., but unlike other companies, (I/e, Direct tv), who do the same but do not show up until the last minute, OR do not show at all then ask to be reseculed!), Air Comfort Solutions, will not put you through all that. As matter of fact, you can always track the servicemen and women, as they make their way to your place, in real time! U even get to pick out what avitar vehicle, you want to watch as you do follow! I can't say enough about this company, I have had to deal with different contractors for different reasons, most utility, and have been disappointed for one reason or another, and then being reminded to do 'my' homework 1st BEFORE hiring! I also have several family members, friends and neighbor's, who use Air Comfort Solutions and are as happy as I am with them, and most have been with them a good long while!

We've used Air Comfort Solutions to replace older HVAC systems and a hot water heater. The installations were both done on the same day we called for an estimate.There were some issues with the hot water heater ventilation and they sent out a technician same day, no questions asked. As a business owner I value other businesses that value my time and are responsive. I bought 2 units for my business from them and paid a monthly service fee to receive updates and checks with them. My ac went out over the weekend, they do not have techs available, but take calls. I called on Saturday and was assured they would call me Monday and send a tech out. By tuesday, no one had called and no tech was sent out. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Not sure what I was even paying for if they can’t even respond.I was happy with them for the first couple years under contract with them. But this past year was a different story unfortunately.

Brian was a Total professional and we are very happy with his work. I can't brag enough about his attention to detail from the work, the clean up and how he treated us. This was the highest quality and we are impressed. Thank you Brian, we are very satisfied customers.

Worst customer service ever. I pay an annual fee to service my account. They came to service it and broke it. It was working fine until they came out. They came two days later. Worked for a day. Then quit working. Now 3 hours after calling. No call back. This company sucks. Notice how they respond to every 5 star. But not to bad posts.

Gary was outstanding! He was very thorough in his work. Took the time to double and triple check that the work he’d completed was working correctly. Took the time to educate me on the system he’d installed and general maintenance tips. He answered all the questions I had and was very pleasant to converse with. I would happily have Gary come out to fix any further issue I have!

Kale did a great job! I’ll say he’s the first of roughly 6 techs that have been here over the last 6 years to find the second heater in the attic crawl space that I never knew existed. Our AC stopped blowing cold air enough to keep our house cool in the hot afternoons the last couple of days. Called this morning and they came out in the early afternoon (a little late, but I get it-when it gets hot, they are busy!). Mark Kennedy was the tech who came out. He fixed the issue quickly (thankfully it was a small issue) and explained it to me well. We signed up for their service plan to save money on this repair and to prevent this in the future. It’s no fun when your babies don’t sleep well because it’s too hot! Thank you!

I had your service out last week for a maintenance agreement! At that time both units were in perfect condition! That is why we pay for the service! Then today I am charged $229.00 for a part to fix the air conditioner that stopped working! T was told by this tech you have to pay it and you are only paying for the part!! Which is a LIE. The part cost $29.00 just looked it up plus a company this size probably is even cheaper in bulk!!! This company is taking Advantage of people even when you have a contract with them!!! LIE LIE. LIE

This company's is owned by the same entity as a lot of the other major Air companies . Do yourself a favor and find a smaller company and pricing will be 1/3 of the cost . Got a quote for new unit 6,200.00 my new guy 3k for unit . New motor 2k , my new guy 400.00 . They have a monopoly, don't fall for it . I called to cancel all services and they don't even care cause they have clowns lined up to use their fraud services .

The service tech that came out was exceptional let me know everything about what he was doing and made some recommendations. But since their comfort solutions has been taken over by a bigger air conditioning supposedly somebody their service over the phone especially sucks their customer service people can't get anything right and make mistakes over a simple visit. I had a tech that came out one other time and he was very strong as a light word to use for his suggestions of what I might need but when he walks out the door he says that offer goes away. Have had a contract with them since 2016 but I will not renew again

I was given an estimated time between 2pm-6pm for a technician to come out for a diagnose about our heater not working. I took off work early at 1pm to stay home. I waited until 6:25pm and didn't recieve any calls from the company for being late or a notice for rescheduling. Very disappointed that this is a no show. Very unprofessional and a bad impression for their business. Lack of communication and what's next? I would not recommend them to anyone.

Eric was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The inspection and service on my two 39-year-old heaters gives me peace of mind. I now will feel safe to fire them up when the cold hits. This is my second experience with ACS techs. Both Eric and Josh have been great. I appreciate their diligence to their work as well as their professional advice. I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs.

Very disappointed with the dishonesty of this company. My indoor unit blower motor was out and when I called in the issue I told them the specifications of the motor to make sure they had one in stock before they came out.When the technician arrived he confirmed it was the blower motor but did not have one in stock and would have to wait until Monday to get a new one. He immediately went into sales mode and tried to up sell a new unit change out. He couldn’t change out a simple blower motor that he could have got from a parts house the next day but was willing to do the whole unit change out the next day.I refused the offer and decided to replace myself the next day. So I paid $99.95 for ACS to do an after hours sales call........

Air Comfort Solutions came out twice last week to Fine Airport Parking for separate issues and the service was outstanding each time! Kevin the HVAC tech, and Jacob the plumbing tech, we’re both on time, knowledgeable, and gave us options for repair to meet our needs and stay within budget. We will continue to use Air Comfort Solutions for all our future needs! They make our jobs easy by being good at theirs!

I was very pleased with the skill and efficiency of Briley L who serviced & repaired our A/C on a very hot day. He was professional and courteous. And had the A/C up & running again in no time. I am pleased with Air Comfort Solution and highly recommend them.

In good faith, I paid the guy 901 bucks. Went back upstairs and found the toilet tank over filling. The flush valve rotated out of position and stuck.
Shortly after, I discovered the wax ring was still leaking in spite of replacement.

We took 4 bids from around town and ACS was right in the middle on price, could do it that day, warranties were as good and better,and with a well known brand. Bob and his A-team install crew were out within an hour with the equipment and done with the install in about 5 hours.They will be the ones doing my up stairs a/c next year.
