I used Ike's to clear a drain clog in my basement floor drain. Jason showed up on time and was a true professional. The drain was cleared and he took the time to explain and show me a few things. However, a few days later, the same drain backed up again. I cannot say what caused the backup again, but what I can say is that when I called back, everyone (from Ike himself, to the office staff, to Jason) was courteous, prompt and made sure we were taken care of- a sign of a well-run business. They had Jason come from across town the next morning (only because I called late in the day yesterday) and he took another look at the issue. It was remedied again, and I feel confident in the service provided. As someone who has worked in service professions previously, I understand that things happen. Especially when working with something like a drain clog it's impossible to say how another clog developed so quickly. So what really counts is how they handled the situation, and they did so with a high level of professionalism, and I would recommend them highly.
