Brandon was AMAZING!! He came out to my home when I was in dire need. The water in my shower was running full force and would not turn off. Brandon came out after midnight to assess the problem and he was right back the next morning to compete the job. He was very professional and thorough. He did an EXCELLENT job for a GREAT price. He explained everything to me in a way in which I could understand. I really appreciated him as I am a single woman and I did not know what I was going to do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him! Brock's Plumbing has been my go-to for 10+ years, during which time Ray Brock has installed sump pumps (and replaced ones under warranty at no cost), backup water-driven sump pumps, water heaters, toilets, faucets, and much more in my house. He's totally upfront, fair, and knowledgeable far beyond just plumbing - he and a colleague saved my furnace several years ago for minimal work after I was told I needed a NEW furnace by a big HVAC company. Great guy, great company, great service... I call him first about anything home-repair related; he'll always give me great advice. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had an outdoor indoor water leak at spicket that would not shut off.
Showed up on time to evaluate the problem.
Went straight to work.
Old spicket, had failed and had to be replaced. Indoor the pipe going to the spicket had to be replaced with a new inline shutoff
( ball valve) to be installed.
The repair was performed in tight quarters
The new pipe , spicket,and ballvalve were done in a short time and all was good as new.
Hard to find people who actually care about their customers and do top notch work for them no matter the job.
Bryan and his crew are the way to go if you want on time professional, thorough, expert work done.
I have used this company several times and have never been disappointed with the workers or price.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the latest service I've received from this company.1. After receiving a phone call saying the technician would be there in 30-45 minutes, he showed up 1 hour and 25 minutes later2. I needed to get a new hot water heater. He said he'd be back in about an hour with everything - he was back in 2 hours and needed to leave during the installation to get a vital part he didn't get before3. He left his booties on my kitchen counter and tracked mud all over my floor.4. He didn't turn the water back on for my washing machine.5. When I called to report the issue, the call service had the technician call me. He kept telling me to just reach back there to turn it on, even though the space was too tight and the washer/dryer combo positioned so it couldn't be reached without moving the unit (which I was having difficulty doing. He said he couldn't come back that night or the next day because he was off, but I could call the call center to arrange for someone to come out and fix it free of charge.6. When I called the call center, they seemed surprised that someone would come out to fix a mistake made by their technician free of charge. They had me hang up so they could call the technician.7. After twenty minutes, they called back to tell me that no one could come out that night (even though they're a 24 hour business), but the same technician would come out the next day to fix it.Rather than have the same technician come back to my home, I managed to get the washer/dryer combo out of the closet by removing the closet door. When I did so, I saw what a shoddy job they did reattaching my dryer vent hose. There were holes in it. I'm still working on repairing that.I've used Edwards Plumbing and Heating before and been satisfied with their work on little things, but after this I'm doubtful I'll use them again.

Great plumber. Gives options and fair prices for his work. He explains everything. Responsive and polite. He has been a plumber for over 35+ years and knows alot. I have had him fix a few issues for me and each time I was happy with his service. Definitely recommend.

Definitely do not recommend. Very unprofessional. Forgot about the appointment and then did not return any communication, even after calling to confirm arrival.

These guys are the real deal. Professional, friendly, and they can fix things when the big guys can't. I would have saved myself $200 today if I had called them first instead of working with a bigger outfit. I am using Evans for everything from now on.

Made an appointment for snaking my main line between 9-10 am. Never showed. Called at 11 and was running behind. Never heard from him again. If you want the job done, call a reputable plumber, not this one!

My water heater never worked right
