Water tank problems on Friday evening. Called Ken...got parts and had tank repaired by Sat noon. Will recomend.

We had some issues over the weekend and needed them resolved asap- well Monday mornings are the worst for these businesses for this reason.The customer service/call center is friendly and managed to squeeze us in late afternoon.Nick showed up after 5pm and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He treated me like family and repaired everything quickly, and in the most logical economically fair way.

Matt did an excellent job. The company set the time and that’s when he showed up. The problem was diagnosed and resolved almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again.

I had called a company in hazel park and they told me they didn't come to the Detroit... ain't the something.

Called at 10 pm and they sent a gentleman named Tracy out he was professional knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and cleanly
