I had a situation in the basement where the sewage drain was backed up and flooded fescue in my basement… I called this company and they were quick with response time with coming out to fix the problem. Not only that but I actually was taught and showed a lesson about it and gain knowledge about it so that it won’t happen again. I appreciate the professionalism and the great work they did ..I gave them five stars and will use them in the future and refer them whoever else’s needs services

Called these people in hopes to find a detroit based commercial hvac contrcator.Spoke with Tony Moore of Moore brothers. He asked me to send him my blue prints via email and i did.He replyed saying he did received. One week later still no response. So i decide to call back and asked if that could follow up with me.
Still no reponse two weeks later. Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!

I was having issues with some water pooling around my shower area in the basement. Rick and Ben came out to check the issue. They were super friendly and very informative. Rick gave great advice and left some options for me if I needed another visit from them.

We called SN plumbing right after the rain flooded our house and Shaheed told me that he will come to my home, no matter the time, to look into the water heater issue. He was busy with other flooded houses and so, that’s why it was taking a long time for him. He was in constant communication with me and he wanted to stop by on that day even when it was 10 pm but I asked him to come by next morning (cause we were tired cleaning the basement and I am sure he was tired too from going to house after house). As promised, he came to our house first thing in the morning and he was able to fix the water heater. I am writing all of this because too many times in my life, I had people promise me to come fix the issue but they did not, nor did they have the decency to let me know that they were not coming to fix it, at all. But Shaheed did all of that and of course fix it too. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs the service. Thanks again for everything Shaheed. We really appreciate it.

Justin was my repair technician & he was just as courteous & professional, advising me every step of the way in terms of what was required to get the issue repaired & more importantly how much it would cost. Justin did a great job, in a timely manner, wore protective booties & used appropriate drop clothes where he worked the repairs. I was very pleased with Nowicki's Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone! They even came out to Dearborn!
