It is never a good time when you need a plumber. Terry, and his crew Scott and Charlie, were very professional and explained what caused the problem, the required repairs, and the approximate cost. The job is done now and I could not be happier, and the total cost did not break the bank. These guys have been around, and have all worked together, for several years. I am so thankful that I gave them the call, and now they are the guys I WILL call next time. Gentlemen, thanks for coming to work today!!

A leak under the kitchen sink made a mess. We called for an appointment l late in the afternoon and got an appointment the next morning. The plumber was on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and came back later in the afternoon to install the new faucet we purchased in the meantime. He cleaned up everything and offered some good maintenance tips.This is a fan letter. Thank you, Cotton Beal!
