Ron came over around 10 pm because I had an emergency, another plumber really messed up a new kitchen faucet and under my sink was flooded as well as part of my basement. He came over promptly when I called him and fixed everything. He also came back the next day to install a dishwasher. He did a great job it was very friendly and reliable. I highly recommend him.

I was greatly disappointed with my experience at your showroom today. I was not even greeted or acknowledged by any of your 3 employees in the store. Even Lowes does a better job than that. Good old fashioned customer service never goes out of style. Did I want to be followed around by an employee, of course not! I just wanted to be greeted as a potential customer and a human being. Why would one want to spend money with your business when one is not even given common courtesy?

We have used Mason-Shirley Plumbing several times now. They are very professional and are usually out to our house pretty quickly after we call. We will always call them for any future plumbing needs.

I found Tommy's services through Nextdoor, and he came highly recommended. My kitchen sink drainage pipe leaked all over my cabinet and floor last night, and I sent him a text the next morning and asked if he could help. He came over to my house and switched out the pipes and fixed the issue by 10am today! I couldn't be happier with his services, and would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

Dean installed an HVAC unit for us and within a week we had to have him come back for a service call and he tried to charge us an additional $65. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED. He chose to curse and hang the phone up on us.
The professional thing to do was stand behind his work and make sure the unit was running properly, which is all that we asked and expected.
Incident took place in 2001 but we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!
He should remember us though unless it is a habit for him to curse and hang up on his customers.
Not something I forgot.

See below, he changed his response from rude to professional but not exactly truthful. Baby Steps... One day he might take responsibility, admit fault and apologize, not holding my breath though. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that someone told him it was bad customer service and suggested that he remove the rude response.

We have used John Estes Plumbing multiple times and never been disappointed. They are quick to respond, fair and honest. I highly recommend.

Wow, I don't care how clean they were this is a minimum of 3 times what almost every other plumber charges. $1,200 to just install a sink, faucet, and hook a garbage disposal back up, less than 3 hours of work! We talked to another plumber after the fact who said he would have done it for $400 and likely would have taken half the time. If you hate money, call these people. Not sure how they sleep at night.

They reworked a sewer and water line at one of my properties. They are very responsive and certainly know their job.

Do not use this company they do not keep their word. Our yard is a complete mess after an extensive pipe repair to the tune of $7000. They promised to put our yard back together and now after two months will not return our phone calls or text messages.
