Mattus Company has fixed plumbing repairs for me twice and the were efficient very knowledgeable.. Will call again for any plumbing problem.

We have used Mattus dozens of times over the past ten years; not only for plumbing, but also HVAC and electrical work. They have always done quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend and would not go anywhere else!

Undisclosed and exorbitant charges that surprised my credit card account over 30 days later. Unreasonable and defensive staff.
Plumber was friendly and effective, but can't stomach awarding a second star.

They worked on my neighbors unit. Mine is now completely broke. Same day. Coincidence? Cap was removed and freon valve missing. Not something that just happens. 6k in the hole......

We had our entire HVAC system replaced by Mattus Company. The technicians were great. They were very knowledgeable and respectful, which is important when they are spending six hours in your home! I would definitely use Mattus Co again

Called for emergency service as I couldn't get my water off.

Before they called me back to tell me when they were going to come gave my info. To a company to help dry out since they knew I had a link. That company called back first.

Then they called back, and said if I wanted someone to come they needed my credit card info. I reaponded with when will you be here they responded with give us your cc info. First.

Not hiring

The group that schedules service appointments is very professional. Our plumbers Dave and Hon did amazing work at my house and I can tell that they are quite knowledgeable.

Simple faucet replacement. Plumber was unprofessional and not prepared to replace the faucet. A second plumber had to come in and assist and the second plumber did not wear a mask. Front office takes CC info before any services are performed, then charges your account without even informing what that the charges will be. Plumber leaves premises without providing a detailed invoice of what was done and what the charge will be.

I hire one of there techs to go to my homes to Install a brand new Ac unit in and out and paid the tech up front . It has been 2 weeks and still the job not done. Company say it’s nothing they can do. I call and text the tech, all he do when he answer is lie… At this point we have started the process to report everyone as a scam, contact police and BBB. All we want is our money back for the outside unit that we didn’t get.

I had a major Runaway Water Heater experience this week. I called my regular plumber for Emergency Service….after 3 hours they still hadn’t arrived….I figured out how to turn off this appliance which had caused water damage to three neighbors’s units…Mattus is our association’s plumber and I got to know them when on the Board. A Mattus plumber arrived and, after all water was turned off, proceeded to look for the broken pipe caused by the water heater’s force. We had a personal dispute…..the next day a different plumber arrived and discovered the broken pipe and, after much creative thinking, figured out how to repair the pipe without damage to my tile shower. He worked extremely hard and maintained his sense of humor.HOWEVER, almost 3 weeks later and he has yet to return and finish the installation with regards to my hot water in kitchen sink. Mattus promised to follow up, the phone number the plumber gave me is never answered as the answering machine just rings and rings. I have found another plumber on Google, seems to be legitimate!

Really nice to find courteous, prompt and expert service right here in Atlnata. Maybe I am old school and kind of expect that, but many times it isn't what you get. Mattus was polite, prompt and solved a very difficult plumbing problem. I would certainly call them again. Thank you Mattus!

Excellent service! Residential replacement water heater installed within 24 hours. Hans and everyone involved did a fantastic job. I have used them in commercial work with the same great results. Superior customer service. Highly recommend!

I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies in the past, but this one is by far the worst. Unfortunately for my community, we have no choice in plumbing services as this was the go-to plumbers from the HOA (this will be changing soon). Their office manager, Amy, misinformed us of when the plumber would arrive to fix the plumbing issue. I took a day off of work and waited to the plumber to arrive in the morning, only to find out at noon that the plumber had been rescheduled to more priority clients and that he would not arrive until 2pm. I had to call my HOA manager to have him reach out to this company as they refused to answer or return my phone calls. This was after I had already scheduled with her to have a plumber arrive 3 days prior. She spent more time on the phone telling me how fraudulent other plumbing companies instead of working on building the trust and integrity of her own. Plumbers are numerous in the Atlanta area. I would recommend anyone looking for honest and on-time plumbing services to look elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We scheduled for a A/C service a month ago, never showed up. I called and was told it was too cold and was still on the schedule.

Called back, they couldn't remember who I was. After reminding them about the missed service, the receptionist decided to ask for a credit card and after taking the information she had the wrong address, wrong telephone number.

They don't deserve a one star rating.
