Kenny and Ben did all the plumbing for my two bathroom remodels that included expanding the master shower and rerouting pipes in a 1962 home. they did an absolutely wonderful job. I would use them again for anything that comes up. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needed. Fair prices and very knowledgeable, not to mention very timely.

I had a great experience with Tampa Bay Pluming. They were very professional and went above and beyond. They earned a customer for life!

We had high hopes as they were recommended to us. Unfortunately, they have been out twice and our issue remains a possibility. My biggest concern is that we asked on the second visit for a video - they first said a $100. By the end of the visit, it grew to $250 just for the video. And guess what? No video! With a struggle, we apparently have a video, but have no idea of what it is. As the invoice has been 'reitemized' and still does not justify a cost jump - it is with this lack of clarity and lack of pricing commitment that I post them so poorly.

Joshua was professional and respectful. He explained in detail what needed to be repaired in way that I could understand. He stayed late into the evening to make it was done correctly. The cost of the repair to my gas leak was reasonable. I will use them in the future.

I like to recognize Mason Maloney for his outstanding customer service skills as well as a VERY knowledgeable plumber. He made sure the customer understood the process, products and was very patient. He followed up with me several time to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend Mr Rooter for plumbing issues (a wee bit pricey) but most important will request Mason for a plumbing needs

I got excellent service! Steve and his apprentice were great to work with. They were able to come out quickly and even ahead of schedule to fix a leaky toilet. They were communicative, friendly, and efficient! Highly recommend!

Worst service, do NOT recommend. ZERO stars. They damaged my brand new floors and refused to admit it was caused by them. No apology, no solution and took over a week to return both of my calls, just to tell me they didn't believe me. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

I'm so glad I went with 89 Leak Detection instead of the 'bait and switch' people that show up first on Google. Gary found the leak quickly and charged what he promised. He even helped to slow the leak until I could get it fixed. Fantastic!

$135 for 30 minutes weekday service call plus not able to correct issues. Second and last time using this company.
