We have used Brandon 3 or 4 times. Each time he has been on time, respectful, courteous, and does not stop until he fixes the problem.
His prices are reasonable, and we plan on relying on him if a need arises in the future.

Update: Brandon recently solved four problems that we've had for years. We've had them for years only because I didn't come to him about them sooner. My responsibility, not his.

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza

Where do I begin!? If you have been looking for a plumber that has been in the business for many years and is straightforward about what needs to be fixed then stop looking now! Chris showed up the very next day that I called about my arm pipe leak in my kitchen. He arrived when he said he would and immediately diagnosed the problem. His prices are extremely fair and had every other quote beat by hundreds of dollars. Chris even managed to save my granite counter tops and new cabinets by discreetly cutting behind the cabinets. He even patched up where he cut which was very unexpected for a plumber to do. I had previous plumbers come out and tell me they had to rip out all my new cabinets and granite to get behind my wall but wouldn’t be responsible for the repairs. I am so glad we chose Chris to do the job! The best part of it all is he RESPECTS your home and family. He made sure he vacuumed and cleaned the entire mess that was made from the job and returned my home back to its original state. I have never had a plumber that showed respect and cleanliness during and after a job like he did. The group of men he works with as well are all fantastic and go above and beyond. I will recommended him to everyone I know! Call him today!

Called Charles Plumbing because a great review from a neighbor. Don came out and arrived the time he said he would be there. I described over the phone the problem. Knew just what needed to be done. Fixed it and charged a very fair price. I will in turn spread the word to friends and neighbors of this family owned business when a good plumber is needed.

2nd company called today usually I go through what my insurance provider assigned to me but I had no luck had to wait until Monday got this number from simply googling plumbing near me I thank God we did called them at 4:12 spoke with Don Charles by 4:30 had a nice professional tech at my doorstep (No Lie) I was so surprised myself can't read his signature on the invoice but ...so far everything is working well I couldn't take a shower or use my toilet...hopefully it's fixed but if I ever need any other job done I'll definitely call you guys first Thank you...
