Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. From the dispatch to their service, we received exceptional service above and beyond my expectations! Terrible customer service. They requested to complete a service through my home warranty. Was suppose to call us to schedule a time to come out. They didn't call by the day they said they would so I tried to call them directly. I have called and left messages. After almost a week, not even a call or email..nothing. If they couldn't do the job, they shouldn't have accepted the request.

Avery was amazing. He took his time to see where the sewer line was clogged and kept me informed along the way! He was courteous, professional and caring. He respected our house and cleaned up nicely behind himself. I would 100% endorse this repairman for any plumbing needs!

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

Eddie came to my house today to fix my kitchen faucet. When he came the faucet needed to be replaced. I didn't have the replacement at home. He ran and picked one up. I am on a very tight budget and he somehow made it work. He worked within my budget, and I was still able to get a nice faucet. The customer service was second to none. We used Max for 2 toilet installations. I called him and within 3 hours he was at my home and finished the job quickly and effectively. He was very personable and friendly. The quality was top notch and he kept everything very clean and even cleaned up after himself (as you know toilet installations can be dirty and smelly). Eric did a fine very professional job installing a copper faucet on the back side of my home. It was a delicate job and he knew just how to handle it. I will definitely call Herrell again!

Trust me when I say you can trust Benjamin plumbing company. Antoine gave me a quote, and he even checked in with the company 2 lower it to my budget. I was adding a 2nd bathroom and their price was $3,000 lower than anybody else. they even let me bring in my own parts materials saving me money. I will use them on my next project home
