Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Trent was dead on by pinpointing where my leak was. Very reasonable priced, better service than the Big name plumbers.

Excellent service by Eddie!! We knew we had a leak as our water usage had gone up drastically, but no signs of water anywhere! Eddie arrived on time, listened to our input and went to work. He was very thorough, checking all water sources (bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and water heater). He eventually found the leak from the line running off the washing machine that goes through the garage to the outside hose access. When the plumber arrived and accessed the area Eddie marked, the standing water was there and the leaking pipe joint about 6-8 inches away!! Eddie is very personable and answered all our many questions. Onpoint and Eddie are highly recommended!!

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Moved into new home and I have had Tropical Plumbing out several times to fix multiple of different plumbing issues. I have had several different plumbers who all do a really professional job. I am really appreciative of the extra effort and care they take in my home to fix plumbing issues.

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Quote did not match the price. Company name misrepresented on phone.

Situation:
Called the number of my trusted plumber, Tender Plumbing Care. Phone answered with Hello. No company name.

When I asked for Tender Plumbing Care (TPC), the rep explained that he has their phone forwarded to his cell phone thus the lack of company's name. He assured me he was TPC.

When I stated that I wanted TPC because they are the company who installed my plumbing about 7 years ago, he said yes they had.

My description of the problem:
Likely a Pex pipe leak in the attic near the entrance.

Quote Estimation
Approximately 2 hours. Price for a two hour Pex pipe detection and repair, approximately $300.

Real Repair
Exactly as I had described on the phone: a Pex pipe leak with easy access.

Time required, less than an hour. Price applied, nearly $400. When I asked to speak with the owner about the price overage, he told his employee to knocked it down to $345, but refused to talk with me about it.

Given that there were no surprises about the job, and we completed it in record time, $300 would be generous.

Do not trust this company is owner.

I would like to say I wouldn't call any other plumbing company except Bryan Plumbing. My mom is older and has had several plumbing problems, Bryan Plumbing has been out several times, same day as the call, knowledgeable plumbers have come out and taken care of the problem in a timely manner.
