First time was great-hence 2 stars. Second time I called to tell them I had a problem with my jacuzzi tub that was not the drain. Not until after they sent people to do the work and diagnose the problem did they tell me they don’t work on jacuzzi tubs. I was still charged. I found the team dishonest and not transparent.

I want to give a shout out to DJ and #1 DMV Plumbing! My sink clogged up during this freeze we are having. I called #1 DMV Plumbing and talked with DJ. He said it could be due to the frozen weather and gave me some suggestions. He also did he had a full day but would fit me in, and called me back to let me know he had not forgotten. I did what he recommended, and the ice did melt and the clog cleared! I would highly recommend #1 DMV Plumbing!

I am a tenant of a residence that has used Robert E. Clubb & Assoc on two separate occasions. During the first visit, Bob diagnosed issues we were having with our HVAC unit. While he didn't have to, he took the time to explain the issues and subsequent resolutions to me. On the second visit, he completed the repairs. During both occasions, Bob was friendly, professional, and pleasurable to speak with. He was quiet in his work and cleaned up after he was done. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism of Bob and others I have spoken with at Robert E. Clubb & Associations and would highly recommend them to others.

I can't recommend these guys enough! I needed a new sump pump put in, and they:
- were one of the few places to give me an actual quote rather than saying let me send someone for an inspection and we can work out the price then...
- showed up when they said they would
- completed the job quickly/professionally/for the quoted price
Definitely glad I hired them for their expertise as well...a small issue came up because of how the previous sump pump was installed, but they were able to scramble quickly to figure out a solution, run to the plumbing supply store for a few extra parts, and still get the job done in the same day. Will definitely use them again if I have plumbing needs in the future.

I was really glad I called them. Brian was professional and went extra mile to diagnose my garbage disposal, someone else might have said need new disposal but Brian pointed out it was only 4 years old, and actually just had some small pieces of glass in it from when I had accident in the kitchen, he didn't stop until all of them were removed. He only charged me half the usual diagnostic fee, I really appreciated that.

He apprenticed with another large plumbing firm that I've used in the past. I was happy with them but not so much their prices, feel they gouged me last time they came, to be honest.

Even though he didn't replace or install any plumbing items, I feel I'm in capable and HONEST hands, so I'll use them from now on, I already told my brother if he needs plumbing to call them.

Jovani did an amazing job. He came to fix a leak at my place. He’s very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend him to family and anyone. I will definitely call him again if I need his services again.

Scott did a great job at fixing our drainage issues in our kitchen sink and tub. Very personable! Would recommend him to anyone.

Stevens Plumbing was great. The Plumbing team that showed up at my house lead by Will came at the stated appointment time, kept me in the loop for any problems that arose and worked effectively and efficiently to complete the installation of my new laundry tub. The price for the service rendered (labor and material included) was roughly 50 percent of their written quote.

Maurice of Mr. Super Plumber is fantastic. So grateful for his rapid response and resolution to a plumbing emergency! From now on, I'm using Mr. Super Plumber of DC.

Sorry but I was very disappointed with the service and price.

My main complaint is that they didn’t fix the problem and didn’t even do what they said they were going to do to try to fix it.

Beyond that, the price was absurd. They charged $120 for materials for maybe $5 worth of duct sealant (and didn’t even use enough to seal the ducts!)

They charged 12 hours of labor at $90 an hour, but the guys were here for about 2.5 hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for another guy to bring over duct sealant. I called and pointed this out and they reduced it to 6 hours of labor.

They were on-time, very nice, easy to make an appointment. I just don’t know what I got for $800.

Because my sink was clogged, I called a plumber. The man showed up and did a great job. He has a great work attitude, got up early in the morning, and finished the job quickly.
