Will came on time and replaced our kitchen sink in an hour. He even let my 4 year old daughter help him the whole time! He was patient with her and so friendly. He even realized the faucet came from delta installed backwards and fixed it quick and we are all set. Can't recommend enough!!!!

For over 25 years, I have used Spadaro plumbers for various plumbing needs in several residences in D.C. They are reliable, efficient, helpful and responsive. You can't do better.

I hired Spadaro for toilet replacement, and I am very pleased with the results. I liked that Spadaro provided both the toilet and the installation. I also liked that they were upfront about the fact that if there are issues with plumbing they will have to break the bathroom tiles to investigate. Thankfully, it did not come to that, but I appreciated that they gave the warning; some business do not communicate that thoroughly. The toilet installation was quick, no problems (no leaks or bad smells), and I now have a comfy, nice toilet with a tank!

Spadaro sent over Kenny - a 4th generation member of the Spadero family - to install a new dishwasher and cap off an old refrigerator waterline.

Kenny was professional and efficient. As he worked, he listened to descriptions of my other projects and pointed out what I could easily do on my own and which projects would require a plumber.

The building I live in has used Spadero for longer than I've been alive. I can see why.

This review is long overdue! I have been a customer of Spadaro over the last 20+ years in 3 different condo locations in Washington, DC. I moved away for 6 years, moved back, and they continue to provide quality service for my plumbing needs. When I have a plumbing issue, I don't search anywhere else. Their professional crew and customer support is always top notch, and they try to be as accommodating as possible when scheduling. I'm now on to issue #2 with a toilet in a condo unit I purchased in 2021 (that isn't more than 6 years old!), so my frustration is mounting but they make it easy to negotiate things I can't handle. From Dave, to Joan, Joe and Jeff (and hope I got the names right), you guys rock and thank you! And, I appreciate everyone I've met and/or talked to over the phone for years at Spadaro.

Great experience. They were very responsive when I called to make the appointment, came in the time window they said they would, and fixed my sink leakage. They had all the tools and replacement parts needed ready. I called after hours about billing and they have an emergency after hours hotline that picked up and took my information, and had someone follow up with me the next day. The bill came in the mail within two weeks and I was able to pay by credit card over the phone.

I must say I had a very positive experience with Spadaro Plumbing. They were highly recommended to me which I am glad. A few months ago had a problem with a clogged sink and other issues in a very old building and Bobby did a great job fixing them as well as adding a clean out section which I did not know about till he showed me.Now next time if there is a problem with the drain everything won't have to be taken apart to unclog it.Today I had a radiator that was leaking and Don came over and replaced the valve and readjusted the angle of the radiator slightly so it would drain properly.These guys are real pros and I highly recommend them.

Very thankful for quick and responsive service. Technician came out quickly based on a referral from a neighbor and fixed our water heater pressure relief valve. Technician was patient and got to the problem right away in a quick and cost-efficient manner.

Great experience. I just had my stop valve replaced on my toilet. Very good and fast service. The price was very reasonable. I initially had Roto-Rooter plumbing diagnose my issue but they wanted to charge more than 3-times what Sparado charged. Glad I found these guys!

My building management company uses these guys for plumbing issues so when I had a specific issue for my unit I went ahead and called them. Had a great experience! Very responsive, easy to schedule a timely appointment, and they showed up on-time. Professional level of service, they did a great job and explained everything to me clearly and concisely. We have used Spadero for 20 years. They are honest, responsive and know what they are doing, especially for historic buildings.

Spadaro is the best, and has been so for 25+ years we been using them. Would not consider another plumber. We completed 4 renovations using them, and never been disappointed by the service.

They really know the older piping and fixtures

First time was great-hence 2 stars. Second time I called to tell them I had a problem with my jacuzzi tub that was not the drain. Not until after they sent people to do the work and diagnose the problem did they tell me they don’t work on jacuzzi tubs. I was still charged. I found the team dishonest and not transparent.
