After checking out the flushing issues, they presented multiple options for how to proceed with pricing up-front. When a problem was encountered, they handled it calmly and smoothly and again clearly provided options and pricing for how to proceed. We’ve used this company before for routine drain clean out, and we will definitely call them again!

We had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. Kyle provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the services he provided. Our washing machine and sink overflowed, and Kyle was able to fix the problem while explaining what he was doing. He communicated thoroughly and was sure to tell us what he was going to do prior to acting on any services. This was much appreciated to avoid any extra or hidden costs! He fixed the problem with our plumbing, and we are back to using our sink and doing laundry without any issues. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will definitely be contacting Roto-Rooter down the road with any future plumbing issues!

Cody was on time and very professional. He found things in the furnace that hadn’t been addressed before and I have been in this house 12 years. My furnace is now functioning properly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling Plumbline next time I need service.Dominick was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with our 12 year old water heater and let me know what my options were. He managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule and our new water heater was installed the very next day. We have hot water! Thank you Dominick! The only negative thing I have to say is I could have had a water heater installed for half of what I paid. $3716 ?? Highway robbery.Justin was great! Very polite and knew his HVAC very well. He took the time to explain the details of what was going on with our AC unit. Very pleased with the service.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

Darn, after 10+years of using Elite, they have started to hire extremely sub par plumbers. Took three tries and a flooded laundry room before they could get a simple washer/dryer hook up right. Too bad Elite.

Lamar was Friendly and very helpful in the process and didn’t a great job and he was also fast! Heat went out not even 12 hours or less they came out to help right away, would recommend to others!

They care about actually diagnosing and fixing the problem!! Scott from Dam Good plumbing had to come out a few times to figure out what was wrong and get it completely fixed - but he did stick with it and actually fix the problem. (Oh, and he didn't charge us $300 every time he set foot on our property like High 5 plumbing did).
