The technicians outlined the HVAC maintenance they would perform and why it was necessary in light of what they discovered to be needed. They cleaned the AC unit itself and blew out the clogged drip pipe. They also explained why the freon level was so low and that my old system might eventually need to be replaced. I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Great guy who was very helpful right from the start. Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.

I came across CHS plumbing truck parked in a No Parking area at a busy intersection on my bike. There is frequently someone parked there and I always point it out. I pointed out the sign to the CHS Plimbing truck driver and he proceeded to get out of his vehicle to be sure I could show me why that sign shouldnt be there. He spent 10 minutes challenging me. He asked if I lived nearby and how many times I pass there. He kept going even after I told him I would be contacting his employer. Terrible!!
