They came to check our gas fireplace to see if it was ready for those cold days. They are our best in San Antonio, very thorough, checking the gas lines, making sure there are no leaks, explaining the steps to get the fireplace working. He lit the fire for us. Great customer service. I will use them from now on. Very professional and polite.

On July 5th, 2020, I had a faucet bust in my kitchen, I called 5 different 24 hours plumbing services. Hyperflow was the only place that called me back and scheduled with me right away. I ended up changing my entire sink. Manual is an awesome human being, professional, respectful and overall such a perfectionist in his work. I ended up changing my sink, I went out bought a sink that didn’t fit, Manual ended up carefully cutting the hole and installed the sink.

Hill Plumbing and Sasha had time to get here immediately. Is working superb and he know his stuff. We found our new plumber.

Paul fixed my multiple plumbing issues quickly and took care to keep everything clean as he worked. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers, gloves and mask.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Our water heater burst and a friend recommended we call WHE Plumbing. I am so happy we took his advice. We called ALEX late Monday evening and he promptly came out an hour later and reviewed the situation. After we discussed the total cost (lowest of the four plumbers we had called prior to getting our friend's recommendation), he was willing to perform the work immediately , but told him i had a prior engagement that night. We agreed to 9 AM the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised when he appeared at 8:30 to start the work. I have never had a contractor arrive in a timely manner, much less a half hour early. The work was completed quickly, cleanly and professionally. ALEX was meticulous in the installation and cleanup. I stood over ALEX the entire time and peppered him with questions which he graciously answered. I later found all his answers were honest and right on point. I will not hesitate in using WHE for all my future plumbing needs. FMA

Jeramiah was great to work with. He was informative about what needed to be done and provided me a reasonable quote for the services. He was even able to come back later that day and replace my water heater along with bringing my old piping up to code. Highly recommend !
