The owner, Ken, came out and replaced my garbage disposal. He was on time, very pleasant and got the job done quick. Price was even better. I highly recommend.

We Had shower drain blocked .Worst service ever, he didn't fix the issue just gave is excuses and went away with money
Told us to wait for 5 days and he will come and replace drain pipes in crawl space when it's dry ,expecting us to go without shower for week
We got snake from Home Depot and cleared it ourself .
No good service ..wont recommend at all

My experience with Legacy was great from start to finish. They quoted me a very competitive price and responded quickly when I needed them. They were flexible and worked with my budget and schedule. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues ever again, but if I ever do, I will be calling them again.

Re: 3 leaking faucets (kitchen sink, bathtub, bathroom sink)

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointment.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

I requested repair of squeaking subfloor. I received some placement of wood screws and a statement of any further work could not be guaranteed to stop the squeaking. I paid a hour and 40 minutes of labor with 40 minutes being just talk. Total waste of time and money.

Our water heater malfunctioned on Friday night and a friend highly recommended this plumbing company to us. I called at 7AM on Saturday morning and explained what happened to Tony. He was at our house within an hour and after doing an inspection, recommended that the ~15 year old water heater be replaced. He picked up a new one and returned about an hour later to complete the job. He was very thorough and installed the needed items that were lacking with the old water heater. The project was completed to our full satisfaction. We are very happy with how good Tony was to work with. We trust his skills and integrity, and would not hesitate to hire him to do future plumbing work in our home.

I called a number of plumbing companies this morning to install a new dishwasher with an air gap. I chose R Box Plumbing because of the price, prompt response, and timely scheduling - they were able to get me scheduled same day in the afternoon. They were very professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the dishwasher was installed without any problems, but if an issue with installation comes up in the next year they will come out an remedy it. Overall, a wonderful experience and a very happy customer here. I would recommend then to others that need plumbing work.
