Came out right away and put in a toilet very professional.

Arrived bright and early on a call I placed the night before, for a mainline backup that happened late at night. The technician was able to clear the problem quickly; I was able to get my kids to school on time and with no hassle at all. I'd deffinatly recomend DrainZilla to any of my friends.

Great work

Way way way expensive and lousy job. Got all my circuit breakers replaced with brand new switches. Couple of them got broke again in less than year, So I again called Radiant electric, they came and replaced switch again with hefty charge. This again start sparking and tripping. Finally I called licensed electrician and got the panel replaced and now things are normal. The new contractor told me that the price I paid for switch replacement with Radiant is way way higher.

There is no work guarantee at Radiant electric and also looks like not very expert in fault analysis. The problem with my panel was bus bar got corroded and aged out confirmed by several licensed electricians which this company failed to conclude even after several visits.

Great Company, reasonable Rates

I called Mitch this morning and told him we were having problems with out indoor Noritz tankless hot water heater (continually throwing an error 16 after I descaled it multiple times). He fit us into his schedule this SAME DAY and just left after conducting a full service on our unit. He was incredibly thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He showed me that our gas pressure was improperly calibrated for our unit and he fixed that. He cleaned several filters and also did a descale using an industrial descaler. He was in and out in under and hour and super nice and fun to be with. This man knows his hot water heaters!

Ted's Plumbing assisted us with our Rental in a very speedy manner. He replaced all our faucets, toilets, and shower doors and as a bonus referred us to a great floor guy and all at excellent prices. Thanks Ted's Plumbing! We will call you again.

We've hired other plumbers to fix the leaky pipes under our kitchen sink. For whatever reason, the leaks always returned. Tommy and Steven redid everything for us at a reasonable price, and we haven't had a leak since. (I've waited nearly a year to write this review.) In hindsight, I wish we'd just hired them to do the work in the first place. I highly recommend Fosset Plumbing; definitely 5 stars, plus!

My wife and I recently bought a home with very old pipes that needed to be replaced. After getting several bids, we hired Brumm Plumbing to re-pipe the whole house. Throughout the process, Patrick, the owner of Brumm Plumbing, was communicative, honest, and hard-working, presenting many different approaches and helping us make decisions. Patrick has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of plumbing, and presents the information in an understandable way. Ultimately, the job was done really well and we're glad we trusted Patrick with our new home.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
