Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

Wow, wish I would have called Ace a year ago with my plumbing issue! The team took the time to properly diagnose a problem other plumbers couldn’t when my Waterworks shower was not receiving a cold water. Another plumber told me I would have to rip open the wall on the front (tile) or back (stucco) to fix which would have cost thousands! Instead Ace worked with the Waterworks manufacturer and solved the problem! Very happy with the service and value from the Ace team - highly recommend! Thank you

We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!

Brand new HVAC installed in May 2014. On original install, thermostat was set up wrong and we spent the night with temperatures well over 80 in the house. We have allergies, and although it cools off at night, our home remained hot because we didn't dare open it up. Since then we've had them out 3 times to fix a problem with condensation leaking into the ceiling in our bedroom. Last time they were out they brought the crane to re-seat the unit, which they said was 1/4 inch off. Yesterday it was leaking yet again. It sounded more like running water this time, so I shut it down. Because I refuse to miss any more work for this (already lost 19 hours of vacation time to these guys), the unit is still off in over 100° heat. The call I was promised last night has yet to come. The service call that was to be as close to 2pm as possible still hasn't happened and it's 2:45. My husband just called them and was told that we're scheduled between 2pm and 6pm. This dang thing was over $9K, and we are not a priority!
