I had three Plumbing/HVAC companies look at my water heater in two days. All three said they couldn't get the part for my new hydronic water heater that also controlled my heat and air in my condo. I called Pinnacle and he came out the next morning. By 3:00pm he had the electronic part and had my unit up and running in an hour. Don't overlook the local guys when looking for great service. This man knows his business. He knew more than the other three companies.

John and his crew re-piped my entire home at a fair price and with such outstanding professionalism. They showed up as promised, finished when promised, and were as quiet as could be doing the work (I work at home, so that was important!). Genuinely nice men as well, the whole lot of them. Sailed through the city inspection. Cleaned up perfectly after themselves, and the drywall patches were first-rate. Everything works beautifully now, and that's such a dream after sweating the plumbing for a couple years as my 65-year-old pipes fell apart.

We had our unit installed yesterday 5/12/2020 and we are so pleased with it. The installer Brandon arrived on time, very courteous and had answered all our questions and concerns. We’ve been trying to get our Home Warranty Company (ORHP) to answer their phones or faxes for 3 weeks. Out of frustration, we called Water Heater Pros on a Friday afternoon, Steve was on site within a few hours, gave us 4 different options. He answered all our questions about tankless versus tank systems, both gas and electric. He was even able to discuss our electric panel status with their electrician prior to leaving our house.
It’s now Monday at 1pm. Andrew showed up early this morning, answered all questions and got straight to work. The new heater is installed, the electrical work is finished and our water is heating up!

Sutherland Installed a Tankless water heater for us in Folsom Ca, which is located outside of Sacamento. Our old tank hot water heater started to leak from the bottom and I was refered to Sutherland Plumbing from a friend of mine.

They showed up same day, we decided to go with a tankless unit because we allways seemed to run out of water with the existing tank heater.

Sutherland finished the installation within 24 hours, they are very professional! We can not be more satisfied with their work.

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.
