I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. Had 3 other plumbers come out to look at it and was not able to resolve the issue. Coy hydro jetted the line and was able to do what all the others were not able to do. It not only fixed my kitchen drain, but cleaning out the drain fixed the slow drain for my washer also. He was very courteous, explained everything as he was doing it and cleaned up all the mess so you couldn't even tell I had a huge sludge pile on by back patio. Steve over at Top Quality Plumbing was exceptional. We had a serious problem with an upstairs toilet drain. The building is a little bit old and still had iron pipes. One of the vertical iron pipes in the wall ended up cracking and causing water to spill in through the dry wall downstairs. Steve and his team came by and arranged for a camera to go down the drain to assess the damage. The camera revealed that there was nearly a 7 foot crack in the pipe. His crew was then able to cut out the section of the pipe and replace it with more modern piping entirely alleviating the problem. The final bill was very reasonable and was overall a great experience especially during an unfortunate circumstance. Numerous times since then, we have called Top Quality Plumbing to snake our drains and every time they do a fantastic job. Most recently we needed to install a water line in our garage. Steve and his team was able to tap into the water line from across the building and route copper tubing through the floor into the garage where he installed a faucet. The handy work was very good and they did a great job hiding the tubing and not making it look so obvious. A + on that job as well!

I will never do business with him again.Can't unclog bathroom sink told me to call a professional plumber.I'm a very reputable person and he is unprofessional, very unsavory person.I have pictures of his damage that he's caused but this is all the effort I'm going to give that ill mannered person.

These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.

Untrustworthy, a liar, and a malicious saboteur. We had wanted a simple facet installation. The days prior to the appointment, Dan from Extreme Plumbing called and texted with concerns over pex plumbing fittings. He seemed excessively worried which raised my concern. He arrived on Monday and after looking under the sink for a few minutes, informs my wife that the pex fittings are too old and need to be replaced. My wife puts him on the phone with me and Dan is offering to replace the fittings for $220 (plus the $150 for facet installation)- I tell him that my confidence level in him is at the untrustworthy point and that I don't think I want him to do the job- he offers to do just the sink if I sign a waiver. I tell him no (at this point it's like sending food back in a restaurant). He grumpily leaves mumbling about 30 years of experience.It turns out Dan had loosened all of the drain pipes under the sink. When we washed dished after dinner, water flooded the under sink area. Dan left our home, in anger, and out of retribution, knowing he had sabotaged our home.Not only will he try to sell you services you do not need, he is a liar, he is untrustworthy, and he is malicious.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
