I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. Andy is a fantastic plumber. My sink was clogged and the disposal wasn't working. Andy came out and fixed it for a fair price, in a timeley manner. I was very impressed with the honest work, and professional attitude. Andy is definitely San Diego's best plumber.

Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.

AJ showed up and within 30 mins got a sink water back issue taken care of. He also provided recommendations that in turn will help me save lots of time and money over the next 10 years. Thank you Tactical Plumbing and AJ!!!

I hired Argent Plumbing to fix quite a few plumbing issues in our rental house; leaky shower, faucet and toilet and all were fixed quickly with no issues. Had to have have a major pipe dug up and fixed and Shawn was able to do this in a short period of time and have not had any issues with it since he fixed it. He was very nice, professional and affordable. His quote and final price was much less than the other 3 plumbers I called. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I’ve hired him for our next remodel. Great experience.

John came out within 2 hours of calling him. He cleared the toilet of baby wipes within 10inutes. He knows his stuff!I have him on speed dial now

The inspection took about 2 hours and he was able to tell us on-site what to expect in the detailed report. Luckily, no major issues to report but we were so pleased with their work and professionalism! They take payment after the inspection on-site which was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be a customer now and in the future.

Service not complete, Service overcharges Non professional Don't waste you money

My Brother paid to have a tiny park model mobile home completely replumbed , fresh and waste .The original complaint was clogged waste drain (this is ALL above ground with NO SKIRTING) .In the end , the only work completed was new copper pipe installed OUTSIDE of the house , fixtures connected . My Brother just passed away and the drains are backing up again . Upon investigation it was found the original complaint , the waste lines WERE NOT REPLACED FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $3618.00.Further more , the quality of work done is shoddy .We feel ripped off or taken advantage of . Work done 10-2019 .

I unfortunately had contact with Mr. O'Fenelon in 2008/9. Let the consumer beware. Be sure you get all agreements in writing in advance. If not, he will submit documents stating that an agreement for services was verbal.

We had a big water leak in our kitchen from the dishwasher and even on a holiday weekend, Strongheart Plumbing came out to our house to fix the problem. Best service we ever had from a plumbing company. Fast, friendly and super helpful.

This plumbing company has predatory practices. Do not give them your credit card number. They will charge against it ruthlessly and it will be hard to get your money back.

They did a great job installing our new dishwasher, kitchen faucet, and water filtration setup. The technician was personable and courteous.
