The plumber this company sent to me to address my residential plumbing services need was professional and did his work carefully. He answered my questions and never tried to sell me extras I didn’t need for the repair. He was truly an expert in his fields and crafts. He is the best plumber ever! Thank you very much, and I highly recommend it!

Terrible customer service, Kevin, the rep I was working with did not have the patience to do the basic job of working with me to get a quote for the job we need, which is installing a water heater, and ended up hanging up on me. Would never do biz with a company that allows its reps to treat potential customers this way.

Nolan and his crew were very good with our issue, which became more complicated after they were able to see the problems more clearly. He explained why costs were higher than the original bid to my satisfaction with actual reasons made clear. We had several bids and he took the time to communicate with me via phone several times to make sure we understood the complications and how the different repair options might go. We have been happy with the repair so far after a month or so, no issues.

Elias was so helpful and patient when helping clear our toilet and shower. He was thorough with explaining what was going on with the repairs and issues with our bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!

Foothill Plumbing (Larry & his employees) have been a godsend. He has been involved in a gas leak & repeat sewer clogs in our 40 year old home. He has been responsive & very honest & fair in his pricing. I plan on keeping him for all future plunbing needs!!

Highly recommend these guys! They came same day and did excellent work clearing out our clogged drains from root infestation and corroded pipes. He showed me live video of the camera going through the pipes and how bad the roots were, and showed me after he was finished clearing them. Night and day difference. He even had some specialty tools that most big name plumbing companies don't use, like the right hydro jetter attachment for 2in pipes. All other companies I tried before him said they didn't have the right tools for 2in pipes and tried to get us to re pipe everything. Highly recommend Luis at J&L plumbing. And it's a family owned business!

We used Simpex for a whole home RE-pipe. Our sales person Dante was informative and answered all my questions. The day of the RE-pipe Edgar, Brandon and the rest of the large team were friendly, professional, on time, thorough with their walk through at completion, and cleaned up after themselves. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. They completed my 3400 sq ft home in one day. I have 3 bathrooms, laundry sink, bar sink, water to fridge, and to pasta filler. Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. For the record, I met with 4 other companies that did not meet my discriminating taste.

Got quoted $99 or free for drain clog by Mike Diamond 800 number, they got there in 45 minutes on time did the job and only charged me just that. No I did not smell test the plumber.. will definitely recommend

Takes forever for a return call and if they do it's usually some BS story coming your way

Lady was extremely rude, and disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She claimed to be the owner, but i just cannot bring myself to believe that someone would sabotage their own company like that. I'll never use elite plumbing. I'll just go right across grand to the other plumbing company!
