My team installed ducted reverse cycle into our two storey home.. It was a tricky job and Soul spent a great deal of time going over plans and sharing options.. the company were quick to install and friendly / helpful technicians.. I would recommend this company for a home install..

This is a dispatch, not a local service company. They will schedule technicians from far away, which is not timely or efficient. Receptionist and Service tech tried hard to up-sell us on New equipment. Second visit needed because first tech wasn't certified for Freon filling. Not impressed.

The technicians were very helpful and kind, did all the extra work for free.. we installed a new Trane Heat pump ac system System and new Air Scrubber system to clean the air.

Terrible customer service, Kevin, the rep I was working with did not have the patience to do the basic job of working with me to get a quote for the job we need, which is installing a water heater, and ended up hanging up on me. Would never do biz with a company that allows its reps to treat potential customers this way.
