Simpex Repipe & Plumbing

Simpex did a great job re-piping our 2-story, 3 bath house. They started on time, took the time to carefully protect floors and furniture, and the water was turned back on by 5 pm that day. They of course took care of the city permit and the appointment for the inspector (which was first thing on day 2). The job included patching and texturing A LOT of holes in the walls and ceilings (plus some stucco), and they did a great job on all of that on day 3. That was a huge job but the team worked until 9 pm on a Saturday to get it all done. I decided to save money by painting myself, and the quality of their patching and texturing was apparent after everything was painted (can't tell where the cutouts were). I went with Simpex because they did a good job on my friend's house and because their price was very reasonable (and they give a lifetime warranty). Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

First, they were on time! The re-pipe on day 1 and the dry wall on day 2. The re-pipe crew provided quality service and went above and beyond what was expected! The dry wall crew was amazing! The detail to repair all the holes and the texturing was flawless and undetectable. Repainting was unnecessary. Truly amazing work!

We used Simpex for a whole home RE-pipe. Our sales person Dante was informative and answered all my questions. The day of the RE-pipe Edgar, Brandon and the rest of the large team were friendly, professional, on time, thorough with their walk through at completion, and cleaned up after themselves. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. They completed my 3400 sq ft home in one day. I have 3 bathrooms, laundry sink, bar sink, water to fridge, and to pasta filler. Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. For the record, I met with 4 other companies that did not meet my discriminating taste.

I want to give a shout out to the employees at Simpex. My water heater was leaking and I was unsure of what to do. I called Simpex and got great customer service from the beginning to the end. I was able to get someone out within hours and they had the repairs done fast. Thank you again. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Simpex really pulled through for me when I was in desperate need! I had a plumbing issue and they were very courteous and professional! I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe.

Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home.

The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free.

As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied.

If you are looking to re-pipe with a hassle free experience. This is a excellent company to work with.

Simpex repipe is highly recommend. I had a leak from hell, and Trevor helped me to chase it down; and believe me that was no easy job.👌

He was quick on his feet, and thought out of the box for solutions. He identified multiple approaches to fixing the issue at hand, he explained them well to me and executed them one at a time until the source of the leak was found. Once the leak was found, it was smooth sailing.

He may have put four to five hours; for the price I paid, it was money well spent.

For sure I will keep you in mind for more work; stay tuned.

My lawn sprinklers were sprinkling very little water. After checking the water pressures for the irrigation system and for the house, Ulysses determined that my pressure regulators needed to be replaced. I learned that ball valves have replaced the old style valves. I replaced the spigot, too.

Had a stop valve go bad with my kitchen faucet and put out a request for a quote. James came and he was so friendly knowledgeable I knew he was the man for the job. He did such a great job we decided to have the shower valves done as well. 5 stars from me for sure!

I am so disappointed with the service we received from this company. We hired them to repipe our home. While repiping the house they damaged our wood countertops in the laundry room and kitchen by dropping pipes on them and putting large dings and scratches in the countertops and breaking the molding in the kitchen and at the coffee bar. During the drywall and texture phase they left our home in complete disarray. They repair patches were unprofessional and incomplete as many areas were left without texture put back onto the wall. They were lazy and did not even remove the outlet covers instead just textured around or on the outlet covers. They had texture all over everything in our home, on the floors, cabinets, baseboards, cabinet pulls, and countertops. While I appreciate they came out three times trying to correct their mistakes the damage still has not been resolved. They tried to glue the broken kitchen molding back together and in doing so we now have wood glue dripping down our kitchen cabinets and on our countertops. They tried to fix the wood countertops by throwing some wood putty in the holes which didn't match in color and fell out the next day. I have tried for several weeks to reach the owner to discuss the damages to our home with no return phone call.

I had a slab leak not knowing where it was. Brian over at Simpex Repipe had their tech come give me a free leak detection. We found the leak and it was in various places so I decided to repipe the whole house. Brian came over after the detection process and we talked for a while. He informed me of the whole entire process (even on how the pipes would run through the walls). I learned a great deal while going over everything. He's a funny guy to talk to as well.

Anyhow, I agreed with the price and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled date and only took one day to do the repipe. Entire process of the repipe took place the same day.

I could not believe their patching job. I was amazed how the patchers blended in the drywall so well.

I recently had my water heater give out and reached out on yelp for a few quotes. Simpex reached out and offered for their plumber to come out and give me a quote for the replacement at no cost for the visit. They were able to install a new one the next day within a couple of hours! I was so happy they could help me out so quickly and at a great price. Joel Garcia was amazing! He came and updated our old broken water heater with a new energy efficient Bradford White water heater. Upgraded all our hardware to retrofit the new heater.

I would recommend this company for any major plumbing projects 10/10 times. Their teams are professional, communicative, and effective. The sales associate Dante and manager Joseph answered every single one of my questions and addressed every single concerned I had through out the repipe process for my house. They are very professional and meticulous with details.

Their crews are well staffed and trained with extensive experience so they didn't need to rush to meet their schedule. The repipe crew I had, led by Edgar, cared about quality and was able to complete the job as they promised in one day. The patching crew, led by Luis, did a wonderful job at patching and matching the finishing texture to the adjacent walls.

They make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their work. I informed the office when I observed some minor issues after the repipe. Joseph immediately coordinated with their foreman to come by my house to fix those issues on the same day. When an issue turned out to be not part of their responsibilities, they offered me with alternatives to fix the situation so I did not walk out unsatisfied.

The team at Simplex starting with Dante, Phil and the crew lead by Edgar did a miraculous job. My house was a complex one and they did the whole job re-pipe and patch in less than 48 hours. The pricing was great and they were beyond helpful in detecting other fixes in an efficient manner. I'm very thankful for their service and will be recommending to all my family and friends.

I spoke with Chris from Simpex in the morning for an emergency that we had with one of the pipes that bursted in the front of the our house. They were able to call Joel, who previously helped us out with a leak in one of our showers. He came earlier than expected and found out and fixed our problem. He was informative about the problem and what caused it. They are all professional and the price is reasonable.

Good, reliable, honest plumbers. Trevor has helped us with a new water heater and faucet leak (and new install) under our sink. James helped resolve a severely clogged shower drain. Very professional and helpful, would recommend and will work with them again.
