I have used Jacot Plumbing for a couple of years now. They repaired a toilet drainpipe and installed a new toilet. Two bathroom faucets. Kitchen sink faucet. Bathroom manifold and shower set. Installed new Water heater and water heater flush. I’ve had several different Jacot plumbers at my house and they are all nice, informative, arrive on time, clean up and complete a superb job.

Charles with Always Plumbing Heating and Air was OUTSTANDING! This was my first time with this company and I was highly impressed. He was on time, very courteous, kind and professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained the process and repaired it quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience. So happy to have found a good AC company that I can trust with great service. I highly recommend Always and Charles and will continue to use them and will refer family and friends. Thanks Charles!

Estimator / sales person was the best part of repipe job, extremely professional. Quote was reasonable. Piping was done in a day without any issues. Prep and cleanup was great.
Problem was with patching team. Can see the cut lines. Texture doesn't match original. Waiting for 6 weeks now to get patching guys back to fix texture.

I called for a toilet installation and a camera inspection. I had been having trouble with my kitchen sink fir a while now, and they fixed the issue! Very polite and professional group of guys. They mentioned they are just starting their business therefore were able to give me a lower price than those big companies. Thanks guys!! We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Used this company for my personal property. They were amazing. Truly can’t say enough. Two other plumbers said I needed to tear apart my bathroom upstairs and cut into the subfloor to fix a leak. Bryan was able to fix the leak by going through the ceiling that was already open from the first floor. Have definitely found our plumbing company moving forward. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, caring and sincere from Emilee who took the initial call and listened to our needs. Bryan who came out to our home and Kelly who followed up to make sure everything was fixed and to our satisfaction. Wish every company treated their customers like Olson Superior. Had a few items that needed repair out in North Tustin. This company had a very quick response time and Sean, the plumber, was awesome. He explained in great detail exactly what needed to be done and found parts and prices immediately. Highly recommend this company and ask for Sean.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
