We had a clogged sink that another plumbing company tried to charge us $1000 to fix with a hydrojet. Acute came out to look at it and found that there was actually no issue, and then did not even charge us for it. An honest plumber who didn't try to upsell or even charge us. We will definitely be calling them again!

Arrived very shortly after I called. Courteous, knowlegable and the prices seem competitive. They seemed to have thoroughly investegate the issue with our AC and provided the necessary fixes as it is now working as expected.

Allen was super professional and paid attention to all the details. Did a tankless system, added in a water filter, and even rerouted some pipes for a cleaner look. He stuck to his aggressive price, even with the extra work. Great experience with Acute Plumbing. They also took care of the paperwork and planning for the SoCal gas rebate Filed and already received!

I am BEYOND grateful that I was able to find Acute Plumbing! Our water heater failed on Thanksgiving (how do appliances know when it's a holiday FFS) so we had been without hot water for four days (indoor camping 😭) and our neighbor had said would help us get it installed. Shocker, that never happened 🙄. I reached out to Melissa @ Acute Plumbing because I found them on Nextdoor. She worked with us on our budget, on a Sunday and after hours! We now FINALLY have hot water! Allan is the MAN with getting it done right, cleanly and quickly. I will never use anyone else and will never forget their kindness, they rock and I cannot recommend them enough.

Allan was right on-time, professional and we discussed the details of the job to ensure everything was covered. I had a kitchen faucet and new garbage disposal installed in my townhouse. I also had my tankless water heater serviced. Allan was efficient and highly detail oriented. The scheduler Melissa was also very responsive and helpful. Allan gave me some suggestions regarding the installation of a circulation pump to get the hot water to my third floor bathrooms faster. Price was fair. I am very pleased with the work and service.
We needed a new Noritz tankless water heater. Acute Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, very quick to respond including great pricing, and were able to install that same day. Awesome service! Recommend highly!

Extremely efficient, reliable and professional! I called Acute Plumbing because my gas heater stopped working. They told me that somebody will come to make a free assessment. Less than two hours later, Allen stopped by my home. He was admirably efficient and nice. He checked and fixed the ignition first. When noticed that it was not only a problem of ignition but also of the valve, he replaced the valve, and now the gas heater works perfectly. We didn’t have to replace the whole gas heater as some other company advised. Very happy with Allen’s approach —to check and try to fix problems before replacing all equipment for a new one without assuring it definitely cannot work. Totally Recommended.

All I can say is wow! Allen did a fabulous job installing a new Rinnai tankless water heater a few weeks ago and correcting issues with our existing plumbing (for free) to make sure we achieved the best performance. Allen was prompt, direct, and very honest. His scheduler Melissa is exceptionally organized and helped us with the water heater rebates and tax credits. Will 100% hire again.

Efficient Experienced Punctual Professional
My water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not rekindle. I wasn't happy with my previous plumbing service, so I looked on yelp and found Acute Plumbing was highly rated so I gave them a try. They gave me an appointment for the same afternoon, and showed up on time and prepared with any parts that might be required to repair my water heater. Even though I was ready to get a new water heater (mine is 8years old and past its 6 year warranty) they assured me it was still in decent shape and could be repaired. I was able to save money by having the repair done and my water heater is now fine. I will utilize their services for any future plumbing needs.
