I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

The drain on the side of our house was blocked solid, the water was over 4 inches deep and it was rising towards the dining room doors. One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

Quick Water Heater is the best water heater service I've ever worked with in Orange County or anywhere in the good ol US of A. Their pricing was accurate and there were no surprise fees on my bill. I simply filled out the form on their site and I was speaking to a tech in under an hour. I'll be using them for all of my properties from here on out.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

The plumber who came to my house was very professional and efficient, and was able to fix the issue in no time. He even took the time to check for other potential issues and make some recommendations for preventative maintenance. The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
