Garage laundry room project: Johnny Ray came out on-time on Monday morning, received my estimate about 30min later, accepted the deal and scheduled the work for Wednesday. Johnny arrived right on time and got it all done and cleaned up in less than 3hrs. He cut out a 3 foot section from the vent down to the cast iron hub at slab-level. Augered and hydro-jetted down to the main sewer line to break up 60yrs of deposit, and then rebuilt everything back up to the vent, adding in a new clean out, a stub for a utility sink, and the washer standpipe. Everything came out clean and perfect.

I am very happy with the service done. Steven was very professional and a hard worker. Got the job done. Will definitely hire him again when we we do our plumbing.

Steven was super professional and was on time! He explained to me what the repairs are required before asking me if I wanted to proceed. Once he carefully explained in detail of the repairs, he went to it. It took him roughly an hour to fix the leaky valves under my kitchen sink. He had also fixed some other things that were installed by a water tech. Overall I am pleased by Steven's professionalism. I recommend this business to those that need plumbing services.

Chris came by to snake the area drain of palm tree roots. He was very professional, friendly, and informative, as he answered all of my questions. Chris also talked about alternative options like trenchless pipe relining and spot repair. He was also very efficient. I have used Orange Coast Plumbing in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.

Christmas Eve, went to the gym, then went grocery shopping and cooked for Christmas Eve parties and gatherings. Then used the bathroom. Water not flushing. Plunged it, didn’t work. Then my neighbors downstairs call and say they have a leak from their ceiling. Great. I was all set to go out and this emergency happens.
I called around several companies, who didn’t have anyone available. Then I came across Orange Coast Plumbing. Dotty picked up, connected me with Henry very quickly, he called me back fairly soon and gave me an estimated time he can arrive. At this point, I was ecstatic that someone can come put at all on a holiday weekend. When he arrived, he was very professional, already seemed to know what the problem might be, and explained to me very kindly what he would be doing. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Best guy to be stuck with on a holiday emergency. I wasn’t able to go the parties, but I know I have found a plumber that I can finally trust.
I have had issues with plumbing at my condo for years, and have used several plumbers in the past several years. I’m glad now that I have found a company and plumber that I can trust.

Extremely pleased with service! James Athens was amazing. This was his second time back…he was originally here to fix our master toilet in May, which he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, we had to have him come back and do some more plumbing work as we thought the toilet was leaking, but it wasn’t!! Come to find out, we ended up having a small pin-hole leak in our copper pipe, which was building up while we were on vacation. He cut through our downstairs ceiling and found the issue and immediately repaired it. I truly appreciate his dedication to his job and his honesty! I called Orange Coast plumbing to install a new sink in my garage. Jeff Montgomery came out installed the sink and updated the plumbing with new copper pipes and individual hot and cold valves for my washer. I’m really impressed with Jeff’s work and feel he went above and beyond.

Our family experienced a break in the main water line to our home that was leaking in the front yard. Chuck from OC Plumbing did an amazing job with the repairs. He located the leak, dug up, repaired the line and then replaced the turf back so that our yard is back to normal. He was professional and efficient through all aspects of the job. Our company has been having this issue for some time now. We’ve called many different plumbers and this one has been the best by far! I called and within 15 minutes Steven and Henry showed up gave me my options for the job done and they were still nice enough to clean up our bathrooms floors for us. Michael from OCP was the assigned technician to assist with a water leak in a pool equipment room. He was polite, professional, and really went above and beyond. He had to come back the following day as he needed to pick up a part and I'm glad he did as he was able to assist with an emergency that occurred. He acted quickly and professionally and, if I could give him 15/5 stars, then I absolutely would!

I was impressed with their ability to come out same day. However they tried to take advantage of me by charging me $3200 to change a p-trap for my bathtub which has an access panel. $3200 people. My friend is a plumber of 20+ years. He laughed and said more like a $500 job. Be careful fellow homeowners this company is part of the problem not solution.

There was a slow leak in my shower and had a plumber who could not figure out the source. So I contacted Orange Coast plumbing. Dadi was kind enough to give me the same day appointment and had James come to my house. James was so professional and knowledgeable that with in 15 minutes he told me the issue is with the shower door that needs to be resealed, not with plumbing. He did not charge anything for the visit and upon my request promised to give me the reference of someone who can fix the issue. He is a very kind and gentle person and would definitely use him again.

Danny helped us with a big water heater issue we had. He was so patient, honest. Turns out we needed a new water heater and he got another employee to come deliver one and he installed it immediately. Danny got everything done IN THE POURING RAIN, in time for our kids to be able to take their night-time bath! We officially love this company!

I’ve lost count on how many times as tenants we have worked with Henry and Taylor now. It has been nothing short of excellent service and response. Our toilet was long overdue for a replacement. Tayler came out the next day after already replacing our kitchen sink garbage disposal and plumbing.
A few hours later everything was installed and even had some new upgrades to our downstairs toilet. Extremely happy and can’t say enough about how amazing and professional Tayler was.

James came to give us a quote for replacing multiple valves in our shower and helped change a thermostatic cartridge in another shower. Out of the four people that came to quote this job James was the only one to take the time to point out any potential problems that could arise on the day of the install. We realized that the replacement valve's wouldn't fit with the wall thickness and saved probably a day of labor and were able to order the correct parts before the actual install date.

I am renovating my hall bath and tore out the old cast iron tub to install a new 22 Kohler soaker tub. With the new dimensions I needed to move the tub diverter up by 8 inches. Tayler cut the copper pipes and reworked all new plumbing from floor up as there were old previous pipes that were capped from a past renovation. Not only did she make sure all my questions were answered but included me in talking about location and height of new shower head. She was able to build out the diverter to be flush with my Kerdi board and tile depth. Can't wait to start tiling and getting this project checked off my list. I would strongly suggest calling OC Plumbing and Tayler for services. Very professional and well within the 2 other quotes received from local companies.

We had a kitchen faucet that broke one month before we were to have a kitchen remodel. We didn't need something expensive, but we needed something to get us through. After looking at how to do the job on Youtube, I realized it was too much work and time for me to so this with a house full of kids.

We called Orange Coast Plumbing and they were able to have someone come out the same day to look at it without charging anything for the quote. We determined it would be less expensive for us to get us a simple faucet. So we went to Home Depot and got a less expensive faucet that was not long term. It's just to get us going until we have the kitchen completely remodeled and then we get a more superior faucet for the kitchen sink. Morgan from Orange Coast plumbing did a great job. He was courteous and professional.

Had a toilet backup and main line was in need of cleaning due roots getting into the pipe. Jeff was professional and good knowledge of what's going on. Talk through the whole step as he was doing the service. Got the main pipe clear off root within 15min and made sure to run the extra 50 ft to make it pushed it out. Would recommend using them again.

Nolan and his crew were very good with our issue, which became more complicated after they were able to see the problems more clearly. He explained why costs were higher than the original bid to my satisfaction with actual reasons made clear. We had several bids and he took the time to communicate with me via phone several times to make sure we understood the complications and how the different repair options might go. We have been happy with the repair so far after a month or so, no issues.

Slow water drip was noticed - Ceiling and walls were soaking wet. Orange Coast plumbing was called at 2 PM. By 3 PM Nolan and Steven arrived. Diagnosed the issue and made repairs without any delays. Repairs went smoothly.Will define keep them on speed dial.

Chuck from Orange Coast plumbing tackled the problem that several other plumbers had failed to fix. We had a badly clogged drain in our bathroom, and after numerous other companies came and left without fixing the problem, often leaving behind a mess, we were really pleased with the work that was done today. Not only did Chuck show up with all the equipment that was needed including the high pressure spray should it be needed, and a professional snaking tool, not The tiny handheld one, but he also came with a carpeted mat, plastic sheeting, and plenty of supplies to clean up after himself. He worked for nearly 2 hours getting through a horrible clog, and then rinsing it out thoroughly. It went from zero movement to smooth flow. He was persistent. And he had a back up plan if that was going to fail. The price was very reasonable for the service performed, and he regaled us with all kinds of other interesting information that we can use to help maintain our plumbing and the rest of our home. Talented, friendly, the best service you could ask for. We are just so thrilled, we will never call anyone else.

He arrived within the set amount of time and got to work on our problem. At the time he was unable to fix the issue but gave us an estimate and came back the next day to do the job.
