I've been working with OTW Plumbing for about a year now. I've worked with several other plumbers previously, but was not satisfied and kept looking. Until I found Sergio and OTW, that is. Anthony was reccomended to us by Aquasana the firm that supplied our water purification system. Follow the manufacturer recommendations. We did, after we researched the product and the reputation of the plumber listed as a preferred installer, Anthony Gravagne was highly recommened and we saw why. Anthony did his research on the system and our house lay out, he knew the system what was needed for install, which parts should be upgraded and replaced, he came on time. Friendly and informative about the water purification system giving us information about managing it. A seasoned professional.

Anthony proved himself so well we upgraded all of the faucets in our home knowing he would serve us with the quality he relies on to satisfy his customers. We have other projects planned. A G S, Anthony, is our preferred service plumber.

I called looking for drain cleaning and water heater quote. Jason was informative, professional, and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and very comfortable in speaking with Jason. I received my quote, scheduled the installation and cleaning. I'm very happy with the service I received, the job was done well and the area was left better than it was found. Im very impressed with Desert Star, since I’ve always had a horrible experience with my home warranty sending terrible contractors, I read Desert Star reviews so I felt relieved but like always I was expecting someone to drop the ball. Well it didn’t happen, I was extremely pleased from Allyse answering all my questions and giving me daily updates on te home warranty status for the approval of repair to them ordering the part and scheduling the repair. The service tech came out, fixed my unit and I signed up for a maintenance plan. This was painless compared to my past experiences with contractors!!!!

In my last post to write a review of this company, I wrote:
Spartan Plumbing is very unethical ~ I know this firsthand. The Home Builder (big name home builder) in my parent's subdivision had Spartan fix a main water line leak at my parent's home, who are very elderly. Spartan used an totally incorrect coupling however (unbeknowndst to everyone, because they covered it up before the home builder could inspect it) and it finally failed 3 years later, which caused a MAJOR water leak to the tune of $1100! They refused to take responsibility for their error because they insisted they were protected by the State ROC, which says that after 2 years companies are protected from mistakes. What?! My poor parents, who are on a fixed income, had absolutely no recourse and were forced to pay for Spartan's mistake. Shame on such shoddy business practices ~ sad to think that my parent's were the first and won't be the last to suffer from Spartan's lack of business ethic.
Last sentence should have read:

And Spartan knows exactly what this post is all about and were very smug in their responses to both my parents and the Home Builder, because they knew they were untouchable - thanks to the State ROC.
