I had to call drain masters after my drains started backing up in my showers. Zack and Marshall came today and arrived in the time window I was given. They were both professional, kind and efficient. I highly recommend!

During our remodel, the construction team uncovered various plumbing issues that needed to be resolved quickly in order to stay on time and on budget. Cale came to the rescue each time. Not only was he quick and responsive but thorough. He did not cut corners and worked until late in the night to make sure that the work was done right.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron, Ryan and Frank recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their level of expertise in their field is outstanding, and they provided me with exceptional personal service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I paid the plumber the home warranty co-pay (for some reason twice), but he didn't do anything. He falsely claimed the water heater wasn't working, yet I have been taking HOT showers every day for a week. I just needed him to turn down the hot water temp, and that didn't happen. I also needed him to fix some undersink plumbing to bring it up to code, but apparently he didn't have the proper supplies. Finally, I needed him to disconnect and cap the gas dryer. Again, didn't do it. This plumber is a thief asking for money but not providing one service, which I still have to get completed and paid for by an actual plumber. Do NOT use this plumber. They are ill prepared, do nothing, then expect money for not doing a thing.

George was great. On time and guided me through the changes that needed to be made. Gave me an alternative option when it turned out we would need to install a switch for the garbage disposal. I actually like the air line look and push button on the sink a lot more!

Will definitely use his expertise and service again.

I called Best Price Plumbing to install a dishwasher since our house didn't have one. They came out and took a look and quoted me a great price. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks after that and they came out and installed it. They were on time and great to work with. They got everything done and it looks amazing! I recommend them 10x over. Danny, Cody and Gilbert were a pleasure to work with. Thank you again guys!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Their workers were very professional; very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with the owner of the local branch. The quality of the work was good.

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow
