First of all they came out for clogged drains Sunday Labor Day weekend. On time and communicated when would arrive. After a camera ran, found our pipes were in pretty bad shape. Not news to us as we’ve had trouble for about 4 years, and previously had cameras ran, and even to our unprofessional eyes could see how badly pipes had degraded since last camera. We agreed to have them come out and complete an extensive job we’d been putting off. They’re estimate was the same as Cummings 4 years ago which surprised me with inflation this past year. 3 separate crews came to our home, the excavators, the crew that worked on the kitchen lines, then the final crew that did main line and yard. All employees were polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. We always knew when they would arrive ( we have dogs etc, making sure we’re home) and ALWAYS cleaned up at the end of each day, shut gates and left our home how they found it. I certainly hope we don’t need a plumber after this, but if we do, this will be the company. Charles managed everything and provided everything we’ve needed for what insurance coverage we can get reimbursed for . Recommend 10 out 10!!

Absolutely the best plumbing experience ever. They are honest, pleasant, efficient, and I found it work excellent. They even clean up after themselves. Our job was major replacing all the lines Completely around our house. House built in 1980’s So you know the difficulties they ran into. They solve them all. I might add they had subcontractors for asphalt filling of a ditch, and a drywall gentleman who left immaculate workspace as well as did such an excellent job I don’t even have to paint

This is a strong recommendation for the plumbing services of Aarcher Contracting Corporation. I employed them in March, 2014 when my sewer clogged. When the standard snaking of the line didn't clear it, Clay Brown (the president of the company) recommended a big national company with heavier equipment. That company came out, broke off their cable in the line, and told me it would cost $1400 to install a clean-out to remove it, (and that wouldn't cover opening the sewer line afterwards). When I balked at that, they left me with the cable still in my line.

Clay and his crew were good enough to come back and install the clean-out, remove the broken cable, and clear the line so I had a working sewer, all for about half what the big company wanted just for the clean-out. But it doesn't end there…

After seeing a video of the cleaned out sewer line, Clay pointed out that there could be a collapse starting due to roots invading where the pipe met the county main pipe. He wrote an excellent letter on my behalf to the Pima County Waste Water Department, documenting that since the problem was at the junction, the necessary repairs were their responsibility. After seeing the letter, the county immediately agreed to repair that problem at no cost to me, saving me thousands of dollars in repair bills.

The Aarcher crew stuck with me through large and small difficulties, did a great job at a great price, and cleaned up another company's mess. They were honest, friendly, and professional, and saved me a small fortune over what the total cost could have been, even though it meant losing the work they convinced the county to do for free! I give them my highest recommendation, and will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing problems. It feels good to support a local licensed contractor rather than a big national corporation, especially when it saves money.

Had a claim through my warranty company with a home in Tucson and wasn't happy with the lack of attempts to try and unclog a drain line. Not sure why an experienced plumber doesn't have a snake that's longer than 6 ft. Also, it took the office 4 days to respond back to my home warranty company regarding an estimate and more than 24 hours to return a phone call even after it was escalated to a higher level with our warranty company. I left a message in regards to the service call later in the day and spoke to a woman in the front office on a Monday and 5 days later never heard back from her. I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option.

I wish I would have known about Alaskan heating and cooling and Paul years ago. Ever since we joined the Alaskan family (club), we've had the most professional, prompt and courteous service for our heating and air conditioning needs. Paul is always on time, gets the job done and explains everything that was done so we can understand it. I definately recommend Alaskan heating and cooling through Home Depot or calling them direct. Oh, by the way thank-you to Home Depot for recommending them to us.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
