My clients needed to have 2 tanks inspected and pumped ASAP. They were able to accommodate them due to a shift in their schedule. They were very informative on the phone looking up tank sizes and locations prior to arrival. One tank failed due to age and lack of maintenance. Dustin was great at explaining why it happened and the procedure of abandoning the tank and installation of the new one.

I am so lucky to have found Ed. He is by far the best at his trade. I had initially called Rooter Rangers (after spending about $1000) and was told that I would need another $4k to jack hammer the house to replace the pipe with the object lodged. They spent maybe 5 mins trying to clear it.

Then Ed came and actually did what a real plumber was supposed to do. He spent almost 4 hours pushing the object all the way to the main sewer and resolved our issue and for a fraction of the cost.

I had a clog in my mainline and had Mr. router come out charge me $250 to clear it told me that along with the clearing somebody would come out put a camera down my way in line and check for cracks or any damage, that never happened I was never even given a copy of my invoice. This is the kind of service I would expect from a mom and pop place but not a corporate professional place like this I’m very unsatisfied and feel like I overpaid. Don’t use these guys

They responded quickly, and came the next day. He explained what he was doing, and how the septic sytem works, even to neighbors stopping by with questions. He had to locate and dig down quite a bit to get access to the septic tank He did recommend installing a riser to make it easier & cheaper next time. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to! Supposedly was going in for an interview that was set up by a recruiter. I get there and they acted like they new nothing about the interview. Gave me a number to set up another one, and it was a number to emergency service. I don't know how they expect to keep up with their customers if they can't even keep up with their scheduled interviews!
