I am new to the area of mesa az . I had a clogged black tank in my camper I called every rv camper place numbers of people they gave me to and even called porta potty people and everybody told me it was out of season to clean tanks in rv now... then I happen to text this company and lord and behold Mrs Stephanie reached out to and I got my problem solved by Scott her tech and I will be using this company if I need anything else that they can do that has to do with my camper while I am in az... Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Call these guys before anyone else, Frank was awesome. I made the mistake of calling another company first. The answering service said someone would call me right back, an hour later that call never came so I called Rooter Ranger instead. I was called right back and they were very quick to respond. Frank the technician took the time to assess how my drains worked so that he could save me money by not having to pull the toilet up. Most other plumbers would have just pulled it up and charged us the extra charges. I will not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again, great service, great quick response time and extremely friendly help.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I won't call anyone else after using them on this last project. I can't give enough positive accolades about this company. It started with the 1st phone call Is with Kailee To schedule a septic tank evacuation for a client. Kailees Knowledge base was impressive by itself. Cordial polite and very professional. When can you actually call A company and the 1st person that answers the phone not only knows the business but knows it very very well! I could go On just about Kailee herself. Now let's get into Gilbert and Jacob who came out to perform the work. Two very respectful, thoughtful, hard working and Is driven young men. They followed another company that was just out a month before that Did a horrible job. Gilbert and Jacob went the extra mile to Make sure the tank was cleared as it should be. If that was it I would have still appreciated their hard work. As Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story. We had a very unique problem That called for the true extra mile. They attempted to snake the The leech line coming out of the septic tank. When they weren't able to get The snake to go into the line they literally dug all the way to the line. This was in the most difficult of circumstances. They were actually working on a septic tank that was covered by a concrete patio. At no point did they get discouraged. They worked as hard as one could for 5 hours. Not for a second did they think they could just pawn off the problem Because it wasn't in there exact scope. They had a great attitude the entire time no matter how difficit was.. I've been in the Is construction business for almost Is 40 years now. From Front office 2 to field work, Septic technologies is an old school company. Customer service, professionalism, respectfulness and Expertise is what this company is all about.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had a clogged toilet. Since I take care of a handicapped individual, this presented a major problem. Javier came out the same day, fixed my clog, did his inspection and fixed another leak I was having in the shower. This company and their staff are absolute professionals and extremely customer oriented. I will always use them for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
