This contractor was a very friendly professional and he knew his business very well. He guided his team well during all the installments to achieve the results as per the designs in our roof plan. They also gave us an easy low interest payment mode.

What an outstanding company to work with! We needed our roof to be cleaned off and a few repairs done without spending a fortune. Re-Vamp Roofing was out the next morning to give us an estimate. They were on time, honest, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and priced really well. In fact my husband and I were very impressed when Ruben was talking to us about the things to repair and yet again when he sent an estimate over. Something that we thought would be over our budget actually fell below our budget. We were able to schedule our service for the same week. They once again were on time and did a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future!!

This company satisfies all the criteria we had in mind. They were dependable, knowledgable, and they answered all of our queries. Bob has a great heart. Other businesses offered lesser costs, but we decided to utilize this one because of the staff's integrity and level of service. The team arrived, completed the task, and avoided interfering with us. I can’t say enough about these guys! We had 3 companies come out and try to figure out where a small leak was happening. These guys originally installed our roof 7 years ago with the builder and do mostly large projects but took the time and effort and even sent the lead technician out to find the problem. They coordinated with our solar company to get the panels off and then repair with in a short window around thanksgiving /Christmas 2021. Phew! It was fixed and no leaks or problems since! Tricia has the kindest heart with true sincere care. We had storm damage from this last storm and we are absolutely using them again. Even the smallest jobs- yet they care HUGE! Rare to find this in todays business world. Thanks guys

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. Alan, the owner went way out of his way and replaced an indoor plastic light cover AND bought 4 new LED florescent lights and installed them. He also cleaned out all the caked mud in the gutters! I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

We had Jeff and co resurface our flat roof and cannot be happier with the results. I was a little concerned because we had just painted and have black trim...eek, who knew but Jeff had a wonderful man, Terry, on the job who managed to coat the roof without incident. The work was immaculate and completed quickly! We will definitely use Northgroup when it’s time to resurface next time!

They won't honor warranties. They'll take your money when you purchase one from them and then they'll make every single excuse they can think of to get out of honoring it.
