Called Gordon to ask if he could help install a hybrid water heater I purchased at Lowes the day before. He immediately interrupted me and asked what I wanted him to do. He didn't seem to understand that fact that I already purchased a water heater, and just needed to pay someone to install it. Gordon then asked what kind of heater, and I told him. He laughed in my face and said no. He said they were too complicated for him. He said, I'm an old guy and I only know old guy water heaters. Maybe he thought he was being funny, but I felt like he was being rude the whole time while I was being very polite.

Very pleasant experience

Mike B installed grab bars for my dad. My dad is a 6 foot, 200 lbs man who is a fall risk, especially in the shower. Mike installed these bars and they are solid! I feel much better about my dad showering in a much safer environment. Mike was knowledgeable in his suggestions where to install and it turns out it is very much to dads liking. Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. My husband & I were delighted & glad with Dean the repairman who came to replace our bathroom faucet. By the the time he came in he went to see the problem & explain in detail & quoted the price. We are totally happy for his professionalism. knowledgable & his good sense of humor.The issue was resolved in a timely manner & definetly call again for any service.

Our upstairs toilet started leaking into our downstairs hallway, and needless to say we needed the problem fixed ASAP. We were given Oasis Plumbing number from a friend and thought we would give them a try.

We sent a text to Oasis after 8pm at night and much to our shock, they replied back immediately. We setup an appointment for the next day. Wade came out, and arrived early. He asset the problem and gave us quote, which we approved. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and was extremely professional.

While working on the toilet he found another small problem and fixed it without any charge. He left the bathroom cleaner than he found it and did a great job!

They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
