I honestly wouldn’t call anyone else. After a plumbing nightmare caused by the gas company, I had tried three other plumbers before finding Cactus Plumbing And Air . They fixed my problem and went above and beyond what was needed from them. I’ve used them ever since and I recommend them to everyone. After being given the run around by my home warranty company and the plumbers they recommended I decided to give American a call since they had good reviews and were local. Great decision. Rich listened patiently as I explained my situation with water heater. He had me send him some pics and quickly put together a plan which the home warranty company accepted. Rich came out himself and installed a water heater in about an hour. I'm very happy and impressed. After a week without hot water my wife is ecstatic, lol. Thank you Rich.

I needed three old leaky faucets replaced, another faucet needed a broken handle replaced, shut off valves for all the sinks replaced, and my kitchen sink caulking replaced. A close friend recommended CTR plumbing. Erik gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Erik even called Moen for replacement handles and got them shipped out. Erik is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions. He is honest and did an amazing job! I will only call Erik for my future plumbing needs!

West Plumbing wanted to charge $575 to install a kitchen faucet. When I declined, they demanded I pay $85 for the estimate. The next day, I hired Gold Star Plumbing for the SAME project -- only $250.

Very timely service even on Sunday. Called and Andrew showed up and gave me options to fix my problem. I let him know I had to discuss with my wife and called on Tuesday and he came back that day and fixes my problem. Andrew besides being an excellent plumber is a very likeable and professional. Everything went fine and I now have a new hot water heater. Very satisfied with the job. Actually paid a little less than I expected to so I felt they were very honest in that respect.
