It does not take a genius to understand how serious air conditioning and plumbing is in a stat like Arizona. However, despite that fact, Silver Fox made an effort to show that when it came to it, they were, in fact, geniuses. My technician really seemed familiar with how my system worked and finished in a timely manner. I have honestly not encountered any problems since then. Great service, (not to mention reliable) and guys who know what they're doing it? I'd say that's a good deal. I definitely recommend them.

Ryan just repaired my RO leak and did an excellent job! He was prompt, fast, extremely friendly and professional and most importantly he was honest about the repair work needed. Sam has come over several times and is terrific. He shows up on time, is professional, honest and most importantly, he gets the job done. Most recently, my 4 year old flushed a toy down the toilet which plugged it up. I tried using the plunger, using the toilet snake, yelling at the toilet, etc... and nothing worked. Sam came right out and had it diagnosed & fixed in under an hour. When he was done, I didn't even have to clean anything or throw anything away. Sam did all the work and cleaned everything up when he was done. Thanks Sam, you saved us, again.
