We used WaterEx Plumbing to replace a outside shut off value and water spicket. Douglas Bennion did a fantastic job with a fair and reasonable price. When we need plumbing services again we'll call WaterEx. We highly recommend WaterEx Plumbing.

I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

He is extremely responsive and takes care of any issues that we have very quickly and correct. I trust that they will get the job done. Love Miguel and his customer service. Great communication about the job and cost. We did not know that we had to trouble shoot so much to identify the problem, and then pay for each recommended fix. The first two repairs did not fix the problem. if the first suggested repair did not stop the clanging pipes. This is turning out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE small job!! As a result of the large job, Umbrella provided a very fair discount. Service recovery to retain my business was outstanding!!

I used my home warranty when we had a shower leak that was causing damage to our wall. Dallen and his team called me the next day to schedule and were extremely professional and even tried to do a little troubleshooting over the phone when setting up the appointment. When Dallen showed up he was very professional and even caught a second leak that was coming from our shower that I had not seen before. He fixed both leaks. In todays world it’s rare to find someone who pays attention to detail and fixes all the issues on the first appointment. Lastly, he even took a look at our water softener for me even though there wasn’t any issues with it I just wanted a second set of eyes on it to make sure it was operating properly. I will definitely be calling and referring friends and family for future plumbing needs!!

He gave me several options, solved my issue, saving me money, and did not brake my Pockets. This company has horrible customer service and ethics. They insist on charging twice for not finishing the first job they are sent out to. While confronting them about this work ethic they simply argue saying it must be a separate event without even offering or trying to come back out to finish the leak detection they were originally paid for. IF they did it right the first time they wouldn't have to had come back out. The office personnel also are very rude they have no customer service skills. While trying to communicate this problem they would not listen. If American leak detection does not complete the first job that has been paid for then BBB complaint will be next.

After a brief inspection of my plumbing problem (Scott) the plumber said it seemed to be a quick fix and would be back in the morning to get started.
At 10:15 he or his crew is a no show.
I call him and he says he is still coming. 1:45 I call him a second time he says yes he is still coming. At 4:00 pm he is still a no show so I call a third time. By now I assume he has recognized my phone number and will not answer.
Reliable Rooter And Plumber does not live up to its name nor do they deserve the one star above.
The very least I deserved a phone call saying you will not be able to make the repair.
This company is not reliable.
Don't wast your time waiting for them to show up. BV
