What a great business. We had the owner get us out of a HUGE jam last year and now we never call another HVAC company.Speed of service -> they were the first company to appear. When we needed them again, they were able to come within hours.Quality of staff -> clearly the leadership at Ground Zero only hires and maintains the best staff. Eric Provencio today was amazing - punctual, thorough, courteous, and friendly.Services -> the hero club is awesome. They actually call us to remind us about free services... not a sales call either. Last year they worked in the sweltering heat of our attic for nearly 7 hours into the middle of the night to resolve our poorly installed system. We had at least 5 different HVAC companies over the years, but Ground Zero was the first to get our system working like it should.Even though we have a home warranty, we will always call Ground Zero for our HVAC needs. We learned the hard way that you get what you pay for, and being cheap and easy with HVAC in Arizona is a bad idea.Ultimately, we really can’t thank them enough, and I wish more businesses cared about their customers and quality of work as Ground Zero does.

Ground zero is 10 stars! We’ve had very bad experiences in the past With other HVAC companies but not only is Ground Zero a true five star company but Brad is what makes them a 10 star company.!!!!!! He is the most amazing troubleshooter I have ever seen. We have had multiple other HVAC companies to our home and none of them have been able to fix our issues !! Ground Zero and Brad have truly done their work and an amazing job!

Our AC line had a leak that caused water damage to our upstairs ceiling. Ground Zero had the leak repaired within hours of us calling and also gave us an estimate the same day for fixing the ceiling. Very professional! Reasonable prices! HIGHLY recommend.

My Wife found water leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom through the ceiling in the middle of the night. Called Ground Zero Plumbing and was told that Mike B, would be out ASAP. We knew who was coming because they texted a picture and bio of the technician. Very nice touch.When Mike B arrived, he inspected both bathrooms and discovered a faulty hose was the cause very quickly. He replaced the hose, assessed the damage and showed my wife where the water main is and how to use it.Family owned and operated. Licensed and bonded. Google even guarantees the job is done right or your money back when you use Ground Zero Plumbing; no joke!We are more than satisfied and will be using them for all future projects. You should too!

UPDATE 6/13/18: I now believe all of the positive reviews here and I am updating my review to 5 stars. The owner called and addressed my concerns by offering a partial refund and assuring me that the experience I had was a legitimate mistake by an employee in training and not standard practice. This company stands behind their work and I plan to call them again next time I need a plumber.(Original review - 3 stars)I was impressed with this company's responsiveness and I feel like their technicians and staff were knowledgeable and competent. However, I was surprised when I was asked to bring up their company listing on Google on my phone and the technician actually touched the 5 star rating for me without my consent. I know ratings are important and I don't mind encouraging a review, but this seemed to cross the line and called into question the validity of all of the 5 star reviews here. I also feel like the price for capping a sewer line in our laundry room was unreasonably expensive for around an hour of labor and a few small parts ($250+). Overall, I have mixed feelings about this company and I'm not sure if I would ask for their services again.

Love this company! This is the first time I've seen a company put morals and values and their customers above sales. If you want truly honest work they are who you want to call! Especially Bobby he truly knows what he is doing and will work his hardest to get it done right! He's a valuable asset to this company.

Chris did outstanding job getting our sink unclogged. He even fixed the leak from our drain and cleaned up the mess that wasn't even his! Definitely recommend Ground Zero!

I called Ground Zero Plumbing and AC after many unsuccessful attempts to get someone out to my house the same day. Matt was quick and arrived at my home less than 2 hours after I called! Matt was extremely knowledgeable, patient, sharp, and helpful. He explained the problem and really helped me to understand what was going on. Ground Zero is hands down, the best company in the valley! From the initial phone call to job completion, everyone was so kind and helpful. We didn't feel like just another job ticket. They treated us like family. We've had a few different companies out over the years for our ac unit, but this time we called Ground Zero. Brad was sent out the same day. He was polite, knowledgeable, and didn't mind my 101 questions. He quickly diagnosed our unit and set us up for service. Our unit now runs beautifully! Never again will we bother calling other companies; they've got customers for life.

I had a problem with my sewer line backing up from street. I called them and they came quick and cleared the clog. Water started backing up again after 5 days, they are very responsible to come back and run camera thru tne line and found the problem. The guy even called Chandler City and explained the problem in city pipe. City folks came and fixed everything. I definitely recommend Ground Zero for your sewer line issues. I called two other plumbers before them who simply charged money without fixing/finding the problem

Mike B. & Tony were so helpful and professional. They didn't make me feel stupid for putting noodles down the disposal and fixed the issue with no hesitation. I had a rough morning and they turned it around, they even helped cleaned up the water mess that happened when my sink flooded. Thank you guys again for your help !

Ralph and Landon installed our new AC unit and were awesome! They worked tirelessly to get it in so we could have cooling in our home on a super hot day. Ralph even sliced his arm, went to the ER and got 6 stitches, and still came back and got everything installed. Talk about service! Would definitely use them again!

Called late in the evening on a Sunday. The upstairs a/c system had quit and it was 105 outside. Fred was at my door about 35 minutes later.He was fast, friendly, and professional. He had my system up and running in 10 minutes, flat. Fred rocks!There are other companies that advertise 24/7 availability- Ground Zero is the only one that I've found that actually delivers on that promise.

This afternoon Mike B from Ground Zero Plumbing division saved the day! Managed to save us $2000.00- by using his head and muscles to pull a 4 root out of a plumbing line! You saved the day Mike! GREAT JOB! My hero!!

Chris came out after regular business hours to fix a kitchen sink clog. Chris was friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend Ground Zero plumbing to family and friends.

Brad was great , friendly and quick to resolve our issue.Follow up Review:We ended up needed an whole new AC unit. wasn't ideal and we were not expecting it since we bought this home less than a year ago. The Owner Brian got involved and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Ground Zero had different finance options for us as well. There were a couple other projects we needed done as well - A New water heater, some plumbing issues, our vent on our roof was exposed, and we also wanted to relocate our water heater. He offered a great and affordable price that we couldn't turn down. Once everything was finalized we scheduled the work to be done.Brian and his team showed up with 7 different trucks/ vans and all the personnel needed to complete the projects. They arrived at 8 am and were done by 2 pm. Yes- you read that correctly- 6 hours and they were out of here.I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the superb service and efficiency. Everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing and AC needs.

We always use Ground Zero for all of our plumbing needs. We recently had a clogged tub. Chris was very professional and quick resolving the issue.

Sam come out to fix multiple sinks in my apartment. He did the job accurately and took the time out to do the job right. He was very professional and friendly, he even gave me helpful tips to prevent any clogging from happening in the future. He had to come out twice to do the sinks and each time he was great, highly recommended him and this company. They get the job done and exceed expectations.

Zack, the HVAC guy is excellent at his work and at his customer service. He keeps everything running smooth.Last year we signed up for the yearly maintenance program because we had an emergency issue with a kitchen faucet. They arrived within hours to fix the faucet and waited while I ran to get a replacement faucet and then installed the new one. We were so impressed that we signed up for the yearly maintenance program. Now they check our heating, air conditioning and plumbing every year.

We live in an apartment and got a pretty big hot water leak under our patio. I honestly thought it would be a multiday process but Tony and Slim came by and dug a huge hole and had it all completed before my work day was even over. Very cool and professional dudes. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Brad! He came on time, inspected the unit, showed to me the circuitry and explained to me in layman’s term what the situation is about. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I want to give a big shout out to Matt who worked on our leak which was in the house foundation, after trying to figure out how our plumbing was routed Matt was able to reroute our hot water and get us back to normal. This is my second property working with them and the second rough AC season where they've especially come through for me. I also cannot stress enough how much I appreciate how very attentive they've been to needs of my property owner with regard to the documentation they like to see, which helps a lot in streamlining the approvals. I came home from work to hear water pouring from an old reverse osmosis system- I was in a panic and called Ground Zero who had just been out not 10 days before to put in a new air conditioner. I called another AC company and they came out and blew up some parts. I told them to leave. Called Ground Zero and they were out with in 2 hours. Brian had it trouble shot in 5 minutes and fixed in 45 minutes flat. WOW amazing. Thanks again for being there my AC HEROS.

Ground Zero Air Conditioning has been reliable and responsive. They answer 24/7 and are willing to come out and mark sure you and your family are comfortable in your home. Brad did an excellent job, He was respectfull and kind.He was informative and helped me understand what the issue was, He was thorough and checked to make sure everything was running well before he left. With this heat having AC issue in the summer is very stressful.They are professional and prompt which takes some of the stress out of a hard situtaion.

Mike went above and beyond in replacing our water filtration system. He took the extra time to work with the dealer and made sure we were well informed throughout the installation. His workmanship, knowledge, and customer service were excellent.

So many people came over to look at our leak in our master bathroom. Sawyer was the only one that took his time to get to the bottom of it. Very pleased. 5 stars. If I could give 100 I would.

On Sunday we noticed our main water line under the patio busted and leaked into the ground. The first plumber we called didn't really do much and made excuses. I immediately called Ground Zero and they had Mike in early the next morning. He noticed that the water line was out of code and could not find the leak. Two hours later, he showed up with the leak specialist and we came up with a plan. They found the leak and Mike promised to come back as soon as possible. I was glad to speak the dispatcher who made special accommodations to have Mike out today. Both Mike and his co-worker Scotty MANUALLY DUG A TRENCH IN A HAIL STORM to route a new line in the house! Not once did they complain. I'd give six stars but the are only five to choose from. Every level of customer service from the office staff, scheduling, management, and the guys in the field were absolutley outstanding!!!

I contacted Ground Zero at 5:30pm on Sunday March 29th. I had an issue at one of my rental properties and I was unable to get there today. The work was completed EXCEPTIONALLY at 7:30pm (2 hours).My plumber was Chet. He was on-time, professional, fairly priced and clean.Ground Zero will be my #1 contact for future plumbing issues.

Mike showed up on a Sunday in 20 minutes. Fixed the problem and gave us great options that GROUND ZERO will be able to help. This is an outstanding person and extremely pleased with the service. We signed a yearly contract.

Honest and prompt service! I had what I thought was a leak under the travertine in my kitchen. Within 10 minutes of the appointment, they found that I had no leak but that the (freon) pipe from the AC on the side of my house, under the house to the the control unit in the attack. The freon in the pipe cools the parts of the floor it's under. WOW! I was so nervous about the possibilities that I forgot to ask them the second question about the other problem I had with low water pressure. Over the phone, they gave me advice that turned out to be spot on; my water softener was the problem. Excellent!

Shane was awesome at diagnosing and repairing our sump pump. I have had him service our HVAC and other plumbing needs and he is a first rate professional. I highly recommend Shane and Ground Zero to anyone with Plumbing and A/C needs.Also, I just had Frank and Mike in to install a new HVAC. They came out to service my AC found a potential issue. told me what the repercussion would be if not acted upon soon. this enabled me to make an intelligent decision. I had them replaced the potential defective part. They completed the work in a very short period of time without ranking me over hot coal when it came time to settle up. After having a bit of a hiccup in customer service I was contacted by the owner of Ground Zero Plumbing and was given a fantastic experience with a quick solution. They want above and beyond and for that I am giving them 5 stars.

I was working with Ground Zero in getting my house repair after the leak they fixed for me in my bathroom. So happens that the founds from my insurance company that needed to go through my mortgage company so they can get pay to start the repairs took to long, so today I was told that they were too busy to do my repairs and to find someone else to do the work. What gets me is that I informed them of what was going on with the money for the work and I was told it’s old. Two weeks ago I contacted them to let them know that I had the check from the mortgage company so they can start the work, and I also told them that I had talked to the insurance company about the extra repair and that they just needed to submit the documentation to my adjuster so that founds can be also look at. Today I’ll contact them to see if they had scheduled me to start the work and if the new paperwork was submitted to the insurance, and basically I was told that they were to busy to repair my home , and I needed to find someone else. If I would’ve not called them I’ll still be waiting for them. Now I have to do all again, cancel the mortgage check for the and get a new check for whoever I found to do the work. “Nice customer care Ground Zero”. I guess outside out of mind. Thank you.

We were having some issues with our heating. Derek came out and was very professional and thorough in explaining what the issues were. We have not have any issues since then. I highly recommend Ground Zero for AC, electrical and even plumbing issues that we have had! Great service! Very responsive!

Brad H. notified me via test msg that he was on his way. Shortly after Brad arrived he identified a bad transformer in the heat pump air handler unit. Upon replacement of the transformer and adding a fuse in the path the head pump system came on immediately. Brad performed system verifications with my involvement. We were 100% satisfied with the work performed by Brad. Look forward to follow up AC and plumbing inspections by Ground Zero.

After my home warranty failed me miserably I scrambled to find a plumber at 4 PM on a Saturday. I called a few 24 hour companies who were already booked for the rest of the day before finding GroundZero. The young lady who answered me was kind and made me feel at ease. She couldn't promise anything but said let me call you back in 5 to 10 to see what we can work out. She called me back in record time and got my service scheduled. I received email confirmation and my receipt and invoice also by email. I appreciate beyond words that Ground Zero was there not only to ease my frustration and to clear my drains. Thank you soooo much!

I have had different plumbers come to my house over the years and never could find one I could truly rely on. That all changed with Ground Zero. Mike is the plumber who has come to my house several times for different issues. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable (including friendly with the dogs) but he is competent as well. He is not only able to fix the problems, but he provides great suggestions on how to stop it from happening again in the future. I had a time when things were adequately repaired, but not exactly as I wanted. Ground Zero sent Mike back without batting an eye to fix it exactly how I wanted it.I strongly recommend Ground Zero for plumbing issues simple and complex.

I live in a apartment complex in Gilbert. We had a new system installed in our apartment. Cody was very professional and punctual and answered all our questions. The new AC runs perfectly and is very energy efficient and quiet. He even installed a new programable thermostat. I would defiantly recommend Ground Zero Plumbing & AC for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

We ordered a new fridge to be delivered today. Our old fridge didn't use the water inlet/valve, so we thought we would clean it up a bit before the delivery. However, once we touched it, the knob came off and water was spewing everywhere. We shut off the main water valve to the house. We tried to see if it was something we could fix ourselves, but didn't think it would be done before our delivery. We called the company that has done some work for us before, but they weren't able to have anyone come today. We found Ground Zero online and gave them a call. They were so kind and willing to rearrange their workers' schedule to help us, since our water was off to the house and our delivery was on the way. I called at about 730a and they had a technician (Scott Overstreet) at our house by 815. Scott was professional and able to get it fixed in about an hour. We are so thankful for their service and help to get the job done. We highly recommend Ground Zero and will definitely give them a call if we have any other issues in the future.

Phil and Al went above and beyond. Expertly performed requested jobs and made an adjustment to my water heater that wasn't part of the original job order when I mentioned an issue with it. Terrific service and terrific people. I couldn't be more pleased.

Had an issue with a tankless water heater that was a manufacture defect. Ground Zero want above and beyond to take care of the issue and convince the manufacture to cover the repair. Ground Zero easily have the best customer service I've encountered in Arizona.

We had an emergency and our drain line was clogged so we called and Kara answered the phone. She was very friendly, answered all of our questions, was very informative and told us our technicians name was Anthony and he would be contacting us shortly. This was around 7:30 pm as we needed a 24hr service company and this was the fourth one we had called. I got a text within 15 minutes stating they would be here between 8:00-10:00 pm. Anthony called around 8:30 to get some additional information and he was here at 9:00 pm. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. He informed us of everything he did to resolve the issue and we could not be more pleased with their customer service. We would highly recommend Ground Zero and would do business again with them.

We made the appointment got a same-day estimate from Jon For our job! He was professional on time took his time with us explained everything and gave us a fair price. Soon after that I had a call from the office manager Steven to set up the appointment for Saturday morning. The guys showed up on time first thing in the morning and worked all day, they were professional clean I worked very hard to figure out how did best work on our issue. They cleaned up after themselves from the job was done they came back the next day on Sunday first thing in the morning to make sure everything was working fine. I had a water heater leaking and no hot water in our home. Ground Zero came out quickly same day! The price was fair and our tech was very professional. I would recommend Ground Zero to anyone!

Guy was supposed to show between 8-4, shows at 3:30, I go out and come back and he’s still in my place at 9pm. I go to a friend’s house for a bit and he’s still there until 11pm!!! I go back and have to sleep with no AC on. He comes back the next day and says it’s good. 2 hours later, major leaking. Learned that the guy quit a few days later. We get put up in a condo for a week and the company doesn’t show for several days. Then different guys come each time, and it’s still leaking. They installed the new AC unit on 7/28 and today, 8/22, it’s still leaking. Several visits and looks and said its “good.” Finally having another AC company look at it tomorrow……

Jake and Josh came out to install a new AC unit for me right away on Monday, after it went out over the weekend. They were friendly, empathetic and as usual, super fast! They had the unit and crane arranged immediately and it was up and running by lunch time! Nathan had been out last week as well. He recharged the unit and he replaced the motor fan at 8pm because that was the soonest he could get to me!This team of technicians is incredible. I will only call Ground Zero for my plumbing and cooling needs!

Frank came out today to replace our AC unit and repair some things inside the walls. He was on time, professional, explained in layman's terms what he was doing and overall was great to work with. I definitely would recommend him and his crew for AC needs. He did the job in less time than I expected and him and his crew were very courteous of our home and belongings. He even cleaned up after himself from the drywall dust and other debris.

Had a great experience. Brad came out this afternoon, barely an hour after I called for service, and did a great job. Heater is running great, and I signed up for the membership which is a really good deal. We didn't have a good HVAC company before today, and we will be using Ground Zero going forward.

Repaired my unit in May and June. Called back because I had the same issue that was repaired in May and June which was under warranty. Spoke to John who told me that there would be no charge because of the warranty. Charged me again for work that was under warranty, while trying to sell me another unit at the same time, with a warranty. Spoke to John trying to get an explanation And he told me he’d contact me prior to leaving for the day then left without a call or email to finalize the results of his findings. Pushed off on his service manager. Would not do business with them again and would not recommend them either as the warranty and service is not worth the paper it is written on. Can’t talk about anyone else’s situation or experience just mine. Unfortunately is not a professional company on my opinion. When I paid professional prices for a service. Plenty of other companies to work with when it comes to AC in the valley chose one of them. If you use this one just hope you don’t have a problem with the work because they will not stand by their service once the money is paid.

I had two other AC companies come over and try to fix the problem. They wanted to charge me large sums of money to take apart the systems. They could not fix it. Ground zero came over was able to accurately diagnos the problem and make the fix.

Ground Zero continues to do a great job for us. As a maintenace customer, they recentally called us to schedule a heating and AC check. Thomas the Technician came out and checked everything and made some suggestions that made sense for us to do. He did an excellent job completing the work quickly and cost effectively. Having a contract with Ground Zero is well worth the cost. We highly recommend them whether you decide to contract or use them for a one time repair.

i wake up 12 am in the morning with a water sound go down stairs and find the whole lower level flooded.l call Ground Zero and with in 1 hour or so the plumber and their restoration team were here taking care of my huge problem. i found them on google. i called 3 other companies before Ground Zero and no one even answered there phones at 12 AM. Having moved into a new house this summer, we've had Ground Zero out a few times. This is a wonderful company. When you call, someone actually answers the phone, regardless of the time of day or night. Scheduling is easy and communication about arrival time and who will be coming is efficient and timely. We've gotten great service from Chet Schmidt, Phil Mordh, Michael Brock, Logan Jolley, and Eric Provencio. In particular, Chet has done great work for us several times.

Had my first New home break down when the garbage disposal decided to get jammed up. Ground Zero was initially my first choice because of the great reviews and the 24/7 customer service availability. Had Tyler W. scheduled to come out this morning after giving them a call last night. He was very professional and courteous. I felt embarrassed over how simple it was to fix (and really something I probably could have done myself). Still he didn't talk down to me or act annoyed but rather took the time to explain what happened, why it happened, and how I could fix it in the future. I Even noted an issue with one of my outlets in the kitchen and he immediately got on the phone to call in a peer to fix that. While that ended up being a non issue and we cancelled the 2nd order, he still took the time to help get all of my needs met.With Customer service and technicians like this at Ground Zero, I will surely continue to use them for all my needs as long as they continue this quality of service.

Ground Zero is literally the most amazing AC/Plumbing company I have ever dealt with, and over the course of the years during the summer months I have had to deal with a lot of different companies. This is the first time I called Ground Zero, and they had no issues scheduling me an appointment for the same day and coming out when I had an emergency which my AC dripping and flooding in my attic. Zac (the technician) came in and went right up to the attic and diagnosed the problem. He had everything he needed to start the job and get to work. It was the end of his shift; we were his last call of the day and he stayed until the entire job was complete which ended around 10pm that night. He not only fixed what was wrong, he went over and beyond and stayed late to make sure it was all completed, and everything was done and working prior to him leaving. He cleaned up everything not leaving any mess or parts behind. He double checked all his work to make sure he was not missing anything before he left making sure everything was working and completely fixed. Zac even text me the next day personally to make sure everything was working throughout the night! I highly recommend Ground Zero and their technicians. They make you feel like family and they get the job done the right way the first time!

Great company to work with. We had 3 new ac units installed. Did the whole job the same day for all 3 Trane units. Brian and Fred were amazing to work with. The Trane variable speed units cool so amazing. The dispatcher even emails you before they come with pictures of the person coming to your home. Editing my review because Ground Zero returned to install some vents for my HVAC. The HOA president texted me about a big mess of dry wall dust and debris outside my door and in the stairwell. I had to sweep and vacuum to avoid a fine. Also, the tech didn't wear a face mask (neither did the previous tech). AZ has 3,000 covid-19 cases as of now. We are at the height of the pandemic so why no mask? Despite these two egregious issues, I gave 2 stars because the work itself is of good quality and the tech was very nice.My prior review:Dean was very professional and patient with my need to have new AC pass-thru vents installed in my condo. He wore gloves and protective covers for his shoes. I booked a f/u visit from their installation guy so I will definitely be doing business with them!

We bought a house and realized that we may need new toilets, called Ground Zero and literally had Dominic at the house the same day. He saved us money by recommending that we rebuild the insides of the toilets rather than replace the toilets themselves. His work was fast and painless for us. I used them for a plumbing and HVAC inspection during escrow. I then used them to make a couple of minor repairs (jet clean the drain line, unclog AC drain line, replace rusted AC drain pan). All of the staff that I worked with were very knowledgeable and respectful; Dan and Chris helped me out with the drain and provided additional information for any future issues. The HVAC technician (whose name I have forgotten) also installed a float switch which will help mitigate future drain clog issues from snowballing.

Austin (plumbing)was great! We had them come out to do a whole house plumbing evaluation. He took his time talking to us about everything he was doing and explaining in detail what he was doing and why. HE explained items that is need of repair or will need to be soon. Had no heat on the coldest night of the year. Called a friend for a referral the following morning and he gave me these guys. 1 1/2 hrs later the GM shows up, due to being shorthanded that day and takes care of the problem in no time. Our unit is aging so I asked his opinion of replacing it before summer and after a brief inspection, he told me as long as I keep on top of my annual service, no need to replace it until major problems arise . Good to find a AC/Plumber with intrgrety. Never have posted a review before, but had to spread the good word about these guys.

AC Was totally down. Brian came out and explained all my options to me and set up an amazing financing deal That fit my needs with a 10 year labor warranty too. The Very next day Kyle and Josh installed my brand new Trane a.c. system.They truly went the extra mile to check everything. Carter was supposed to be here between 9:30 and 10. He got here at 10:09. That is the first time in 6 weeks any plumber or any restoration person has been to this house relatively on time. He's Young! But he knows what he's doing. And he went out of his way and put the dryer up on the blocks the Restoration company was supposed to do and didn't. He is definitely an asset to this company. He's new to the company, and did not have copper pieces in his truck that he needed, so he had to go to the store. That took some time. He left at 12:48. I will definitely call Ground Zero in the future for plumbing needs. It is a huge, big deal when people are on time and these companies need to realize that.

My husband, aka Tim the Toolman Taylor, attempted to fix a leaky shower head and the result of that was breaking the handle and cracking the pipe. This was his 3rd attempt at doing his DIY home repair and failing. We had to shut the water off as any use of it in the entire house turned the leak into a lovely water spout. Nathan showed up a few hours later, reassuring me I wasn't going to be paying thousands of dollars, the hole in the wall was a clean cut, and I'm pretty sure he cleaned my bathroom because the shower appeared to be glowing when he left (ok, maybe I'm exaggerating but it really did look cleaner). Scott came out to my residence to replace a leaking water heater change the cartridge on my bathroom sink faucet. Scott was punctual and answered my questions with confidence. I found out that he was trained in HVAC as well as plumbing which in my opinion is hard to cross train but he obviously had some great training by the company. We now have hot water and brand new water heater. I would recommend this company to anyone who ever needs Plumbing or HVAC--I am basing the HVAC experience off of the great plumbing experience i had with a cross trained tech.

Mike & Brian Jr showed up right on time, were friendly and professional and got right to work. Installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater for exactly the price that was quoted even though they had to do some extra work on the exhaust flu because the new water heater I purchased separately had a different top than the old heater. After completing the work, they made sure I tested that I was getting hot water, then they cleaned up the area and gave a brief explanation of the unit's operation (even though I didn't buy it from them). Very highly recommended. I will call on them the next time I need a plumber. $375 which included new fittings and ball valve.

Logan worked diligently to clear our kitchen sink drain. We thought he got it, but it backed up again. This has been a recurring problem and was in no way Logan's fault. He had an associate, Joseph, come to assist him. They both worked very hard until nearly 10pm when they finally got the clog to clear, which was under the building in the main line. These two were awesome, and are a tremendous asset to your business!

Chet was amazing!!! I loved how I called on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, and he was out first thing Sunday morning. They gave a window of 8-10am and we received a text message with his name, details about him, and that he was on his way. Best part was the text had a picture, so I knew when he showed up that he was who was supposed to be at our house. He came in with a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings on. Went upstairs with my husband and reviewed the issue, gave us an overview and then recommended the program they have on file. After my husband said he would need to explain to me, he patiently re-explained everything in detail to me. He then got to work and fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Several months ago your techs came and put a complete AC system in my unit, there was a BTU challenge, that means my new unit was drawing to much air causing the condensation to be blown thru the air vents. Michael my Hispanic friend, as he became thru the time of installation, and his leadman, Brad worked on resolving the issue, thru there great attitude and commitment of what I say is a refreshing and above board Customer service implament that they showed, to ensure that My family and I stayed comfortable during the process got me a temporary in unit Portable AC that kept my place very cool. My point is there concern for our well being and comfort went far beyond what even I expected. They wer polite, personal and professional. Ground zero to me ranks number one in the valley in Customer service, these men wer committed to ensure that. I live in an apartment and our AC wasn’t working right. The apartment sent out Sam and Ryan from Ground Zero and they came out and installed a new AC unit on the roof and pump in the apartment. Both were very professional and their work didn’t impede my own work day. Was a 3hr install as they removed the old system and installed the new one. They were efficient, friendly and cleaned up everything afterward. No complaints here!

Tyler came to my place and was exceedingly professional. His knowledge of plumbing, how the plumbing works at my house with my reverse osmosis water system and soft water system gave me a lot of confidence.He fixed my current issue, suggested some low dollar value fixes I could make that will save me money in the long run, and went beyond my expectations to fix my issues.I vetted Tyler's recommendations with a plumber friend out of state, and my friend was surprised that Tyler made the recommendations...not surprised because I didn't need those services...but authentically surprised that a plumber would think long-term, beyond the current problem and in a way that sets my family up for success in the future.Tyler is genuine. If you call Ground Zero, which you should, then ask that Tyler do your work.

Frank and Sean (hope I used the correct spelling) came by and got my ac done right. They took an extra day to make sure they got me the right parts and did the job correctly ac is up and running and I couldn’t be happier with them. Highly informed and friendly employees. Looks like the majority of these reviews are for the AC Company. Thats good because their plumbing guys while getting the job done, charged well above what should have been charged for the work done! They even charged me $117 for turning off my water when the water had already been shut off the night before! Almost $1000 for less than 2 hours of work! Buyer beware!

From scheduling the appointment to the tech that came to my house it was a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The tech, Zac, that came to my home explained everything he was doing and why. Zac used terminology I understood and didn’t try to up sell me or sell me anything I didn’t absolutely need. Definitely a company with staff you can trust! They will have my business for life!

Mike and Chris came out to repair a leak in a pipe that feeds the shower head. They were on sight in no time, worked efficiently, found and repaired the leak in the pipe. Great service, great guys and highly recommended.

I recently had a tech from Ground Zero come to my house (David) to install a new thermostat. All seemed to be going well, David was informative. When he tested the amps at the thermostat he said one of the wires was giving him reading of 17 amps and it needed 24-27 amps. He said he was getting the 24-27 amps on the roof when he was at the AC unit. He said there would be an additional $100.00 charge, for what I thought was the installation of a new wire or repair of the wire that was there. It turns out he attached to wires together in an effort to get the 24-27 amps. He installed the new thermostat and before he left the thermostat lost power, he tested the amps again inside the house where the thermostat was and it was still giving him 17 amps. He said it was working so it should be fine. I paid to have the thermostat installed and the undefined $100.00 on the receipt for the wire connection. Not 1 week later our thermostat turned off and we were with out heat for a night. Needless to say it was pretty cold and uncomfortable in our house. David came back out a day later to assess the situation. This is when I found out the $100.00 charge wasn’t a repair it was twisting 2 wires together in an effort to get the appropriate amps down to the thermostat inside the house. When I asked David why he installed it and left it with the 17 amps originally he said because it seemed to be working at the time. He went up to the roof a couple more times that day to try and fix it, low and behold another wire stopped working and he had to attach one wire to another so we could get power back to the thermostat. The new thermostat wouldn’t work at all now and we had to install the old one again. If I would have known that the new thermostat required new wires from the thermostat inside the home up to the AC unit I would have never asked David to install the thermostat in the first place. So now I have wires connected to each other that shouldn’t be connected to each other and a thermostat I have to return. On top of that I’m out $289.60 for failed work and now Ground Zero wants to charge me $689.00 to install 2 new wires that don’t work. David apologized profusely and said he would be willing to tell his superiors he made a mistake, he also told me I would be receiving a call from his supervisor the very next day. I never received any communication from anyone at Ground Zero outside of the $689.00 estimate to fix their own mistake. It doesn’t seem right that I already paid them $289.60 for something that didn’t work and appears to have created more of a mess. I haven’t received any communication and that seems like a bad way to operate a business. I understand mistakes happen, but the fact that mistakes were made and nothing has been done to correct the mistakes is bothersome. I’m not sure if I’ll use Ground Zero again, I will reach out to them to see what they plan to do to resolve my complaint. David Kutchi was very nice through the entire situation, but didn’t offer any resolutions outside of paying almost $700.00 to correct his mistakes.

Kyle came to our house because our AC shut off. He had the situation figured out in minutes and everything was up and running again perfectly. Excellent service and so knowledgeable...will never call anyone else!

Mike and Tom just left my home and fixed an irrigation leak, they needed to replace my Pressure Vacuum Breaker. I had a commercial one installed for some reason by a landscaper. Was really not the best option for my system. Mike changed my broken vacuum breaker to one that is best for my home. Was seamless! Both very nice and a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied!

Derek was the best! Ac unit went out and he came and diagnosed it. Just hoping insurance will replace our unit from our equipment breakdown coverage

The Electrician who came out was very knowledgeable. I was not getting a good electrical connection to my water heater. He was able to correct the problem and my water heater has been working for two days now with out any problems

The experience we had with our service provider Nathan was above and beyond. He performed a preventive maintenance on our AC unit and fixed an outside hose that was corotated. Nathan asked the appropriate questions in finding out what our expectations were and in return, let us know, what his findings were during the AC inspection and what needed to be completed for maximum performance. We greatly appreciated Nathan’s, attention to safety/health protocols with all the precautionary measures for distancing; wearing a mask, gloves and protective shoe covers. These guys did an amazing job from the time I put in a quote to complete deployment and delivery . I wanted to replace three toilets with Toto drakes and Devin on service helped me select , priced toilets , put them on will call and got them on schedule same day. Ground zero was the lowest price of my ten quotes and I will certainly use them again for a plumbing problem.

Sam showed up early, fixed our issue and was super chill with my dogs. Would recommend. I would NOT recommend leaking into your downstairs neighbors apartment however. I don't think they like me very much now.

I've used Ground Zero ~4 times now at two different addresses. The technicians have always been prompt and professional. They do great work and are respectful of my home and never leave a mess. I recommend becoming a member of their Hero Club as it's paid for itself more than a few times over. Most recently I had David C. out to replace some valves for the washing machine and it was great as always.

Mike Brock cam over to fix my garbage disposal unit. He was very fast and professional and listed a couple of options I had prior to him fixing it. I say the process took about 20 minutes maybe less and he was able to fix my garbage disposal and it works perfectly now! Great service and excellent workers! Ground Zero never disappoints. We use this company for both our plumbing and HVAC needs. Unfortunately our AC stopped working on a Sunday. We called Ground Zero Monday morning and they were able to complete a service call that same day. We had to purchase a new unit which Frank and Sean installed on Wednesday. They did a great job, communicated throughout the whole process and left things clean and tidy! Highly satisfied with their service and work ethic. So happy to be comfortable again in our home thanks to Ground Zero and their awesome employees!

Called on Sat morning after realizing my AC stopped blowing cold in the night. Didn't reach a machine to leave a message, spoke to an actual person which was nice. I needed my garbage disposal replaced ASAP because I have a roommate who just moved in and had two kids, and we both have pets as well. And so we typically do a lot of dishes. I tried to see if anyone can come in to repair/replace it with a new one, and the company JNC Plumbing wouldn't even come over till next week. I asked for anything today, and they said they were booked. So we called Ground Zero, and you guys have been spot on. Able to come in same day, with a decent price, and reliable. Thank you guys!!!

I can not say enough great things about this company! Our A/C went out and our house got up to 90 degrees. I called Ground Zero and Kara could not have been any more professional and kind if she tried! Our main sewer line was clogged with tree roots. I was able to get someone from Ground Zero out the same day to take care of it. Carter arrived at the time agreed. Tyler W. came to our house when our hot water heater kept tripping the breaker. He inspected our system and patiently explained his assessment and his reasoning of the need of a new unit. I felt he was trying to take care of us as opposed to just trying to sell me a water heater. He came out the very next day to do the replacement and again walked me through everything he was going to do. I greatly appreciate Tyler's work and how presented information. Ground Zero once again blew away the competition with their price on same unit. The service was on time and on point. I use them and recommend them to all my friends and Real Estate Clients for any Hvac. And Plumbing repairs and replacements.

I recently had my house's air conditioning system replaced by Ground Zero, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with their service. The project was marred by poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the technician assigned to the job.One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of effective communication from the Ground Zero team, the technician's constant interruptions for phone calls became increasingly disruptive. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient process, but unfortunately, that was not the case with this particular service. Add 100°F to the equation and the fact that a 3 hour job became a 9 hour wait for the job to be completed and that’s obviously a super painful process.

Scott Overstreet is absolutely incredible... super professional and did a fantastic job. Him and his team did amazing work and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scott, I truthfully appreciate people like you!!

I've had plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work done at my home and this company is second to none. I signed up on their Hero Club program which saved me lots of money and will in the future. All of the tech's that have done work at my home have been courteous and helpful during stressful times. The girls that answer the phones are always polite and get me scheduled quickly for the emergency work that I've had. Five star experience all the way with the installation of a new AC unit from Ground Zero. Owner, Brian came out to quote the job and Kyle and Scott did the install work a few days later. I was walked through the entire process, having all of my questions answered. After the install, Brian returned to check on the quality of the work and to make sure everything met his standards. The crew did an excellent job and no further work was necessary. Also received a call a few days later from manager Dave, to make sure that everything was working properly and and if I had any additional questions. The entire process from quote to final install was excellent, with a level of customer service that made me feel confident and informed. The price was also much better than the other contractors who came out to bid on the job. I highly recommend Ground Zero and will confidently use them again for my home repair needs in the future.

I can’t remember my technician’s name (sorry!) but he came out within hours of my request, fixed one of our two issues immediately and gave me good advice on our leaking sink. This was the second company we had out for the same issue and I was pleased with the promptness, honesty, and fair rates. As with most plumbing companies, they charge a service call fee that can be credited towards your service that day.

Mike came in to help us with a clogged shower drain. He was very quick anf efficient. The company is very affordable. We are new homeowners and our house is older. He answered lots of questions I had regarding our faucets and water heater. He gave us options and costs for future work and lots of valuable info he in no way had to give us. Called on a Saturday afternoon for issues with our main furnace and got scheduled for Sunday morning which was great. David K came out and actually had an opening earlier than scheduled and worked on our system. He let us know what the issues were and explained all of his recommendations. Didn't feel pressured to buy or replace anything. My A/C was under warrenty from another company so no repairs made but I signed up for their Hero Club Routine service 2 times per year. Michael Dozal did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the error code 11 could not be duplicated. Michael was very through and gave me instructions on data to record if the issue re-occurs. His professionalism would have been a 5 Star Plus rating!

AC was done in the middle of night and called ground zero at 6:30 in the morning. Brian came out and fixed at 9:00 am. Very happy about the service. Highly recommended!

My experience with Ground Zero was nothing but great. I interacted with a bunch of their employees during the process of getting my new AC unit installed, all of which seemed knowledgeable and friendly, including the people who made my appointments over the phone.Junior sold me the unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the process and how everything worked in a way that was clear and helpful. Cesar and his crew came to do the install and some additional plumbing work. All of them were hard-working and good-spirited even with my attic being extremely small and difficult to work with. Since it was such a tight space, they had to remove the trim around my attic entrance, and Phil came to fix it. He was quick and the whole area looks great. Brad and Dean came out to do a quality check after everything was finished. They were friendly and kind, and I've had no problems so far. Every one of them was nice, professional, and cleaned up as they went, which I really appreciated.Although the true test will be summertime, the new unit is working nicely and seems much quieter and more efficient than my previous one. I would definitely recommend Ground Zero.

I called Ground Zero and they had a service technician out at my home within an hour. My heater stopped working and we needed it operational for my little ones.Paul L. arrived and got right to it. Brian's team did some work recently for my son in connection with an insurance claim. They found a collapsed sewer pipe under the bedroom concrete floor. When they got into the project they placed new pipe from the kitchen drain and the laundry room drain all the way to the master bedroom drain. They completed the entire project in a very timely manner; Brian's workman cleaned the room thoroughly; his price was fair. WOW - I didn't think professional plumbers existed anymore. They are the best! In fact, we are planning on using him for a remodel project in the near future.

I| have been fighting with my apartment complex for three years regarding a drain line that keeps clogging with roots. Obviously the line had been breached, but the other two companies they sent out just unclogged it. Finally they called ground zero who sent Mike and a helper. Not only was Mike professional and knowledgable, but found the leak to be under the concrete in our bedroom. Next came Scott and Thomas. They were pleasant, understanding and incredibly hard working. They had to jackhammer through our bedroom, replaced the broken pipe, refilled the hole and cement, all the time being very aware of trying to disturb us as least as possible. What a couple of great guys. I have been in construction and property management for 40 years and have yet to find a more responsible, efficient and trustworthy company. These three men are an excellent reflection on this company. I would highly recommend Ground Zero to anyone.

Everyone I have worked with at Ground Zero is amazing! Jerry is quick to answer and get solutions for you. Michael and Rosario are super friendly and fast too. These poor guys did a huge project for me, but did it so smoothly and seamlessly. Our AC and Heat are perfect now! Once my husband called on a Sunday morning when we discovered a big leak on the side of our rental house, Ground Zero was there within minutes to turn off the water and had it repaired in no time at all. Our tenants weren't without water for long and they did the job the way it should have been done by the previous owners. I can't remember the name of the plumber who did the work, but they were very professional and courteous.

This company exceeded our expectations! I Googled A/C companies in my area...and you can imagine the inifinite amount that popped up. The reason I selected Ground Zero was because they were a family owned business and their reviews were stellar! I called at 4:30pm on a Monday. I was given a 10-12pm arrival on Tuesday. Tara, the receptionist, was very professional, helpful and detailed. Carlos arrived at 10:45am on Tuesday. He was professional and knowledgable. He advise me what the situation was, had a professional proposal with detailed information and I felt extremely comfortable with him proceeding with the work. Not only did he do the work in a timely and tidy manner...he made sure I was aware of everything happening. The proposal was AS ADVERTISED once the work was completed. I even signed up for the Hero Club because it saved me money right there, was a superb deal for future HVAC preventive (and possibly future issue costs) PLUS plumbing came with it. An all around stress-free and total professional occurence. I highly recommend this company!

Mike B and Brian Jr. came by to fix my leaky Moen touch less faucet. They were direct and honest and made me feel very comfortable to recommend them. They were honest about costs, even when it was more than I hoped it would be (isn't it always as though....I tend to google to get ideas of pricing and lock onto the one super low ball price that isn't realistic so just needed to add this to be fair to what I said about it being more than I hoped). I would recommend then again and will use them next time that I need plumbing services.

Chet was the technician that helped us, in what was an unexpected valve replacement in our kitchen. We purchased a new dishwasher unaware that their was a potential disaster awaiting us. The Dishwasher/Appliance tech strongly suggested that the valves were changed. We called Ground Zero, I am assuming they had someone in the area available, as they were at our home within 30 minutes. Chet was our plumber from Ground Zero, he assessed the situation explained what was wrong with the valves and was able to make the repair on the spot. Thank you Ground Zero, Brad, Fred and Brian put their heads together as I had some electrical problems leftover from the installation last year but they came out and fixed everything perfectly with no issues and when it came to the Warranty...the repairs were covered with NO questions asked. This is one company that you can absolutely TRUST, unfortunately this is hard to find these days, but you can believe in these wonderful people and put your trust in them. It took about 4 minutes for the guys to find the loop, open a valve, and get water running again. ...I Literally turned in my man-card and they (rightfully so) piled on the jokes. I cannot thank Brian, Tyler and Kyle for all the hard work and the level of attention to detail was unmatched from what I have experienced from other local competition.Brian arrived on time, had all available options and kept things honest. I had contractors from other companies come over after all the research I had previously conducted on my own and only 2 out of 7 interviewed really knew what a Variable speed 18 SEER HVAC system meant and its associated benefits. My wife and I did a lot of work and this was not a cheap item to buy, but we plan to be around in the home for the long-term, and Brian was able to discuss all the things that are needed for that entire re-install.Why the Trane Variable Speed (XV18) 18 SEER unit? Cost savings in the dead of summer, ease of troubleshooting, 700 speeds and how quiet it runs near by (55dB), our math with a warranty shows we will save at a bare minimum of $247 dollars a month, from an old, POS Goodman 10s unit that was never addressed before we purchased this home. Our entire home system has been redone.The new furnace (XC80), the re-routing of all pertinent duct-work upstairs, Plenum expansion; Tyler and Kyle did quite the job and work that exceeded my expectations. Very well done, clean. They vacuumed up a load of old dryer lint that was originally designed to dump freely in the attic (Not my design!), re-routed all existing duct work the way it needed. I'm paying a lot of money here, they knew it, and made this system fit and work appropriately for my home, and my home only. This is not some standard Lowe's design or Joe AC 2.3 miles away from your location on Google. I paid a little bit more and got exactly what I asked for. Win.Thank you all for leaving my home without a trace. You all now have my next job installing a tankless hot water-heater and home water softener. I live at Arrive Fountain Hills and the heating in the unit has never worked. It always short cycled and blew room temp air, not ever warm. Maintenance finally identified the heating coil was broken and brought Brad from Ground Zero Plumbing and AC into fix it. Brad was on time this morning with the correct part and I finally have heat in our unit. LOVE IT!!! Brad did a great job even though he was not feeling his best. I would absolutely recommend Brad and this company to anyone looking for an honest and qualified repairman.

Working with Ground Zero was such a relieving experience. When it came to replacing my AC I was so afraid of being ripped off. I contacted several companies for quotes and they were the best pice by far plus offered financing options. Jerry came out and did a detailed walk with me outlining what needed to be done and provided a quote that same day. Install was done the following day by Fred who was awesome too! Left my home in pristine condition and was very thorough. Jerry even followed up after the work was done to make sure everything went well. After calling multiple pluming companies and not one returning my call with an emergency plumbing issue I called Ground Zero highly upset because of previous companies (not their fault) as soon as I told them my plumbing issue they came right to my rescue!! I installed a new sink faucet with my father-in-law but we didn't have the right size of basin wrench to tighten it snugly to the counter. Also, the pull-out spray nozzle wasn't extending or retracting smoothly. Mike P. came and fixed everything despite a very small access space under the sink. Efficient and thorough, he fixed everything fairly quickly and taught me a few things along the way in case I decide to do any more DIY plumbing. It was a bit more expensive than I was expecting (I would have given a 4.5 star rating for that reason, but not a 4), but I like the idea of their member program with the annual checkup, etc., which sounds like a pretty good subscription model. The only concern I had was the high mark up of their water heater. I chose to have Home Depot Rheem delivered at 1/3 their cost. They called when on the way. did a great job. + you know what ... pleasurable. It took almost 3 hours to install. I had to help plumber put heater onto its pedestal it was so heavy.. Called Ground Zero for a plumbing leak in my garage. It ends up to be a underground slab leak. They pull my water heater and reroute the pipe through my attic so it is not under the floor anymore. Not only were they on time but they were early. They explained to me everything that was going to be done. He was able to send someone out to my house same day. The service tech resolved my issues and recommended things to keep an eye on based on the condition and age of my unit. Overall I am pleased with my experience with this company, from the great communication initially with Dwayne followed by the comfortability of talking with the service tech Ken and not feeling pressured into purchasing anything.

Mike and Cody came out to replace a broken pipe which hendered me from using my kitchen sink. Let me say they both did an amazing job. Once the pipe replacement was complete, they made efforts to notify my neighbor to ensure they were not experiencing any leakage; however, they were not available. A nice size cut was made into the wall in order to access the pipe, and they cleaned the area prior to leaving!! Job well done!!

Brad was fantastic, friendly...spotted the problem right away when another company said we'd have to replace the entire A/C unit...Brad did the job to perfection in 45 minutes...btw he took care to clean up and left the area spotless!

Chris went above and beyond on fixing a really difficult to fix pipe leak in my house. He powered through a tight hard to reach space with several frustrating setbacks and was able to resolve a nightmare situation for me.

I e been with out AC for 4 days. My apartment has been trying to get these guys to come and fix it. They were supposed to have showed up today around 3pm. No show, I went to the management and they called them. “Oh they are a little behind so it will be 45 mins before they get there.” An hour goes by. I see one of their vehicles come into our parking lot and as I go outside to meet them, they turned around and left. Haven’t seen them since. I called their office, it’s closed. So I called their emergency line. I told the lady that they were supposed to be here around 3 and then we were told 45 mins longer, ( it’s 530pm at this time.) she said she can’t discuss anything unless it’s the apartment management. Seriously guys. I get it, you guys are really busy during the summer but I canceled everything today so I can be here when you show up. It’s 115 outside and more than likely a little over 100 inside. Such a poor excuse for a company.

The installation professionals were very intent on getting the job done fast and efficiently to the best standards available. The concern for getting the job done was evident in the expedient, rapid entry into the house and setup to get started on the job of removing old equipment and placing new equipment. The end result was a fully functional brand new unit and ductwork.

We had our 2nd Floor flooded by our toddler. The damage was awful. Ground Zero was so responsive, professional in every manner and they even took the time to talk me through everything and what they were doing at the 12am hour. They had done such a thorough job and even took our son's asthma into consideration and provided an air purifier in his room. They had worn masks at all times, gloves, and even shoe covers. So professional and clean work. Carpet was ruined and baseboards and walls and they were so careful in handling everything. The mitigation process was less painful because of them and even though we were displaced we didn't feel that bad. Phil Mordh and his partners were so professional, careful, considerate, and even trained me on my breakers for the house. The Demo and repair process was so great - considering. I initially contacted Ground Zero via an Angie's List special to perform a Water Heater Flush and whole house plumbing inspection for a very reasonable price.Mike arrived on time for the appointment. He handed me a few marketing items, (a magnet with the company's contact info, and a brochure,) then went to work on flushing the water heater, and performing the inspection.On the inspection sheet he noted several things which I was already aware of, as well as several things I was not. I let Mike know that my budget wouldn't allow me to do all the repairs.Mike's low pressure approach and his very high enthusiasm for the company put my mind at ease, because High Pressure Sales Tactics are very distasteful to me. His assured demeanour and confidence in the company and the Hero Club program worked.A very short time later, I discovered a slow leak in my Master Bathroom coming from the tank of the toilet. I called Gound Zero. They sent Mike. I signed up for the Hero Club, got a deep discount on the cost to replace the toilet (which was the only way to resolve this leak) and was still able to get to work on time.Thank you Mike and Ground Zero!It's nice to know I have a reliable resource to handle plumbing issues at my older home. I know I'm going to use their services again when I get a Water Pressure Regulator installed (that's been on my ToDo list for Years!)=======================================================8/30/18Well...10 yo Water Heater finally gave out. It started pushing rust infused fluid out the top so I had Mike back out to inspect with the hope he could repair it.But when a water heater doesn't want to live anymore...there's not much to be done about it. It was not repairable.These things never happen at a convenient time, and my budget just couldn't cope with the full cost of having GZ replace the heater.But rather than allow me to shoot myself in the foot, Mike gave me other options. He offered to drain & disconnect the heater (that was still under manufacturer warranty) so I could return it to the store and get a new one, and then install the new one for me for a greatly reduced out of pocket cost. This is the plan. I have obtained the new heater and tomorrow Mike comes back to connect it.I couldn't be happier that Mike was able to offer this option. I live in an apartment complex who is not prompt nor very responsive when it comes to fixing issues after hours. But when I arrived home from work today both of my kitchen sinks were completely flooded as well as my drain for my washer. I called maintenance and of course they wanted me to wait until morning but I insisted it was urgent (clearly). They told me a plumber was on their way. Chris showed up in about 30 mins and completely fixed the issue. He cleared the clog as well as installing new plumbing under the sink that was damaged as a result from the clog. He was courteous, professional, respectful, and efficient. I appreciate the effort from Chris. Especially at 9:30 p.m. memorial weekend.

Brad is awesome! Our apartment unit a/c stopped working at bedtime, in May, with a toddler and newborn. After talking with our maintenance they called this company around 9pm. Brad showed up within the hour. He is very professional and friendly. He was even friendly with our dog and gave her lots of pets. He let us know what he was doing during the process, got up on the roof and resolved the issue for the night. He let us know he would tell the apt maintenance what he wanted them to do next in the morning but it will start to cool down and stay cool till the rest gets taken care of. Whatever he did to fix it my husband and I are very grateful for, especially since all this happened in the middle of night.

What a terrific company. First of all I was in a jam, but they were able to come out to me on the same day. Their pricing was very fair and that was with my being essentially in an emergency and without water, not really having the option to shop the price around. The plumber was personable and a straight forward person. I have had a lot of work done in my home over the years, and this was one of the better experiences I have had. I know who I will call in the future when I have an issue.

I would highly recommend Ground Zero Plumbing & AC. I had an occurrence with my air conditioning unit (specifically my secondary AC pan needed to be replaced). Nonetheless I called Ground Zero Plumbing & AC, the representative was extremely kind, sincere and genuine and responded to my service request with urgency and care. That same day, I spoke to another representative on the phone who assured me everything would be fine and provided me the peace of mind knowing it would while communicating next steps. They sent out a technician who identified the root cause and mitigated the issue until they could fulfill the overall request (order a new AC pan). In the interim, the front service representatives stayed in contact and provided me with brief updates on the order status and equipment. After a few days the service technician came back out and fulfilled the request and the issue is resolved. The customer service from Ground Zero Plumbing & AC was remarkable and both technicians shared a breadth of that was not only indispensable but impressive. Ground Zero was extremely helpful with everything I needed. Their technician Mike Dozal was extremely friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I will definitely use Ground Zero again in the future.I’ve now been helped twice by Ground Zero, both plumbing and AC. And both times I’ve been met by professional and knowledgeable technicians. Most recently I was helped by Derek Franke, who was able to solve my AC issue quickly and correctly. I have no doubt I’ll be using GZ for the foreseeable future with AC and plumbing needs.

Had someone come out initially and he tried to tell me what was wrong with my hot water heater. Bought the part off amazon called them back to install the part and the 2nd tech tells me that isn’t the issue so I bought the part for no reason. Now they tell me I gotta flush my water heater so I schedule an appointment to do that. Keep in mind the company knows all this time I have no hot water and every tech they’ve sent out has been a complete dunce. Company calls me in the morning of the appointment and asks me to reschedule because they have another big job (talk about customer service). I said no cause it’s my damn hot water and they say okay but will be a little late to the appointment which was fine. They call me 10 mins prior to my appointment and say they had a lot of techs call out and can’t make it (the appointment was between 4-6 and you’re just finding that out???). Don’t walk away from this company.. RUN!!! And btw one of the techs told me that they just make up their prices if they aren’t on the iPad they use to price something out. They were super expensive and I paid them $75 to tell me the wrong thing was the problem and bought another $50 part off amazon for no reason

Dominic did a fantadtic job pinpointing what was leaking through ny ceiling from the upstaurs restroom. He made sure to set up mats and plastic around the area to cut off drywall that was water damaged as well. On top of that, the guy even cleaned after himself, not just a quick sweep either! He made it look like he wasn't even here. Easy to talk to and was personable yet professional. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of service.

I rarely post a review about a service company but had such a great experience I felt the world should know. My son's water heater stopped working and his fiance had a photoshoot the next day! She needed hot water so we were scrambling for an alternate place for her to get ready. Fortunately Ground Zero sent Dominic out right away and he was able to swap it out and at a very reasonable price. Dominic is very thorough and answered all of my questions, even though I'm sure I was annoying him. I live in an apartment and I reported to the front desk 2 weeks ago that the faucet in the shower wouldn't stop dripping. The maintenance guy showed up finally, but couldn't fix the issue. The apartment management retained Ground Zero Plumbing to check my air handler. They discovered it was not only faulty but had initially been installed backwards. They worked quickly and efficiently. I will be suggesting to management they continue using Ground Zero Plumbing for all their major plumbing repairs. So about 3 days ago, our AC system stopped working in our apartment. After speaking with our complex's maintenance, we were told that Ground Zero would be out to fix the issue between 1-3pm.Like most folks, I thought it would be closer to the 3pm time than the 1pm time, but to my amazement, at around 1:10, Brad from Ground Zero introduces himself and shakes my hand, and comes in to get to work! He explained his plan and assured me he'd take a look at all the interworkings of our AC and fix whatever was wrong. I went into my bedroom to quiet my dog and was very happy when Brad would let me know where he was in the progress of the job. He was even courteous enough to let us know the hinge to our air conditioning was open so we didn't hit our heads on it.All in all, everything was top notch, and I'd like to commend Brad for his hard work and dedication to fixing the issues we had! 5 stars!!

I've been using this company for several services and I'm always pleased by the quality of work and professionalism I've experienced. Most recently, I had them come to for my annual A/C cleaning and inspection. As usual, I was impressed by the thoroughness of the process. The technician had a great personality, and a willingness to provide me with a significant amount of helpful tips. Unfortunately, an error was made during that process, and by the next morning my A/C was no longer cooling. The receptionist who tried to assist in rescheduling a service call (I think her name was Lana?) was exceptional. She was diligent in trying to get something scheduled that evening, and when that didn't work out you could tell she truly felt badly. I was not going to be available until the following evening, but the original technician came out early the next morning to see if the problem could be fixed externally. It could not, but the company made sure that a technician was available for when I got home. Brad arrived and quickly went to work. In what seemed like no time at all, he assessed the situation, found the error, and got us up and cooling once again.While I wish I hadn't had to deal with the extra stress, mistakes do happen. The commitment Ground Zero has for its customers was obvious and I continue to be impressed by the services they offer.Update: Once again, Ground Zero did not disappoint. I've used this company several times for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. When I realized my A/C was not cooling I called on a Sunday morning and they arranged for service technician to come and check it out that day. Fred, like all the rest of the techs I have met, was fantastic. Polite, pleasant, but most of all quickly determined the problem . I never feel like this company is trying to up-sell service. In fact, Fred went out of his way to check online for coupons to further reduce the cost (I knew about them but it was nice to see him consider this on his own) Ground Zero always take time to try and find the lower cost repair options. Scott came in after 2 other plumbers had failed to clear the kitchen drain in a third floor apartment. He arrived on time and was very polite and personable. Had the parts. Installed new main breaker in 20 minutes. Power on house refrigerators etc cooling.634$. Expensive but worth the cost.

When Brian came to my home to check my a/c unit I thought he was just a technician but I had good vibes of honesty and integrity around his aura. He did a great job of attaching a toilet seat with handle bars, checking my a/c unit and said he'll check the warranty of another decice, vacuumed the area the work was done, used shoe covers to keep my home free of outside dirt and dust! Needed to have our rusted a/c drain pan replaced and the lines flushed. We called Ground Zero to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and look at it. Zac Z. was here within a half hour. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He said he had the replacement piece in stock and went back to get it. Everything was finished from start to finish within 2 hours. Would highly recommend Zac and Ground Zero to anyone for any A/C maintenance and repairs!

Had an issue with my tankless water heater. It would shut off and show an error code. The technician evaluated, diagnosed and repaired the problem. There service and technician where great. I would recommend them for anyone that was dealing with issues with tankless water heater.

My AC went out unexpectedly and I was in a panic! My house was 91 degrees and climbing. I called around and all the other big name companies you hear on the radio said they couldn’t come out until late the following day.I called Ground Zero and my experience from the initial phone call to the end of service was excellent. Brad, my technician, arrived to my house quicker than expected: about an hour and a half after my initial call. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Such a different experience from previous times. The guy who came out was not knowledgeable and tried to tell me I needed repairs that I didn’t: I tried to discuss with Jay the supervisor however he won’t return my calls went with a second company and so glad I did versus spending the $1700 on a 3 year old unit. Mike B and Scott came to my daughters house to install a new bathtub and shower, plus some other plumbing. They were absolutely fantastic. Took such care to make sure everything was quiet by keeping the bathroom door closed, putting down plastic on the floors to avoid scratches and were so friendly!! This should be two reviews for Mike B. He is, hands down, the best around. He came by — same day — to fix a valve. Then came by on his on-call day to give me a quote on a new water heater (not an emergency). He is real, down to earth, and doesn’t try to oversell products I don’t need. He actually replaced the hot water heater — again, on an on-call day when it was not an emergency. I trust Mike B with all my plumbing needs and because of him, I trust Ground Zero. He did not try to sell me on it, but explained why removing that back up would be beneficial. I agreed to it, and am excited to see if the AC unit runs better (and if my rates lower, ha!). They sent James Burke out to replace the sacrificial annode tube on my water heater. (If you don't know what that is you should find out because it helps your water heater to last longer.) James was great. Very meticulous and answered all my questions.

My a/c went out at 5:45 on Friday afternoon. I didn't think I would have much luck getting anyone to come out at a reasonable price. I read the reviews for this company and gave them a call. We had a drain leak in an upstairs bathroom that caused damage to our ceiling downstairs. We called Ground Zero and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for water restoration. We had a plumber from our home warranty come out and he said he fixed the problem but the Ground Zero technicians pointed out that he did not fix it and there was still a leak. After not being satisfied with the plumbing company from our home warranty, we decided to hire Ground Zero to also do the plumbing work. They sent Chet out and he did a fantastic job. He tried to do a fix that would save me some money but when he found out it wouldn't solve the problem, he broke down my options and was able to repair the drain that same day. Bill and Phil were on the water restoration repair and after they were done, no one would be able to tell there was ever any water damage to the ceiling. All the technicians were professional and friendly. We will definitely be using them again in the future (hopefully for a planned remodel project and not another drain leak!).

This past weekend, Brian came out to fix an issue on my old system and went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs are done correctly and to factory specifications ! Brian is a perfectionist and clearly takes pride in what he does. The lady at the reception (Lana) was superhrlpful and couteous in co-ordinating and making sure everything is taken care of.

110* on a Saturday - my AC went out.Ground Zero was 1 of 5 companies we called and the ONLY one that could come out the same day. We called at 430PM and they were here by 650PM (10 min before their window of 7-9PM).The service was quick, it was affordable, it was professional. Brian (the owner) was out making house calls at 7PM on a stormy Saturday evening. If that isn't the power of small business, not sure what is.Our AC was back up and running after a quick replacement of a 'run-cap' in less than 30 minutes.I would recommend these guys to anyone in the valley for AC needs; you can't shake a stick at local, passionate, and professional small business.

As a highly skeptical person when it comes to home, car or pool issues, this experience was extremely positive. Brad walked me through everything, explained what was going on in my system and when the Dual Capacitor failed, he showed me the part and demonstrated how it was failing and why it needed to be replaced.The Hero Club membership, unlike many other maintenance packages, is a great deal as the discount I received today covered more than half of the yearly cost.

Thank you very much Mike B for figuring out and fixing our bath tub gasket leaking problem easily. I am very much happy with the work mike did. Tried with multiple plumbers and they were saying cutting the ceiling and taking out of tub bla bla and thank god all I did not go through all those process. Moreover thank you very much ground zero for sending excellent technician who was honest and made the fix easily.

I have only good things to say about Ground Zero, primarily due to the level of technicians they employ, as well as their friendly staff. I was in need of having both of my AC units replaced back in May of this year. The sales tech (Derek Franke) knew his stuff, took the time to explain things to me in detail...using jargon I could understand...definitely not your average smooth talking salesguy.I was quoted a fair price, and when it came time to sign the deal...the final price was exactly as quoted (which is rare in today's world). Derek worked my install as well, taking the time to explain things to me when questions arose (and not making me feel dumb when asking). This guy is knowledgeable, knows his stuff and runs circles around many other AC company technicians that I have worked with in the past...the dude is good.For anyone leery about doing business with an HVAC company, since our choices here in the valley are numerous, I can't blame you...I was there as well. I hired Ground Zero Plumbing to perform sewer scoping inspection on a house. They have the best equipment with video recording. Ethen was very professional and showed up on time. He clearly explained everything that we were seeing on the sewer scope camera.The service level/quality and professionalism is five stars.

James and Kody were Great! As the Assistant Manager I was really happy that they took the time to explain to me the issue, especially since our Maintenance Sup was out of the office at that time. Also vacuumed up the little pieces of instillation, plus put the dog crate back. Quick to come out after service call was placed. The technician was nice and straight forward but the charges for 20 mins of service to change a fuse, will not be using them ever again!!My unit was inoperable after replacing the thermostat and they were able to come out same day to service. The tech was nice and after 15 mins told me a fuse was blown on the unit and he replaced so after 5 more minutes of putting the invoice together I got a bill of $280. More than half of that was a “line charge” which he apologized and said that’s out of his control and I questioned a line charge to change a fuse but paid anyways since arguing won’t negate to absorbent fees. It’s sad they take advantage of a consumer who needs service due to a simple fix and the extreme Arizona heat. Again, I refuse to ever use a dishonest company or will ever recommend.

The 2nd time we used Ground Zero they came out and found the issue & fixed it within 5 minutes. I was totally embarrassed! Instead of charging me full price, the gentleman was able to reduce the rate for us. They may not be able to do that for everyone (every situation will be different), but I was appreciative they did it for me.

Ground zero employees showed up on time and installed my shower heads efficiently and quickly. Both installers were knowledgeable and courteous. One of them
, who was part of the team that installed my air conditioning system last year, even inquired about the health of my 104 yr old mother who resides with us; some memory.

I had Ground Zero come out to my home to check both my units as we are selling our home. They were on time and professional. They went through everything with me and what they were doing and how things work. I will be sure to conutine to use GroundZero going forward. I rarely write reviews but Ethan deserves it. Ground zero plumbing is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and polite young man on their team. He came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to me in detail and didn’t get irritated with me when I asked a lot of questions. I will 100% be using ground zero for all my plumbing and a/c needs. After getting multiple bids, I found their prices to be unbeatable and really reasonable. It’s hard to find good people that don’t take advantage of people that don’t know better. Called on a Saturday about noon after I was unsuccessful in resolving a plumbing problem on my own. In less than an hour, Tyler was at my door. I had an amazing experience getting my new unit installed. Anthony and Cody worked hard and got all my airflow issues fixed as well. We are very happy with the unit and our cold house now. Thank you for the hard work and easy experience buying the unit.

Brad came to fix out A/C as it was starting to get hot in Phoenix (i.e. really important). We had a fried board, so he figured out a workaround while they got the replacement part. He scheduled the follow-up appointment around our schedule and got us up and running. Super polite and really dedicated to getting you what you need. We will continue to use Ground Zero.

I got to deal a wide variety of people within this company and from bottom up, they all treated me with such respect and helped me so much through the process. It was dead of summer and my A/C went out and Brian was able to set me up with an amazing system to where I’m now saving $100’s of dollars a month for my bill. They even came back and repaired my scuttle hole for free after the whole ordeal! They do other things like plumbing as well so I will be calling them back for more!! Hopefully not soon tho haha

Hunter was professional and did his job quickly. I had a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink. Water would not go down the drain. This was not due to a clog of hair or debris. He diagnosed it was a clog of buildup from hardwater and he fixed it and the leaky pipe.

I received an above and beyond service from Mike B and Terrance. The garbage disposal under my kitchen sink began leaking and really caused a headache. I was able to schedule an appointment on their website and Katie was quick to confirm the date and time. Once they inspected the situation, they were able to notify us of the fix and really made me feel like I made the right decision with them. The process was seamless and I appreciate the customer service provided by the company!

Great experience using Ground Zero for an A/C replacement. Mike was excellent from the start giving us an assesment and quote for multiple options for a new unit. He was knowledgeable and very responsive on any questions or concerns we had. Once we decided on the unit they were quick to get us setup with an install.
