He is honest, fair, and for women, elderly ladies, single, you know how much we worry about letting any male into our home, no need to worry here. You can feel safe with Darrell. He will explain to you so you completely understand. It's not mansplaining if his goal is to make you feel confident and informed of something which you know nothing about. And don't be afraid of asking questions you feel are stupid, no question is stupid in his eyes. It's about helping you make the best informed decision possible. Did the cash price still overpriced he fixed one problem creating another but wasnt interested in coming back to fix half hr for 100 and now im stuck fixing the problem that was created dont do cash get it in writing

Highly Recommend Ox Plumbing!! Eric Arrived on time to replace my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job.

Took multiple different people to complete a same day job over the course of three days. It was still incorrect when they finished and ended up having to deal with a leak. Also if you only have afternoon availability, don't schedule a repair from them. I kept receiving the excuse that their guys only work until 1:30 everyday.
