First time out they weren't able to clear the line with the snake. Offered to come out again the next day with a different machine. After some troubles the tech was able to get everything flowing again. I appreciate that they were persistent and wanted to fix it for me and that they did not charge me again for the second visit. Blue Apple Plumbers was punctual, professional and quickly identified that the water pressure coming into my home was extremely high. He replaced the necessary pipes and gauges and adjusted the water pressure to the correct levels. I highly recommend his services.

This place and one other company I dealt with for the damage to my house were the only ones that I liked and that were on time. The office lady Bridgette was very good with communicating with me and the guy who came to our house Justin was very professional and knew what he was doing. They handled all the insurance stuff so I didn't have to worry about anything. Would recommend!

We had Curtis replace a non operable pressure reducing valve on our main water line. His work was impeccable. He is really skilled and did a perfect replacement. After finishing the job he put a gauge on the system and adjusted it to the correct pressure.

Our garage flooded after our hot water heater went out. The owner came out right away and explained all of our options and stopped the flooding. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbers in the past who charged insane amounts of money by the hour and found a way to extend the time it took. I knew from the beginning that this wasn’t the case with Cactus Valley Plumbing. Ronnie installed our tankless water heater was very knowledgeable, friendly and left everything very clean when he was finished. I would definitely recommend them to everyone we know!

Called after struggling to remove a shower cartridge for two hours! Call was answered and followed by another to tell me a plumber was dispatched. Soon after the plumber called and said he was 30 minutes out. Fixed the issue and we were able to turn our water back on and continue with our lives. Thank you!

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.
