When I called, the person I spoke to was polite, caring and easy to talk to. I was very pleased that my appt. was available so soon! The person that came to our home was VERY polite and really knew what he was doing! He was fast and explained everything we needed to know. We really appreciate the service we receive from Lawson WHENEVER we call them.

I tried to replace a toilet fill valve myself to correct it squealing on refill. I was unable to make the system hold water after. Jake from Lawson Family Plumbing was able to come by the morning after I called and had it fixed in less than two hours. There were additional unseen problems with the supply line and connections that I couldn't have predicted on what I thought was a simple fill valve replacement. I'm SO GLAD I called them! They are fast, professional, and absolutely know what they are doing. This is my second experience with them and I will definitely be returning for my future plumbing needs!

We have used Lawson Family Plumbing for over 10 years and have always been extremely pleased with their service—whether it was installation of a hot water heater, water softener, RO system, sink and toilet repair, sewer drainage—they have provided consistently great service.Our recent experience with Donald was especially helpful; he took extra time to carefully check our systems and explained clearly important maintenance steps to keep our plumbing system working most efficiently. Very professional services

I have had work done on 2 houses by Lawson family plumbing, multiple jobs at each house. Every time there has been a problem, especially with their dispatch not knowing anything about plumbing and not accurately scheduling or letting me know what would be happening when the technician came. We've had leaks that then the quality control manager had to come out and fix, and had combative technicians (video captured by my Ring camera) when it came to additional costs that I refuted due to the technicians negligence. Today is the day I sever ties. I was told by dispatch that work would be done today we can do that, when in fact a technician came to quote me. I had cleared my schedule and allotted for the cost. The technician, came in, took pictures, and went to his truck for 40 minutes before I received a call from dispatch that the work was getting scheduled for the following day with a technician and a manager. The managers explained on the phone that there is always a quote first and the work done later, but another company came on short notice after I called them, gave me a lower estimate, and warrantees their work for 2 years vs 30 days that Lawson does, and finished in less time than Lawson quoted for more work (angle stop needed replacing, new company saw that need and took care of it). Bye, Lawson.

Really positive experience, at least as positive as it can be to spend a bunch of money installing shower faucets. Why didn’t mom and dad send me to plumbing school??? Super responsive and professional - got the job done quickly and right!!

Jake did a good job at clearing a blockage we had in a pipe. It was more difficult than he first expected, and had to remove the toilet from its base in order to remove the blockage. He was diligent and explained what he was doing, and eventually had success.The issue came at the end, when he asked if he could put the toilet seat back on with the flange and wax ring but did not disclose that this was an additional cost of $300.You can imagine my confusion when the final bill was $600 when I was told it would be $300.The lack of communication about the cost of additional services left me feeling cheated.Because of this, I would not recommend Lawson Family Plumbing

They canceled first appt after it got too late to come. Late for the follow up appt, knocked on the door(two people at home waiting for plumber), then left after no response. Apparently his parents never taught him how a doorbell works. He had called earlier to let us know about the delay, but didn't bother to call to see if we were home, so we know he had a phone. Very disappointing. We used someone else to fix the problem.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but unfortunately pretty disappointed that I schedule an appointment with Lawson to get a quote on a Soft Water System, they gave me a 2pm-5pm time frame to have some at the house to provide a quote. I took off work to be at the house during that time and was here for 3 hours waiting to hear from them, and never received a call. I called the office to ask if anyone was showing up when 5pm rolled around and no one had called or showed up. I was told that they received a call to reschedule the appointment to another day, which I absolutely did not do. They could not tell me who or why someone would reschedule my appointment without notifying me and didn't seem to have much to say other than someone rescheduled the appointment. Waste of time and not a good sign of how they handle customer service.

Had our water heater give out, it was more than 10 years old so pretty much knew that we were looking at a replace and not a repair. Called Lawson Family plumbing on a Sunday morning and they were out in a few hours. Asked about details and pros and cons of a tankless heater vs another 50 gal. tank. Donald our tech was super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us into one over the other. He answered all of our questions and concerns about switching to tankless and the modifications to the house that would need to be made to accommodate and the associated costs. We decided to go tankless and we are happy with our decision already. Donald did an amazing job, his attention to detail and workmanship is impressive and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Endless hot water after multiple showers and during a load of laundry. That hasn’t been possible in any house I’ve lived in with a tank water heater.

Main pipe broke on a Sunday and panicked so I googled and got these folks. They answered and listened to my concern and made it here within 30 minutes. Guess I got lucky with the timing. Logan ended up cutting the line and using a hose to fill the house so we can have water until he was able to get the supplies needed for a new line. He was here bright and early 8am like he said. Dug a few more holes and used his vehicle to remove the old pipe while the new one trailed! Never heard of a thing like that but it was Cool! After everything was all done there was 3 fixes to 20ft of the copper pipe, and 2 fixes to a 30ft pvc pipe. Way to may fixes for one line. Now I have 1 pipe from the street to the house. They cleaned up, made sure there was zero leaks and everything worked. All I can say is I am not sure if it was the best deal or the worst but I am glad and happy to pay for their speedy services. Thank you Logan you are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again if I have another plumbing problem. No offense to Lawson I hope it's not anytime soon. :) Ty again, a new customer!

Friendly and knowledgeable

When I called the office I asked for an idea of the cost. I was told theyhad to see it. I then asked if there was a trip charge & did they work byhour or job. When they came out 1 guy was doing the work while the other was in training so we were talking. I didn't watch the guy with the faucet handle because I was distracted. It was an obsolete part. He got a handle out of the truck & installed it. They move so fast that you don't have time to think. Anyway, when they left I later realized they took the entire assembly for the faucet handle, which was not theirs to take. On top of that the handle turns 360 degrees. I called twice to get the parts back. I was pretty much laughed at by the office & the worker. I refuse to have them back since it was of no concern to them.I got a call from Jason Lawson shortly after this post. He agreed to have someone out tomorrow & offered a refund. It doesn't get better than this in these troubled times. All companies need to stand behind their work & this one did.

Called in for a leak in my water hose spigot. The technician was very skilled, the completed work looks very nice and more importantly no more leaking along the side of our house. This is my first time needing a plumber and they were the only company I called so I don’t have anything to compare their price to, but I think the price was reasonable for the work that was done. Thank you!

The company was great. We had a horrible situation: having a water heater burst and ruin your homes walls. Nothing good about that!However, the awesome service by LFP and our plumber/service rep, Austin, the gentleman that took care of our house sure made it much easier.I can not speak more highly of how great a job he did and the excellent customer service.Not only was he on time, he was professional, explained everything thoroughly. I ended up not using Lawson Family Plumbing for my water heater repair, but I can say that their customer service was fantastic. I was really impressed with friendliness and professionalism.

I’ve been using Jeff with Lawson for a few years. He has done full remodels to major repairs. The work is always done right. I’ve never had a problem. His attitude is always great. Easy to be work with. And the prices are reasonable and better than the other guys I used to use. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this professional, courteous company in general and technician Chris in particular for his skill in fixing my water main leak problem and patiently answering many questions I had about plumbing. All this with no hard sell tactics and a very fair price. Check them out for when you need a plumber - they seem to know the value of good customer service and importance of work of mouth recommendations.

Just the other day my hot water heater started leaking so much that it was starting to caused some damage to my house and I knew right away I needed a plumber. Mike Schellenberg was the Technician that come out to my house and he was a huge help. I'll be honest I hovered over him watching his work and questioning why and what was going on and what he was doing. Luckily Mike was super helpful by describing what was going on and I couldn't be happier about his work. Thank you Lawson Plumbing.

Meh. The work got done, mostly. I had two bathroom sink fixtures replaced, it took several hours and the plumber (who was a very nice person) did not fully clean up. He finished at around 9pm, but at least he was willing to stay until he was done, but I would have preferred better communication about the timeline.One of the faucets had a leak after installation, and they did come out same day to fix it, but then the cabinetry was damaged (not by the water, but presumably by the plumber). Finally they did a clean out of the tub, didn’t clean up the mess, and the tub still drains slowly.Total $975So it wasn’t a disaster, but not all that great either…meh.

David was able to come out the same day. He was able to arrive an hour earlier than our scheduled time. David was polite, professional, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and had our repair done quickly. We have always used and will continue using Lawson!

Great customer service. I called on a Tuesday asking for an estimate for connecting of faucets, disposal, etc. for my new kitchen and bathroom sinks. Appointment was set in alignment with MY availability on the upcoming Thursday. Imagine that! Unheard of. Already an awesome experience.Estimate was within my budgetary requirements, including the military (veteran) discount that was offered and accepted.Work accomplished flawlessly (thanks Sean), and this is now the only plumbing company I will refer my friends and family to.

I moved into this house in 2019. I immediately discovered a leaking hose bib and shower cartridge. Lawson's was recommended to me. Joe came out and fixed the problems. He also noticed I had no water softener (the previous owner took it with them). He explained to me how hard the water is here and that I really needed one. He was right, I itched after taking a shower.Joe set me up with a softener and a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. He also told me about a separate cooler that can be purchased for the RO system. I didn't know such a thing existed.So Joe has been my plumber for these past 2+ years. As a homeowner for 40 years, I've dealt with many plumbers. None have shown to be as professional or knowledgeable as Joe. And he is always willing to explain things and teach me.Getting to current, I am now in the process of a bathroom remodel. As part of that process Joe has had to reroute plumbing & drain lines and install a new shower valve and cartridge. As usual, his work was fantastic and I learned more new things about plumbing.

Have their magnet on my water tank. Wouldn't even consider anyone else. When you gave the best why deal with the rest. They even clean up any mess. Outstanding.

This is the ONLY plumbing company we will use. We have been their customers since 2012 and every time we've had a plumbing issue, they were there quickly and took care of it. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. This last time we had Jason, who took care of things quickly, efficiently and with not alot of mess! He was also really friendly and very easy to talk to. He pointed out some issues with our toilets, but instead of trying to sell us something else, he explained what we could do ourselves to fix it. Nice! I highly recommend!

Used them twice in the past three months. Both times came out promptly when they said they would and were able to resolve my clog issue and replace a dying pressure valve for my pool leveler. Great experience when calling and when the techs were on site. Made sure I knew what was going on at all times and made sure the work area was cleaned up when they were done. Gabriel responded out our water leak and while he was there for the kitchen sink he also replaced both bathroom faucets has they were leaking also. 1 bathroom still had a slow leak and he was out the next day to fix it. Emergency same day call. Bill showed up early in the time window. He explained what needed to be done (basically a leaky valve under the kitchen sink that served no purpose and needed to be eliminated) and completed the work in about 20 min. I expected to pay more than $176 for an emergency call on a Sunday.

The technicians they sent out to replace my water pressure regulator were great. They showed up on time, were responsive to my questions, and did a great job. It was refreshing to work with a company that had it together. Will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Very disappointed in Lawson Plumbing. Michael came out Tuesday to fix our water heater. He thought it was the TRD and told me the part hard to be ordered and it would arrive Wednesday and then he would come back Wednesday to fix it. The part arrived Wednesday and he came back out and was still unable to fix it and then he ordered a pilot assembly part that was supposed to be delivered Thursday and Thursday the part never came so I contacted the manufacturer who said the part was never ordered. I called Michael on Thursday and he said part was ordered and he wasn’t sure why it wasn’t shipped out. I told him I was concerned about it arriving Friday and then him telling me he couldn’t repair it until Monday and he assured me he would be out Friday afternoon to fix it. Friday came and he texted me at 630a and said the part would arrive by 12p and he would be out between 2p and 3p to fix it. I texted him at 220p and 320p asking when he would arrive and got no response either time so I called the company. He finally called me after that and said he had been busy dealing with emergencies (apparently no hot water for a week isn’t an emergency) and that he could not make it out until 7p!! I told him he already had my child’s birthday party planned and he told me he would be out by 3p and told him this is no acceptable, he said he would have to come Monday. I told him he promised me he would be out Friday afternoon, I called the company to ask to speak to the owner and as of now no one has called me back!! Take your business elsewhere, they do not stick by their word and it is not worth the headache.Update to original post, Jason and Kevin went above and beyond fixing my problem. Kevin the field manager came out after hours to fix our water heater. Turns out he installed new part and our water heater still did not work the next day. He came out right away and installed a new water heater, no questions asked. Good company that cares about their customers which is hard to come by these days. Thank you Lawson Family Plumbing!

Jeff did a leak detection and found where the leak was under the slab. Then a couple of days later came back to put in the PEX re-route thru the attic. So I hired him to also install the new water heater I bought today. I think this company is good.

Professional and honest

Estimate did not change upon completion. Explained all the things wrong with system that previous service had done wrong and why. Very courteous service and very professional. Upon completion went over everything and left card to make sure that if any questions came up I could call and they would happily go over them to my satisfaction. After repairing and correcting previous Home Depot services mistakes you could easily see it was a much more professional and quality job than had been done six months earlier. My memory of names is bad but both men have my gratitude and sincere thanks for a job done well and properly. Will only use Lawson plumbing from now on. Thank you, Shan H.

Replacement of water softener and filter

Our home is older and well, it has issues. We've used MANY plumbing services and no one, absolutely no one compares to the customer service Lawson Family Plumbing gives!

Jake did a great job, he was on time and very courteous. Give me different options and took care of the problem quickly and for a fair price. I've been using Lawson Family plumbing for over a decade.

Michael was very helpful and friendly. Completed the job as agreed.

Shower head and arm replacement, and new fixture in the sink. (I provided the product.) On time, in fact early, good quality labor, and didn't even charge me for the head and arm replacement, just threw it in! Recommend for small jobs.

I feel 266.00 dollars for a tub spout diverter is a little expensive. Would of apricated a better bill break down for this service.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Tim and the whole Lawson Family Plumbing crew. Awesome experience so far. Guy showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave my wife the info she was looking for, recommended a new softener. We purchased it and are waiting for it to be installed. I’m sure I could have found it for slightly less expensive but the knowledgeable person who visited and will also be doing the install is worth the extra money we may be spending.

Lawson Family Plumbing replaced my water heater in 2019 when the old one ruptured they were awesome then. But recently my water heater breaker would randomly trip. Turns out the tank was slightly leaking internally onto the electronics for the heating coils. When I called Lawson they had someone out the next day to replace the water heater under warranty.They tried to have someone out the same day but with how late in the day I called it just didn't work out. But they kept in contact with me while they tried to work it in. Keeping me up to date. The next day they a tech out to replace my water heater. He communicated when he thought he would be out and ended up early. Once on site he was Professional and polite. He completed the work quickly and correctly. Due to a trip my fiancée had to be there alone when he showed and she said he was polite and made her feel at ease.Through the processes Lawson communicated well and set reasonable expectations that they met or exceeded. I would not hesitate to use Lawson again.

Lawson Family Plumbing has been our plumber for about 3 years. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. They are on time, charge fair prices, professional, courteous, clean and their work has always been excellent. We often get the same plumber for jobs.

We needed new valves and fixtures installed in our master bathroom shower and tub. We supplied the equipment and Gabriel installed for us. We were very happy with his work. When we tried it out and noticed a small leak in the pipe in the wall we called the office and Gabriel came back that day and fixed it right away. He answered any questions we had about the job, was very friendly and professional. We have a couple of more jobs we need done and will be calling and asking for Gabriel.

Jason was professional, thorough, honest and quick. He called ahead of time to ensure he understood the need so he would be prepared. He was also patient with me asking multiple questions. I would definitely use him again.

Appointment for new H2O heater was set for 8 to 11 the following morning. At 7:45, Ken left a message that he'd be at my home in 15 minutes. Because his office had asked specifics about the dead heater, he had the EXACT replacement in his truck. He had to run for a vent pipe extension and was still finished with the job by 10:30 AM. EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the Company and Service Tech, Ken. Job WELL DONE.

I reached out to this plumbing company through the recommendation of a tankless water heater company, Rinnai. They checked my equipment and were very knowledgeable about the product and although the service fee was $140, I felt it was worth the service I received.

Jeff came by, checked out current system, gave some suggestions and explained everything that would be required to replace old water heater with a tankless system. We talked about different brands etc, he seemed to be well familiar with the various players. On Installation day (Sunday, with no extra fee for wknd work) he showed up on time and knocked it out in about 3-4 hours including having to modify the plumbing and add a vent system and a condensation line. So far I love this system compared to my old tank system. I was very happy with how my engagement with Lawson played out. I mean... if it had been free that would have about the only thing you could improve on... so basically, would use them again very pleased with how this project went.

Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing just saved me a ton of money. I was told by Goettles I needed to put new sewer lines in for my laundry room. Doing the entire house was going to cost me 42K . You heard that right. Joe came in and said to try a high efficiency washer, which puts out less water than my older machine. That failed, so he came out and jet my laundry line and worked through five clogs that ultimately opened up the line. At this time my cost was $850. Compared to $42k I am doing the happy dance! Thank you Joe and Lawson Family plumbing! You guys rock!

Ben was very professional from beginning to end of the visit. Came out on the 24th. Rainy outside as well as cold. Didn’t stop or complain. Just went right to work diagnosing the issue and after approval from quote received went straight after the issue until it was resolved. Very pleased and grateful for the service I received.

The water in the guest toilet bowl was not filling up. We were told by a different plumber that our toilet either needed to have the tank rebuilt (quoting $620) or replacing the toilet (quoting $1400). The current toilet is different than the standard ones but we thought the quote was too high and wanted a second opinion. I decided to get a different quote and spoke with Lawson Plumbing's Quality manager and he said if we bought the toilet (he recommended a brand and style), they could replace it for about $300. We bought the toilet and when their technician came out he showed me that the only problem was the tube placed in the tank was not in the correct position (pics show before and after the simple repair). He didn't have to replace the toilet or rebuild the tank, saving us a lot of money. And he didn't even charge us for a service call! After this experience, I believe Lawson Plumbing is honest, reliable and will NOT try to charge you for an unnecessary repair.

Very kind and polite receptionist, quick appointment within 3 days ( my leak was outside and not an emergency).He was on time, clean, polite, friendly, and professional. It only took about 3 minutes for him to diagnose problem and gave us a quote. He began working within minutes of coming.It took about 30 minutes as he had to remove part of the piping and replace it.Everything was repaired well!Lots of times household repairs can be daunting, overwhelming, downright scary at times! But the company is quick, confidant, and obviously proficient! From a phone call to them and the finish of the repair they made it all super easy for us! Price was comparable with others. I will see them in future if I have plumbing issues. Great company! Oh and they are certified on Angis List online and rated 5 stars with hundreds of customers.

Everyone at Lawson was great! Water heater replaced quickly. Terry helped me the night my water heater started leaking and Logan replaced it the next day. They did a great job and I felt very comfortable using their services. After my insurance company completed my claim, Logan came back out and hauled away my old water heater. I have some other plumbing needs that I'll need to have taken care of soon and I'll be calling Lawson to do the work!

Lawson was my 3rd attempt at fixing a shower clog. What was I thinking…? As I’ve used them years ago also with great results. The first 2 companies didn’t try very hard, one of them refused to honor a second snaking even though his predecessor hadn’t fixed it (another $174 charge :(. Both companies said I’d have to have floor under sink dug out, maybe a wall cut out…..THEN, enter HARLEY @ LAWSON PLUMBING! What a polite, pleasant, & very helpful young man (the last guy was arrogant & rude). Not only did HARLEY get the clog in about :30, he worked extra hard to get it fixed (unlike 2nd company who said it could be 3 hours work & they’d never get it fixed anyway?? Huh?!I’ll from now on ONLY & ALWAYS call LAWSON & ask for Harley.

I immediately call them and found the customer service representative to be very friendly and asked questions to determine the extent of the repair. I got an appointment for the next day. The technician was on time!!! He inspected the toilet, determined the issue, took pictures, showed me and then gave me the quote. No minimum service charges. Hired them to do a dishwasher installation. When I ran the dishwasher I had water on the floor. Plumber came back out and tightened the water connection. I now have a leak under my sink. Not happy, especially when my cabinet is brand new and now have water damage. They are nice people but not very thorough at checking for operation and checking all connections before they leave. Was charged $119 for an incomplete installation. Very disappointed and not the least bit impressed by any review or praise. Would not use again.Update 8/26/22: Spoke to quality control to get my leak repaired. Mike came out twice to fix the leaks. Hopefully after a total of 4 visits he was able to diagnose and permanently fix the issues (poor dishwasher drain and RO drain connections). Mike is a true professional and takes pride in his workmanship. We discussed, even though the company is licensed, not all workers have the training and experience to solve all problems. This is AZ state problem for not setting minimum training, certification or apprenticeship qualifications for plumbers.

After hours call for a leak....individual who took the phone call was courteous and clear on terms and expected timing. The individual who came to do the repairs was courteous and able to note options for fix. It was reconciled quickly with no mess or other issues.

The pipes under the kitchen sink were not done properly by a plumber 8 years ago so, when l had a clogged drain, l noticed a leak as well. I called Lawson Plumbing because the carwater started coming out of the clean out. Harley, my assigned plumber, called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. He assessed the situation, replaced the sink piping underneath and replaced the clean out cover (because mine was missing the middle screw). And that was it! Cost less than anticipated and was done earlier then expected! Now l can use my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher without worrying about a flood!! Great job, great service. Had an emergency come up at our house on a Friday night. Called the home warranty company and they generated a work order for a different plumbing company. When I reached out to attempt scheduling I was informed this other company only works business hours M-F.. because apparently that’s the only time plumbing emergencies arise. So I called the home warranty company and they told me to find a company on my own and they would reimburse. We had a steady stream of water leaking into our kitchen due to a ruptured refrigerator water line near the tile so time was of the essence. I found Lawson family based on reviews and google and I couldn’t be happier that I did. They not only answered the phone the first attempt, they were able to get someone out the same day. Our tech David was an absolute professional! Respectful of our home and found a solution to the problem right away. We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test. The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted. After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. They did what the other experts did, but better. They found three or four major issues nobody else found. The house is now free of the sewer smells. Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on. I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

After coming home from vacation we noticed standing water in our garage and front yard. We called Lawson Family Plumbing and they came out the same day to assess the problem. Tim was amazing and was able to walk us through the problem and come up with a plan on how to fix it. He made it very easy to understand what he had to do to fix everything and made sure it was done right. I would definitely recommend Lawson Family Plumbing, due to Tim and his great work.

Their service was great and very professional.

We called them because we had a pool of water by our pool pump. The pool guy said the leak was not coming from the pool. David was sent to inspect the leak. After about 15 minutes, he discovered the source of the leak to be coming from the direction of a water fountain that is attached to the pool. But the pool guy said the leak wasn't from the pool equipment! David asked if we had anything else back there. I mentioned we had a drip line for a tree planted behind the fountain. He went to the sprinkler device and turned on the drip line. I was shocked to see it gush water like an out of control fire house. How much do we owe ya? I asked. He said we didn't owe a dime. Not bad for taking half an hour of his time to find the exact source of the leak.

He was on site, Discussed what he was going to do. Then did it. Very nice to talk with and was there 20 minutes.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Glenn for coming out to the house we rent and diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater with in a 2 hour time frame. He was very friendly and we appreciate you having people like him that you employee..

I had my toilet removed for new flooring, so I just needed it reset. Harley showed up, apologized for being late, and proceeded to give me a price. To set my toilet was $506 and he used parts I had, that were left by the flooring company.So, this highly over inflated price was for his time. Just his labor to remove and replace 3 parts, clean up under the base, hook up the water, set the toilet and caulk. I had 2 other quotes for $159 and $185 but went with Lawson. Not sure why, except he was here, and I wanted it done or maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment. Had I been strong enough to pick up and carry my toilet, I could have set it myself. Extremely overrated and over inflated. I gave 2 stars because my toilet is in.

I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to set up an appointment for the next morning. Chris was very personable and very knowledgeable on what he was doing.

Unfortunately our sewer line collapsed (50 year-old+ cast iron pipe) and needed replacing. The specialized work required to accomplish the task was completed on-time and to the quoted cost. However, on completing the job we had a large portion of our sidewalk that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the plumber who replaced our sewer line also made the concrete repairs. He is an extremely qualified plumber but a terrible concrete finisher! Not formed, slump pour, brush finish. Ugly and terribly unsafe. After voicing our concerns Lawson contracted with Alfredo Concrete Jobs who then demolished the original concrete work and then completed the new sidewalk to perfection. We applaud Lawson for recognizing and responding to our concerns. Great service recovery!

I've twice had Lawson out to my house for plumbing work. The first time was a few months ago when I needed some minor work done on my shower. It was no big job but their professionalism and courtesy stood out to me and I made a mental note to remember them in case something more troublesome should come up. Yesterday was unfortunately that day when my water softener exploded and flooded my house. Lawson came almost immediately and installed another softener with astonishing speed and efficiency. Throughout the process they were prompt, reliable and communicative. A+ all around.

CJ identified hot water issues & readily took care of all functions that took care of problems having proper temp at all locations. Additionally, He set the hot water heater accordingly . He explained so we understood what was happening to be causing our hot water situation. Also explained in detail why the washer was not flowing out & gave us 3 options to remedy the situation. He certainly was very honest & not out to say spend the money - - after hearing the cost factor for the 3 suggestions, we decided with the cheaper route & see where that leads. We really appreciate his honesty & communication. We will be asking for CJ again should the need arise.

When I called to have my water heater replaced, they gave me an arrival window but they were unable to meet that time due to issues with another job. Even though they did not finish until after 9pm, they still showed up and completed the job, staying until after midnight. They can't control issues when they show up but coming so late and completing the job that night was greatly appreciated.

I recently had an issue with a leaky toilet and discovered some unexpected issues. I called Lawson's Family Plumbing based on reviews from Google. The technician, Mike, came out and examined the issue, which ended up not being a major problem.The upfront and honest communication from Mike saved me quite a hassle and money. I would be worried about another company overcharging or making a bigger deal out of a small issue. Thanks to those at Lawson Plumbing for helping!

I purchased a new tankless water heater in November 2020. I was not getting any hot water and could not find the info for the company that originally installed it and called another company to assist since I was in a rush to get it fixed. To my surprise the tankless heater was dead and needed to be replaced. I tried to go through the warranty process with Navien and it was a nightmare getting someone to assist. When they finally responded a few weeks later, they blamed the original company that installed the tankless heater stating their installation was to blame.I found out it was Lawson Family Plumbing that originally installed the water heater and was preparing for the worst. Which I thought would be weeks of back and forth with the tankless manufacturer and Lawson Family Plumbing over fault. Joe came to my house, inspected the water heater and let me know that although it was not the original installation that caused the issue as Navien suggested, they would replace the water heater without additional cost. I was floored at the accountability even if they weren't fully responsible for the water heater needing to be replaced. Lawson Family Plumbing went above and beyond with their professionalism and timeliness in getting the water heater replaced in 24 hours (which I was incredibly thankful for since I had family in town visiting my home). This was also timely as I was laid off from my job earlier this year and not in a financial position to pay for a new heater and installation. Jeff provide quick service. Very informative, as I asked 20 questions while he worked. He repaired the water leak just after the meter. He replaced 2 completely rotted washers and fixed the leak in 15 minutes. Price was very fair. After another ridiculously high estimate from another company, that did not even attempt to properly diagnose the problem, I can assure you that I will always call Lawson Family Plumbing from now on.

Best home service experience I've EVER had--no BS. From when I first inquired about if they could help with our garbage disposal to when the tech left my house, the service was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. I had a Saturday appointment between 8-11 and to my complete surprise, the tech showed up at 8 on the dot. I honestly think this was the first time I had a home services company show up within the allotted time, let alone at the start of it. Highly recommend this company when your in need of some plumbing help.

Let me start by saying that when I called, the receptionist was polite and professional. She said that a technician would be arriving between 12- 3:00pm. At 12:00 I received a call from Kenneth, he verified my address and told me he was on his way. Kenneth arrived and was honest and professional of what I needed. Kenneth told me where I could go to by the hardware for the sink. I went to that location and the salesman asked who was doing the repairs. I told that man it was Larson Family Plumbing. The salesman said I would get a discount because he was familiar with that company and that they (Larson Family) were very good and reliable. I returned and gave Kenneth the hardware. Kenneth replaced, clean the bathroom, Kenneth was very professional, friendly and approachable. I found out that Kenneth's father was law enforcement. I have retired after serving almost 33 years with Phoenix. Kenneth discounted 10% for his service. I'm so thankful I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp. We used Lawson’s for a look over our plumbing after our home inspection. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Then, after we bought the house, we used them for a sprinkler leak, which they did quickly and again were very helpful. We’ll use them in the future for any of our plinking needs.

Part of Home Depot install for sink/faucet/garbage disposal- 3rd visit since countertops weren't dry for first, and the sink clips weren't long enough for sink type the second time. Those were communication issues r/t my understanding of what was needed for install.3rd time was the charm and all is installed now.

The whole house water filter was leaking though it had only been installed a year and half. The appointment was kept on time, actually ahead of time. There was some question whether the leak was from the pipe connections or from the unit. It was decided that I would go for a possible replacement unit while the old one was being removed. Upon my return the old unit was off. Then we decided to try to reconnect the old unit. The reconnection worked saving me the cost of the unit. I received professional service and would call Lawson Family Plumbing again if needed.

This company is awesome! After noticing my drain pipe leaking under my bathroom sink, I researched plumbing companies and because of all the positive reviews on Yelp, Google and the A+ rating with BBB, I gave Lawson Family Plumbing a call and Steve, the plumber, was here within 15 minutes and replaced it very quickly. Because the pipe was very rusty, it broke off and some of the threads were left behind. He worked hard at it to remove the rest of the threads so he wouldn't have to tear into my wall making it more costly for me. He was polite, highly qualified and very professional. The cost was very reasonable and I will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

Haven't used them, but I did want to write a review about one of the drivers on the road. Perhaps maybe informing your employees you do represent a company and to be professional on the road would definitely look better for the company. i never heard of Lawson plumbing, the first time i did (today 10/9/17) around 1-2:15pm, was when i was cut off on Camelback heading West towards the I17 by one of the company drivers/vehicle. I had to slam on my brakes because it was a very unexpected cut into my lane. Maybe i wasn't going fast enough? I don't know, I was also in my work vehicle and go the speed limit. However, this driver who was behind me, suddenly got in front of me and I don't recall even a blinker to inform me of this sudden transition into my lane. I just didn't think it was professional and shouldn't be cutting in and out of traffic causing others to slam on their brakes. I am sure the company is just fine, just wasn't impressed by this driver.10/24/17 Appreciate the owner's response on my review, this is taking ownership and responsibility and it's highly respected.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used this company in the last year. They are priced in the middle range but they provide superior service. I have a home warranty company that sends out plumbers that I wonder if they’ve been on a bender the night before or if they even just got out of Plumbing school and are unsure of what to do. Not so with Lawson Family Plumbing. There’s something really said about supporting a family business in this day and age! They do a very good job in my experience; the plumbers are very clean and they clean up after themselves and they are very detailed oriented and they do a very nice skilled job. I committed a fatal error and I tried to save a little money by hiring a grifter off of next-door and basically after he hacked a big hole in my wall and cut through a waterline two times and then cut my vent pipe I stopped him and I called Lawson Family Plumbing in a panic. In an effort to try to save money by going with somebody less expensive I ended up having a disaster on my hands. Imagine how thrilled I was when Lawson Family Plumbing sent out a senior plumber named Jeff. Jeff was professional polite and most importantly very skilled he fixed the problems created by the other person and went above and beyond what was required. This company has several master level plumbers who have a lot of experience and I can assure you that in comparison to the one sent out by my home warranty company or the ones I’ve hired off of next-door they are supreme. I love Lawson Family Plumbing because they will come out and give a free diagnostic assessment and estimate hardly anyone does that anymore and it’s sets them apart from the competition. I also find their technicians to be very clean cut and trustworthy and I have left them in my home and supervised in the past and they have taken great care to clean up after themselves and done a great job. I’ve also referred others to Lawsons Family plumbing and they have been happy with their work!

I had a one year old Rheem water heater fail on Christmas Day. My tech Donald spent hours on hold ordering the defective gas regulator. No follow up from the manufacturer. New Year’s Day comes and goes no hot water. I can’t imagine a manufacturer being so non responsive. I finally gave up and purchased a new unit. The Lawson Family team and specifically Donald came the same day, late at night and installed my new water heater. Not a Rheem. Steven came out to replace frozen shut off valves and cap off a floor drain that was possibly emitting sewer gases. He had to make several trips to get exactly the right parts, but each time was scheduled, he called prior to arriving, and was promptly on-time. He was a joy to have perform the work, very courteous and professional. The scheduler at the office was very pleasant and professional, answered the phone on two rings and set up the appointment within a timely fashion. I was searching for another plumbing company and found Lawson Family. My prior company never answered the phone, if it was answered it was by a messaging service and never received call backs. We had a blockage between the house and the city sewer line and were unable to flush the toilets. We called Lawson Family Plumbing around noon on a Friday. They didn’t have any regular hours appointments available but we got the first after hours appointment. The plumber arrived by 7:30pm and had the clog cleared within half an hour! I am very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to use them again.

They advertise free estimates but that is not true, you have to take off of work which costs you nor will they do Saturdays for quotes. Just a bunch of BS if u ask me. I called them because they installed a shower for me in my daughter's house and did a good job since they are making it so difficult to get quotes from them they can forget it. There are dozens of plumbers that can do the job as good as them and will take my money.

I hired this company months ago to perform the plumbing portion of a bathroom remodel. Price was great, but the get what you pay for absolutely applies to this company. The tech blew the measurements for the rough in of the fixtures, this caused them to have to come back. He moved the items and everything we thought was fine. The remainder of the other work was completed, we called Lawson to come out and install the fixtures. When I came home that evening we had three leaks that where left to cause damage to my home. This was back on 11-24-20, since then we have been scrambling and trying to get the work redone with them as they caused the damage. Not to mention our shower head arm hit the ceiling and actually caused the arm to bend. When shown to Mike he stated it was our fault for not showing them how high to set the shower valve; sorry but you are the professionals who did not follow the installation instructions from rough in. The toilet which was new and they assembled leaked, was out together wrong. Two of the supply line connections under the sink where leaking as well. Communication was terrible on their end, no responses to email at all. Files a review on Yelp and with in ten minutes (8:30 pm) received a voice message from Vik inquiring as to why I would leave a bad review. Everyone who has come to our home that has been sent her by Lawson has had to have everything explained to them again. We have been very reasonable in trying to resolve the issues we are having, unfortunately this is dragging on just a little to long for us. Most current is their vendor has to repair our vanity due to the water damage. They want to pick it up on next Tuesday to rebuild it; this process with take 7-10 business days. Today I get an email from Vik requesting to come in and install the plumbing fixtures on next Wednesday. He obviously has not communicated with his vendor again. During the time the owner has been included on the email strings and has seen his employees lack of ability to resolve the issues; he has never reached out to us although back on 11-24 we where told he would be calling us on 11-25. As it stand now, best case scenario we may have sour second bathroom back in four weeks, that will be close to four months to correct a failure on their part. Stay away from this company

We had an ongoing issue with a toilet that Lawson Family Plumbing installed. We had to contact them on multiple occasions to come and try to figure out what was going on with the toilet. Each and every time they were very professional and super customer friendly. They never made us feel like we were being a nuisance...on the contrary...they were always positive and quickly responsive. In the end, it appeared the toilet had a defect and they made it right. Are you a homeowner of an older home? Aside from suggesting you make sure you have good flooding insurance is also make sure you have what they call Tear out coverage. If you can get it through another insurance agent, see if they will actually cover your sewer lines. I learned a lot about homeowners insurance the hard way, unfortunately.The bright side is, it was a major project, and it came in under the quoted budget! Who does that these days? Great company. Would recommend.

A sink in one of the bathrooms in my office stopped draining the water. When I called Lawson Family Plumbing I talked to Tanner who was really patient in answering all my questions and letting me know how the process goes to have a plumber come out. He was very accommodating to my schedule and made sure that they worked around my availability. He scheduled Kenneth to come out. He gave me an hour window of estimated arrival and told me Kenneth would call when he was on his way.The day of my appointment came and Kenneth called me to inform me he would be right on time. And got there exactly when he said. He was great! He looked at the problem and was able to give me an accurate quote right away. And had the job done in around 30 min. He answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with my experience from start to finish! This is our third time using Lawson for different projects. They are highly professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and prompt. The lady said the plumber would at our house between 4 and 7 PM, and he showed up exactly at 4 PM. Now how often does that happen!We have lived in several cities over the years and we’re happy to find Lawson to take care of our plumbing needs in Phoenix. The could have charged us for a new part for our hot water heater which is just out of warranty, but they didn’t. That’s the second visit in two years without a charge. Amazing!They are a five-star company!

Yesterday I had a plumber come by from a competing company regarding a leak and I had absolutely no confidence in the plumber himself.I called these guys and out came Tanner. Tanner was personable, professional, and I had confidence in him knowing what he was doing. I had him remove a mixing valve and reroute some pipes. I called because we had low water pressure in our guest shower, and Kenneth was able to come out the next day to assess (for free). Initially, we thought the shower cartridge needed to be replaced, but when Jake came back to do that, the water pressure still hadn’t come back fully, and we realized it was the shower valve that needed to be replaced (a bigger job). Not only did they not charge me for the cartridge part/labor (close to $300), Jake was able to come back a few days later and did an impeccable job replacing the shower valve. He was personable & professional…and Lawson was so helpful with scheduling- all of this was happening during the week between Christmas & New Years and they didn’t miss a beat. more than satisfied with the work, the service from Kenneth & Jake and the great communication at Lawson Family Plumbing. We had intermittent rattling of our pipes when H2O was on. Our outdoor pressure regulator was faulty. They had installed it 2 years ago. Everyone so far was quick to respond and come out. Shawn gave us options and we recommended getting a new sink over just a faucet as Costco sinks were affordable and we received what we wanted for half the price of buying both at Lowe's.I highly recommend this company.

Had a water heater replaced. The price on the website and what was given to me over the phone was the same, however when they came out to install they told me it was almost another $250 extra for parts. I was disappointed in this but agreed to move ahead with the install. The plumber was knowledgeable and did a good job with the install as far as I can tell. When he was finished he asked if I wanted to pay cash, check, or credit. I chose credit card because that’s the easiest, but upon receiving the invoice after he left I noticed I got charged another $70 just to use my credit card. This was never mentioned to me before and had I known I would have definitely used a check. When I tried calling to resolve this he wanted to just argue with me that he already told me there was a credit card processing fee, which he definitely did not.

I had an emergency with my bath tub backing up. I have Airbnb guests in my home and I needed attention right away. They were on time and fixed the problem very quickly. I would definitely use a service again.

The faucet was non stop dripping. Gabriel from Lawsons plumbing was the technical. He did an excellent job. This young man explained the range of what could happen that would be at the low end of the financial chart and into the most expensive problem. It happened to be a minor issue that he fixed with no issues. He explained what he was going to do and the time involved. He finished the job and I was very pleased with the outcome. I also received a senior discount on top of it. This is the 3rd time I have used their service and I have been pleased with all 3. Gabriel is an asset to this company. He was polite and presented himself very professionally.

Called them for a noisy waste drain in bathroom. Their tech came out for an estimate, diagnosed it as a simple problem and didn't charge a dime. GUARANTEED, next time I have a real problem, they'll be the plumber I'll call.

Our bathtub faucet broke on New Year's Eve, we ultimately had to turn the water off to the entire house because it wouldn't stop running at full volume. We opted to wait until the next morning to get service and Lawson Family Plumbing was able to schedule us that morning and replace the faucet and carbon inside. There was no price gouging even though it was New Years Day. The technician was so helpful and we are grateful it was fixed so quickly!

1 STAR. We were referred to Lawson Family Plumbing and when Terry came out Friday, he explained what needed to be done and how much it was. We agreed on the price but I questioned the need for a weld. He provided a story as to why he would rather not do the welding but needed to cut the copper pipe and cap it. As he went out to the truck to get the tools needed, I followed him out after double checking the pipe and questioned the weld since I couldn't see a copper pipe. He reassured me it was there. I went back to my call. He was gone 15-20 minutes later. I asked my wife how it went. It did not need a weld after all he said but he didn't adjust the price.Sent an email to Jason, no response. Left a message for Jason, no response. Left another message today and gave some time to resolve before posting this. Guess what, still no resolve. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.3 STARS, Jason called back and handled the complaint as though he truly cared. That I appreciate. Just don't use Terry.

The plumber was very respectful of our house , very friendly and very capable. We wanted to install a sink next to our washing machine and he did an excellent job installing the water lines and the drain. He ran into unexpected challenges but came through and did a great job getting the lines installed. He saved all the pieces of wall board which we're hoping will make it easier for us to patch. He also cleaned up everything before leaving and asked if there was anything else we needed. Once we get the wall board back in we will have him come back and hook up the sink. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again for other household plumbing needs.

Cole came out and since we had been without hot water for 4 days, we were glad to see him. He called around and got us an excellent deal on an 80 gallon water heater and installed it in our garage. It was over 100* in the garage but he never cut short the install. He told us you have been without hot water for 4 days and we are going to fix that problem today. He worked until 10 pm and didn't leave until the water heater was installed and working properly. He didn't even leave for dinner. We took him bottles of water and a large fan. Made it a point to call Lawson and tell them the next day. What amazing service! Highly recommend.

Major disaster (in my opinion) on a Monday morning! Couldn’t get a plumber to me until after hours. Found an underground pipe issue. Was not informed that wall boards got ruined when they took them off; now I have another repair to make that I wasn’t expecting nor made aware of. Took an entire month to get fixed and operational again; but the guys did a great job on the repair. Great group of people to deal with, despite my initial panic.

I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing based on my recent experience with them! I received several bids for the installation of a water pressure regulator on the main line into the house. Tanner, from Lawson, was the only one who took the time to explain the work that would need to be done and was very straightforward about pricing. I got their bid quickly, too, where other companies required a phone call follow up after a couple days. In the end, Lawson's bid was a bit higher than the other company I was really considering, but I felt like Lawson was the most professional and honest so I called them... and they beat the competitors price!I was scheduled rapidly and Jeff came out to do the work. Just like Tanner had been, Jeff was personable, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. When I noticed a tiny leak in the finished work (it happens), I called Lawson and Jeff was back in under a half hour. With a little extra plumbers tape and tightening, everything was totally leak free. I commend Lawson Family Plumbing for their integrity, professionalism, and that mom 'n pop personal service that other plumbing companies (or home contractors in general) often lack. That's why I wanted to write this review, because as a homeowner it can be frustrating trying to find the best company for the job. Well, if you're in need of a plumbing service look no further. I will absolutely use Lawson Family Plumbing for all my future plumbing work!

Oct 15, 2019Mike arrived to change 2 toilets, 4 bathroom faucets and 10 shut off valves. I supplied the toilets and faucets. The new supply lines and shut off valves (1/4 turn brass ball valves) are top of the line. That's what I wanted as this house had 25 year old builder junk. No leaks and Mike cleaned everything when he finished. Kudos to Mike and Lawson Family Plumbing.

Jake was prompt, friendly and efficient. Listened to our issues, did an assessment and diagnosed the problem. Around 45 min later, we had no leaks and a new garbage disposal! So encouraging to see young guys work in a necessary and good

This is the 2nd time I have used Lawson Family Plumbing and I could not be happier with the experience. Jason K. was very professional and helped resolve our issue with our kitchen sink/dish washer drainage. Our house is older (built in 67’) and Jason walked me through his recommendations for getting the issue resolved. He said we could start with a basic snaking of the line (which we did) and then proceed in the future with a water jet if the problem came back. Lawson Family Plumbing are the only plumbers I've used since owing a home. They keep appointments and own everything they do (including their website..read: no third party traffic sites). I met Jeff a long time ago and was impressed, he grew his company to 21 vans. Sad to have heard of his passing, RIP Jeff.

There's a reason why I've used these guys for over a decade, they're the best in the valley! My mother-in-law condo had several small plumbing issues that needed attention, Jason was out the next day and took care of all them: called me and let me know what was done and told me there would be no charge. Being a repeat loyal client has its benefits.

Jeff was an absolutely outstanding plumber. I had my water heater die on me and he was there the next day to fix it and get it replaced as it was over 13 year old. He did all of the new code and replaced the new pipes above for.an outstanding replacement. Only charged me what was quoted on the phone call and was almost 20 percent less than his competition in Gilbert.

I used to have Rodney as a plumber from Lawson and he was great, but their new plumber they sent out was impolite and poor service. I won't use them again.

I have been using Lawson Family Plumbing for at least 10 years. They are always professional, on time, do not charge extra for weekend visits, stand by their service, and always arrive on time. Jonathan was here the other day, don't recall if it was Jonathan S or Jonathan C but he had a beard, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he clear my drain but he checked my water heater and flushed it because he noticed a tiny bit of rust. Gave me tons of information on maintenance of the drain and water heater. He is knowledgeable and professional and should be a trainer for others! I will continue using Lawson Family Plumbing as long as they're in business.

Mike Schellenberg and Harley unclogged two different areas for me, used the camera to find trouble spots and used hydro jetting to clear out the pipes. They were on time, courteous, and did a great job.

Called for a quote to have my water heater inspected for any issues to to be replaced, if necessary. The repairman was very professional and informative. He explained that my hot water heater should be good for another 3-4 years and what I needed to help me with draining the hot water heater. What I needed was a larger drain port valve. (1/2 in to 3/4 inch). I agreed to have the replacement ball valve installed since he had it available on his truck. I was surprised with the price of the part and install but still agreed. ($167.14). I thought the price was pretty high but I didn’t want to have to attempt to try and find one myself and then install it too. I was still working on flushing my hot water heater to get rid of the calcium build up. All in all, I was very happy with the service of Lawson Family Plumbing but believe the price for the drain valve and install was pricey, but this was my first time having to do this.

We were without water, because of a faucet problem. We called them on a Sunday! They were out here within a couple hours, and had our problem resolved. I've known Jeff Lawson personally for over 6 years, even before he started his business. I had them replace a water heater in a home we just purchased. His employee Kevin did a wonderful job, very professional and now we have a commercial grade water heater at only a little more than box store prices. Wouldn't call anyone else. The water softener they installed was leaking. Even though it was 4 months past the warranty expiration date they still repaired it under the warranty at no cost to us!

Robbie did a great job fixing our leaking water main. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I also had him overhaul the main with new shutoff valves and heavy duty sch80 fittings. No more leaks, and it looks so much better! The price was fair, and I'm very satisfied. Lawson's warranty gives me peace of mind.

Moving is one of the most stressful ordeals we'll willing endure as adults. For us, the matter was made worse by extensive plumbing work needed at our old place and our new home.Jeff and his team showed up on time early Monday morning and went straight to work. When I was called into the office, I had to leave 3 plumbers alone with my dogs in our new home...do you know what they did?They did a phenomenal job on the installation and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. They took my dogs out to do their business and made sure they got back in. When the city dropped off our new trash cans on the street, Jeff brought them into the garage. When they were done, he called me at the office and talked me through the operation of our new hot water heater and softener. I was so worried about my very old plumbing when I had my kitchen sink completely plugged. My home is 60 years old and I was afraid that a sewer pipe had collapsed meaning major remodel. Quick and easy repair!

This company and their employees are fantastic. Every employee I came in contact with was Professional, understanding, knowledgeable and caring. Jake and Tanner are two outstanding technicians, if you have them at your house you’ll be totally satisfied.

Joe was wonderful. After our hot water heater wouldn't light, my insurance company had contracted another provider who didn't call for over a day and then couldn't get us seen for three more days. Once Lawson Family Plumbing was contracted they were able to see me within the hour and had the problem fixed before the morning was over. Prompt, polite, and very capable!

I contacted Lawson after I realized my water softener was leaking all over the garage floor! They were incredibly responsive, even through Yelp, and helped me with initial diagnostics over the phone. They did a lot of research on my specific water softener in advance, so when Gabriel came for the appt it was incredibly fast to confirm their findings and make a recommendation to replace the unit.Gabriel stayed with us every step of the way and returned the following week for installation. On our end the installation was very smooth, but poor Gabriel had a heck of a time thanks to the previous homeowner who was a creative DIYer. Gabriel left us with a beautiful water softener in perfect working order, and a much cleaner garage than when we found it, having not only picked up after himself but also spending time to chip away at the dried salt from the last unit's leak. I will definitely be calling Lawson again for future plumbing needs!

We just bought a house in Tempe and our realtor recommended Lawson Family Plumbing. I was able to get my leaky washer valves repaired the same day I called to request service! Tanner was able to arrive prior to the 3 hr window I had been given so that I wasn’t waiting on him. He explained what he would be doing, got my consent for the work and cost, completed the work, and showed me what he had done all in a short period of time. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and he was so polite and courteous. I couldn’t be happier!

I believe that his name was Chris, when he tried to drain the heater it was so plugged that it took quite a bit of effort, but he got it done. Had a tough issue to diagnose. The first tech thought it was fixed, but it continued to leak after he left. The owner personally called and sent someone else to repair it. Then the owner showed up as well. They ended up there until past 10pm and installed a new toilet and new flange. Since the problem did not get solved the 1st go, it was frustrating and ruining our brand new wood floors. Jeff went above and beyond to identify and fix the leak, but also has been involved with the flooring company to make sure that gets repaired properly. Not done with the final details, but Jeff has went as far as telling me there is no bill due. That being said, the toilet was broke, they did end up fixing it and his service was amazing. We'll agree on the $$$ once all is done because they deserve to be paid for their work, but I wish there were more companies like Lawson with owners that were so passionate and legit about making things right.

Had a leaking water line to the house. Rob came out, assessed the issue, and explained clearly what he wanted to do. He had a price that was kind of in the middle of the range of companies I spoke to. What I appreciated was that his assessment didn't change as the job progressed. The other folks I talked to were all like, Well, not really sure what's going on, so things could change as the job moves along. Rob kept me up to date as they worked and then debriefed with me once they were finished. The people I spoke to in the office were polite and knowledgeable. Good experience. I'd call them again.

Nick came out to check my water heater. He called first to ask if he could come earlier which worked out great for me. He was very polite, personable and the best part is he was very informative. He explained a lot about the water heater (how it works, what noises I should hear and in what order.) He waited for the water heater to heat completely and asked if I noticed more water usage-which I had, but completely forgot about. He checked the main, cold water and hot water and told me it was the drip system and advised I could readjust it so it wasn't using so much water. I should know this stuff, but I'm thankful he was kind enough to educate me. I'll definitely save his information as whenever I have a plumbing issue again, he's earned my trust to come service it.

We hired Lawson's to fix several shutoff valves. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, understood what we needed and performed the work quickly and professionally at what we feel was a competitive price.

Great service! Adjusted our water pressure a few weeks back and afterward one of our toilets was making an unusual sound. Called them to take a look and Kenneth determined it was a valve that needing replacing. Because they had just recently adjusted the water pressure and there was even a possibility that the two were linked they fixed the toilet for free! We will definitely be calling them for all future plumbing needs. Kenneth was also on time and professional.

Very impressed! We had just 3 days left of vacation before returning to Canada. Called them on Thursday night, the receptionist was friendly and professional. The technician, Daryl, showed up just after noon on Friday, and had us fixed up in less than 1/2 hour! The cost was way less than expected, Daryl was a good guy, and did great work. We are giving their business card to all of our 'snowbird' friends.

My husband and I are pleased with our new water heater. Wednesday evening we discovered our 12-year-old water heater leaking. We called Lawson Family Plumbing (LFP) and spoke with their answering service. Promptly we received a call back, resulting in my son-in-law finishing up what needed to be done in order to prevent further leakage into our garage.We called LFP the next morning to make an appointment, and by the end of the day we had a brand new water heater. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the new water heater was placed on an 18 - 24 metal stand, and has a pan under it.When it does give out many years from now, it should be a lot easier to detect a leak early on thereby preventing damage to the surrounding wall, and belongings.

When called, Lawson plumbing assigned a technician by name right away. He showed up on time to assess the task. The solution offered was believable; estimate was reasonable, though not the cheapest. Work was completed in a timely manner. Additional upgrades were performed as the technician noticed aging valves, etc. 1 week out, the pipe rerouting job is still holding up! i would recommend this team.

We had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink; it had busted about a year and a half ago, and my husband did his best to fix it. The previous owner had replaced some piping but used the wrong materials. Kenneth from Lawson Family Plumbing came out, fixed it in minutes, and let us know that it was such an easy fix that he wouldn't even want to charge us. We had a wonderful experience, and were given a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival. We will be using Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Jason is a top notch guy. He seems to truly care about people.I deleted my original review. Long story short my daughter got very sick with a fungal infection and we thought it could have been mold growing in our water softener. We wanted to have our water lines sanitized and the softener disconnected. I was under the impression this could be done, but it couldn't be and the technician who came to my house could have handled the situation a little better. Jason reached out to me to learn more about the whole situation, and it seemed like he wanted to be able to help in some way since he was not able to do the work I was looking for. He offered to come out and disconnect our water softener free of charge but I told him we already had another company come out and do that. He was very kind and asked if there was anything he could do, and I really couldn't think of anything since they were unable to do what I was initially wanting. I told him a little bit about why I was wanting the work done and he listened to me and said he would be happy to come take samples of our water and send them out to be tested so we could maybe have peace of mind knowing our house isn't making our daughter sick. He went out of his way to personally come to my house to collect samples to send out for testing. He did a lot of work for me even though I was not a paying customer of his. I really appreciate him and everything he did for us, because now we know our water does not have fungus or bacteria growing in it, and this is one less thing to worry about while we try to figure out what is going on with our daughter. Dave arrived early and called prior with an arrival time which is professional and helpful. Quickly advised that HOA main shutoff was not working enough that he could not complete repair. We are very happy with the service provided by Lawson Family Plumbing. We had a shower leak that just wouldn't stop and the piece that needed to be replaced was so corroded in our old pipes that it just wouldn't come out. We made the mistake of calling one of the big name companies who wanted over $1,000 to replace a section of pipe and install a new valve. The plumber from Lawson did the work for half the amount and gave us the option of saving some money by buying the parts ourselves. The plumber was right on time and finished the work efficiently. I definitely recommend this company.

Awesome team and great installation

I called Lawson Family Plumbing after another local plumbing company had already been to my home and given me an estimate and set a date to come install my new hot water heater. When the first company came back out to install it they completely messed up the appt; they didn’t send the same guy who had been out before, didn’t bring the water heater, new guy didn’t know what he was even there to do. So I sent him away and called Lawson. Boy was I lucky! Lawson installed the water heater that day and beat the price of the other company by quite a bit. I will be calling Lawson from now on.
