Richard is one of the kindest best people I've had to pleasure of doing business with. He has extremely honest and competitive pricing. He really pulled us out of a bind.

I have been a plumber for 15 years. Then worked in a retail environment selling plumbing products. So I know customer satisfaction and service. The owner and his team should be awarded a 10 star review. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for an old plumber who could not understand the new water heater problem and parts.

They helped me get a new water heater when my current one quit working while still under warranty. I did not realize it still had a worthwhile warranty. The install and haul away was reasonably priced and done quickly. I found them to be respectful and professional and highly recommend them.

Not professional. Came out on a warranty call and insisted the new water heater i purchased just needed a new element. There was a fire in the water heater that melted the wires and part of the panel in the unit. After sending pictures to the manufacture, they instantly approved a replacement unit. Water Heaters West in not a licences contractor. Which makes me wounder why the manufacture would be using them. Just look at the attached picture, the fact that anyone would recommend installing a new element in a heater with wires that are burned is absurd.

I thought my water heater was burnt out. I almost went to Home Depot to pick out a new one and have them install it, but then decided to search around for a repairman on the off chance it could be fixed. Another water heater company referred me to this place. Rick came out the same day and discovered it was actually an electrical problem behind the water heater and not the water heater. He explained how the electrical problem could be fixed, checked out my water heater just to be sure it didn't also have a problem, and put the panels we had taken off back on, so it would be ready to go once the electrical problem was fixed. Super friendly and knowledgeable and it was clear he wanted to save us money. I would definitely call again for any sort of water heater problem.

Highly recommend! Glad we found Richard. We were quoted a ridiculous labor fee to cover a warranty replacement water heater by another well known company that installed it originally. Richard explained everything and quoted us a very reasonable fee. (1/3 of the price) Arrived on time, finished around an hour. Explained everything. Definitely don’t hesitate to call Richard.

Prompt and professional. Richard was recommended to me and I would recommenced him to friends and family. My water heater began to leak a few days ago necessitating a replacement asap. I 100% recommend water heaters west. I initially had Goettl come out to service my water heater and they wouldn’t even touch it, telling me that they had to replace it for $900 just by how it looked on the outside. Rick came by, looked behind the panel and discovered that the rust was from a previous leak but the heating element was since repaired. He took his time educating me on how the water heater works and what to look out for. There aren’t a lot of guys out there like Rick now days that truly care about looking out for people as opposed to trying to make a quick dollar off of you. In short, save your hard earned money and go with these guys instead of the known name companies that are just out to rip you off.

Richard is amazing! Knows EVERYTHING about water heaters. The only guy I trust to work on ours. If you need a new water heater don’t buy one at a box store. Go to these guys and have them install what they recommend.

Such a great company! They were able to come out to fix my issue quickly, communicated both the day before my appointment to confirm as well as letting me know when he was on the way. He was very friendly and efficient, showed me the issue and got it taken care of right away plus the price was very affordable. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I have any other issues.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I dealt with Rick when my water heater went out, shady from the beginning with special cash prices, long story short my family went without hot water for a WHOLE week! I ended up having to go with another company who was way more professional and honest and replaced same day.never use this company!

The only place to get your water heater!! Richard and his son Rick saved the day when our ancient water heater gave up.they were here within an hour,had the job done in about that or less and saved us around five hundred dollars,love these guys!!
